Blenz Coffee

It's eggnog latte season. Our favourite time of the year. Every opportunity we can get to Blenz we go. Today was meadow vale mall.
To be honest - it was the most disappointing visit we've had at any Blenz. My nog latte tasted watery and was an inch shy of the top. Hubby's chai nog looked horrid but he said it tasted ok. I went back and asked for more eggnog - cuz at $7 plus I didn't love it. The extra nog helped some - but I'd sooner visit maple ridge or mission locations in the future.
Disappointing.

I ordered a iced caramel macchiato which is an espresso stained with milk, and i basically got iced milk. When i told the barista that my drink was too milky, instead of remaking it, i was given an hot espresso shot to be poured into my iced + already made milk.

Most of the tables were not cleaned or cleared, still had coffee cups and trash on them.

I've really been missing the eggnog latte at Starbucks and I was in superstore waiting for a prescription for an hour and wandered over to the shop, and to my delight they had an eggnog latte dare I say it was even better than the one from Starbucks! Highly recommend.

The music is great for most people but they need to reserve a little corner for people who can't stand the sharp sounds because of ear issues. Otherwise it was great.

Loads of tea time goodies, plate glass windows from floor to ceiling for pretty much the whole store means space is well lit and alive

Came here for a coffee at 5: 50pm. I walked up to the door to find it locked and two employees inside. Both just looked at me with a blank stare when I pulled the door handle and I gestured to my watch. Locked doors 10 minutes before your posted closing time? Seriously? Guess business must be too good. No problem, I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this location.

Řeally good experience there today. I bought an part latte today. The batista races after me on the way out the door, letting me know it was made wrong. That's service!
