I called morning and lady answered the phone call at 9.30, she ended up the call even I was speaking. I again called and said I was speaking you didn’t even hesitate to end up call and behave so rudely she said Just come to the store if you have any query. I would say, mam it’s just opening time and you are frustrated how are you gonna handle till the end of your shift.
Customer service is requirement not choice. If you are frustrating your customers at phone calls, no one will prefer to visit you

Low battery of phone can’t change tone of voice. If it’s hard to answer someone queries just stop calling services, it would be better than destroying someone’s day with bad and rude words

I have been going to Blenz for as long as I can remember, as I don’t drink coffee but love hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is so good. I’ve been eyeing their almond croissant for a while and finally decided to try it. It was terrible, very hard and dried out. I asked for a refund and I was informed that they were fresh that day and they do not give refunds. They offered me something else so I took a muffin which was $2 cheaper. This is terrible customer service and I’m not sure if I will ever go back to that location.

Poor customer service.
They abandoned my order at the counter instead of informing me when it was ready to pick up.

Best hot chocolate ever is made my blenz. Some locations don't get it right but this one does. Good job.

Good the few times they make a drink right. Usually inconsistent every visit. Must be a training issue?
