Blinds Plus Kelowna

I just had my Dual Blinds installed into our new home in Quail Landing and wanted to thank Dustin for the amazing customer service. Also, to Steve for the quick installation and friendly service. The Silver Dollar colour was spot on and look so modern and sleek. Of course needless to say we love the motorized blinds too! Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

Just had my house fully done with motorized blinds and they turned out perfect, they installed right on schedule and did a great job.

This is the second time we have chosen Blinds Plus. We had roller shades installed at our home over a year ago & then today in our RV. On both occasions we received excellent service both from sales & installation! Brenda took her time to make sure we were happy with styles & colours. Ricardo installed them flawlessly & they look amazing! Highly recommend Blinds Plus & wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again should a need arise.

September 2023 one of our RV roller blinds broke. I contacted Nelson via Brenda & he met us in Kelowna & fixed the blind in 30 seconds, plus gave us an extra part. Very impressed with this company. Service is top notch!

Great service and kindness from Dustin Patterson who came and repaired blinds that another vendor had installed. He was professional, punctual, and fixed the issue in less than 5mins. Cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to give incredible service.

We got the honeycomb style blinds and they’re great!
What impressed us the most, though, is Gage. When he came to our brand new home to install blinds he was very careful to not mark-up the walls or scuff the floors. He even removed his shoes, which was greatly appreciated.
Also, Gage is incredibly well mannered, personable, respectful, & patient. He answered any and all questions we had while providing professional advice. We also asked him to help adjust some of our blinds to fit better & he did so in a flash.
When it came to explaining how the blinds function, he did so with the perfect amount of detail without overwhelming anyone with information.
Overall our experience with Blinds Plus has been fantastic! Thank you to Gage for being such a joy to work with!

Ordered our blinds beginning of June, PREPAID IN FULL, arrived September long weekend. Not all blinds came. The ones that did come didn’t fit properly, also they forgot the remote for the power operated blind. Was told to wait again. Still waiting. Would give - ZERO stars if possible. Very poor service. Neighbours can see everything. No privacy. Should’ve chosen a different company. Dustin doesn’t follow up with customers.

I contacted Dustin in West Kelowna to see if I could order a few clips for the valance on my blinds. He asked me to send him a picture of the clip, and within ten minutes he responded that he had them in stock. I picked them up and was told they would be free of charge. I will definitely recommend Dustin and his services to everyone I know. He was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond. If I ever have another repair or replacement issue again, I will be sure to give Blinds Plus a call.

We ordered blinds and the day after they arrived Nelson and Carlin came to install them. The blinds are wonderful. We also needed an adjustment to some existing blinds which they did at no additional cost. We needed a small tweak and Nelson came the next day and made a small adjustment.we're very happy with the quality and service.

Needed a part for my blinds and couldn't find it anywhere! Half the places I called didn't even know what I was talking about. When I called david he knew exactly what I needed and had it for me that day and delivered it

I called Blinds Plus today about a blind chain repair and the owner/operator, Dave, was able to come out to my home and repair the issue on the same day. I had Costco come in with their Hunter Douglas rep to give a quote, 10,000. Granted I have a lot of windows but they are blinds!
Anyway, a friend recommended Blinds Plus, thought Id give them a try.
They came out and were polite, professional and patient (I ask a lot of dumb questions). The price was almost half of what Hunter Douglas quoted (did I mention they are just blinds?). The instal was super fast and the installer a really polite, nice professional guy, boots off at door, careful not to mark furniture or walls, he was just great! And the blinds look AWESOME! I'm confident if I have any issues they will be their to handle it. If not Ill let you know that too! But so far I am unbelievably happy!

Blinds Plus did a great job installing our blinds (including motorized) in 2014.1st issue with a cordless cellular blind today. Very quick response - came by today to check it out - sent out for repair under warranty same day! Very pleased!

Thoroughly impressed with the work of Dave and his team at Blinds Plus. Dave made sure to ask all of the right questions to figure out exactly what I needed. My biggest concern was UV through my living room picture window discolouring my nice red couch but didn’t like the idea of having to block the natural light all day long. Dave recommended some blinds that can be opened from the top or the bottom, which I didn’t even know existed. Now I can open them from the top to let all the natural light in while keeping them closed on the bottom to block the UVs from damaging my couch. Stoked!

His attention to detail with being certain that the colour blended well with my walls and decor as well, was above and beyond impressive.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of window coverings.
