I ordered cold Chai latte but it was at a normal room temperature. Vegan brownie was good.

Great place to meet friends for a coffee or drink with a spacious outdoor patio area. Tons of parking too!

The baristas’s coffee skill was very unstable.
I ordered iced matcha latte, it was very bitter, I had to put four bags of sugar, and they didn’t even stir the matcha powder and milk to mix it together. However, last time I ordered the same thing, is was regular sweet, that’s ok, and there’s first time was light flavour…

I just ordered my 2 small americano on a medium cup and ask the other to top up with hot water. Not sure if the order taker is supervisor. Considering she dealing with cusomer, no smile sounds rude and make me stupid explaining that americano has water already but i hold my self not to argue and ruin my day. Hope there was starbucks closeby tuis laundry area.

It's always a nice place to hang out with friends.
Staff are friendly, parking is plenty.
Would.not recommend the carrot walnut muffin tho.

So disappointing. I ordered an Medium americano with extra room and they filled up with all water to the top. And I said I need some room and they just poured out the americano which made the coffee taste so light. I said it’s not strong now and the girl said I should order a larger size one. Excuse me, any customer service?

Prices were reasonable, menu selection was good, masks were used as was social distancing for indoor seating. Premises offered enough seating and was quite clean. Service was prompt. Enjoyed both the latte and the cookie I ordered, as they were fresh.

Coffee shop has indoor and outdoor seating, service is great and shop is open til 10pm on Friday nights. Try the Chai Tea Latte here.

The two kids that work here, particularly at 1535 on Sunday, 16Aug20, hate their jobs.

They don't want to be there and they make sure the customers know this.

Service at the Seafair and Steveston location is professional and friendly. This one is the worst.

Like to come here for my Matcha latte treat every now and then. Always good with friendly staff too:)

Cool place to study, 24h, and i think they could have more seats and maybe some cold food options like sandwiches and salads

This has kind of become out default meeting place for some nighttime working and meeting place.

Staff is nice, place is quiet, and patrons are respectful to others.

The Tiramisu I bought was dry and hard, I can't even cut it with the knife they provide to me.

I love thier lattes although the one I got yesterday wasn't good.the turmeric latte one.must take a bit of getting used to.

I was actually verbally attacked in Blenz today by a woman who desperately had to squish beside me, sitting on my purse, because she refused to sit on the other 3 open couches. It was so odd. And the "manager" in charge let her get away with it. I was told to move. Then I was told that I wasn't allowed to have my purse beside me. It's ok for me to move to the other 3 open couches, but not her? That's messed up! I've been coming here for 10 years and this woman went mental because she wanted the spot I was sitting in. It was a very crazy experience, and they've lost my business.

Hanged out while waiting for my god son’s karate and kumon class. Drinks are So so. Got wifi so yeah.

Low hygiene standard and staffs keep chatting while making my coffee. I ordered dry cappuccino but I ended up had an extra hot latte. Can’t sip it for at least 15 mins until I decided to sit outside. And the male staff smokes right outside the store and that was annoying.

This location is 24/7 so it's a good place for people to have some coffee and hang out until late; not too loud but also not quiet.
Interior could and should be better; the wall, chairs and the tables look old. I would really appreciate it if they take few days to get it renovated.

A little small cafe tucked into the corner of the lot, but had a good experience late for late night studying

The coffee is pretty good, the peanut butter chia bar is AMAZING, the service is good too but nothing amazing. It's the only coffee shop in the area so it will suffice! Sometimes they only have one staff member early morning so don't go in a rush before work.

Amazing coffee.enjoyed a caffeine free blue latte.couldnt tell the difference without caffeine and it tasted amazing!

I love Blenz and try to goto various locations in Vancouver. This experience was not very pleasant as I ordered my drink and a trainee took my order who was quite nervous. Then the manager lady was quite rude to him when he was trying make my drink.

What was disturbing is that she didn't care how poorly she was treating and with customers around. RED FLAG!

Customer service is an art. Humanity is mandatory!

I will not be going back to the location unless I hear ownership change. A coffee shop is known for its hospitality and comfortable environment. I chugged my drink and walked out.

I love this Blenz Location. They have well stocked bakery and food items and really take care and attention to service and making your drink with care and attention.
I have visited other locations of Blenz which seem sleepy and frankly poorly run. This particular Blenz is wonderful and I would recommend!

24/7 I am always here for my quick coffee with friends.some times its packed when its final season, but most of the time its fine. Lots of parking, and if you get hungry there is churchs chicken next door. Heating is available on the patio if you are cold.

As expected. Not extraordinary but not bad at all. Note: you need a key to get to the men's washroom.

My favourite Blenz location in Richmond. The place is cozy and clean. Staff is friendly and beverages are always up to standard. Can get crowded in afternoons though.
