Stopped in for lunch with my granddaughter today. We were both very disappointed with our food. Both my sandwich and her wrap were at best boring, totally lacking in flavor. Neither of us finished our lunch. As always the drinks were great but considering how good the sandwiches were in the past, today's offerings were a big letdown. If I'm paying over $40 for lunch for two it had better be better than that.

I went on my birthday for the birthday drink but my phone was so low on battery I couldn't load the app to show them.
But they gave me the drink anyway!
They also have jewelry, plants, candles, preserves and art cards for sale.
If you buy an art card the proceeds go to buying coffee for the unfortunate which is awesome.
I love buying a book from The Book Shop just down the road and reading it here.

The woman behind the counter are genuine, down to earth and all around pleasant people with smiles to make you day go a little bit better. Service is fast and made to impress.stop in, support the store on main in Penticton. You can eat in or take a walk along the lake side with friends/family with a warm beverage and maybe even a treat for along the way.

If there was a mixed history, things have dramatically changed.
Service is fantastic. The owners are amazing people.
The passion for their work easily seen by the excellent customer care and high quality food.
Interior has been updated and is very comfortable. Great place to meet friends or make a new friend.
I'm extremely happy to share this shift in experience.

Very disappointed with how weak the dark roast coffee was. Should be the one stellar product, no?

Service vas poor. Girls that are working there are confused and very slow. And the place was very dirty. I took one table and person who was sitting there before us have made a mess. They didn't think that they needed to clean that until my wife pointed that they need to take care of that. There was three girls behind the bar and the business was slow. No lineups. One girl came saying sorry around hundred times and then she viper the table and just dropped everything from the table on the floor like we are in some barn. Totally unprofessional. What a dump.
