Blo Blow Dry Bar

Came in for a blow dry and head massage. The head massage did not feel like a massage it was a waste of money paying for. I asked for straight with some movement at the bottom. I left with the top of my hair looking big due to the bottom layers not being straightened and tight curls at the movement.

When I got my bleach blonde hair washed she did not wash my roots at all, no head massage, nothing.didn’t leave the conditioner on for more than 5 seconds after a full head double wash. My hair felt like straw after and I would never go back. The quality has plummeted since covid and I don’t think they’re properly trained for the only service they offer.

My girls had a fantastic time for the birthday party. The staffs were great, thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Had an appointment with anisha today and she didn’t just do my hair to perfectly but she chatted with me and made me feel so special! Thank you will always go to her!

In all my visits to hair salons throughout my long life I have never ever encountered this much lack of skill, especially after she told me she just finished a hair dressings school. I had to finish the blow out myself, my hair was still dump and looked liked I just woke up! The chairs are supper uncomfortable and for a place that does blowouts and up do's is should at least have a chair that swirls! The hairdryer was very dated and the straighten was dirty. I would not only not recommend this place but also not ever return even if it was free! I had apprentices at hair salons do a better job and this is suppose to be a trained employee - how sad. Place is a rip off.
