Hidden jem in the hood. I highly recommend their mango creamy with mini mochi. The slush isn't too heavy and mango is very fresh. It is very delicious!

Open an hour later than a lot of nearby bubble tea or asian dessert places this is how we stumbled upon this place!

Got the mango QQ dessert, Omgosh big chunks of mango and it’s not too sweet. I’d say a little too much on the boba and sago side but it is really nice, I love chewy texturessss.

Will come back for more!

Updated Review July 2023 - Ordered the shaved mango supreme and it was loaded with mangos and was well put together for a to go order. I think it would have been better to eat it right there but still was very good. I did get condensed milk to go in a container but I opted to not put it on. The shaved ice was a good consistence. I've had it at other places where it was more milky and smooth but still decent. The service was friendly and our order was prepared quickly. This was a much better experience than in the past.

Based off all the reviews I decided to make an order from here last night. It was an hour before they closed. I ordered an Aeropress Coffee black thinking it would be hot but it was in a bubble tea cup with ice. Being a coffee snob I was not too happy to see this $4 coffee watered down now with ice. The mango smoothie which was their signature was not made from fresh mango. It tasted like it was made from powder. The pearls were soft and had a nice chew to them with a slight sweetness. The red bean volcano smoothie was pretty good. It had lots of red bean in it and had a nice smoothie constancy. The Oreo smoothie was ok not something I wouldn't order again. The big let downs for me the mango bingsu was not available when I ordered so I settled for the mango smoothies and it was not good and the coffee being watered down.

Golden hour golden mango sago! I am a healthy drink lover so the non sweet mango sago still tastes refreshing and yummy!

They close at 11pm but WILL promptly last call at 10: 30 and refuse to serve you even if a few minutes past. So don’t even think about taking out a quick drink to go before closing.

I ordered a Kuromitsu hot and it was lovely, will be returning! The atmosphere of the seating area is very nice, with big windows for lovely natural lighting and a lovely aesthetic. However, their pastry case at the front counter is dirty and empty, and it unfortunately brings down the all together good vibe of the place. If they cleaned it up and organized it, it would brighten the feeling right up!

Love this place love to support local and the drinks binsu is great. Ppl are friendly the young staff handle big groups and lots of orders. I have been going here for 6 years. Just steps from where I live

This place is a hidden gem! It’s a tiny store but will make you come back plus extremely clean! Ordered the Oreo smoothie with boba the portions are great and super delicious. Give a try you won’t regret

Delicious bubble tea always tastes fresh. Sometimes the staff don't acknowledge customers that enter or are waiting.

Being the Only business place in the residential area makes this place very special. Through the large window customers can enjoy a relaxing view. The interior design is in Japanese style but they don’t really sell Japanese desserts except Taiyaki. They serve Taiyaki without trimming the edges off. I understand this may make the customers feel that’s worth and the staff not need to clean up the mess. But those edges are usually undercooked, but not crispy and not presentable. Foods & drinks here are not really amazing that would attract me to come again just for them. But I pretty like the environment and the atmosphere!

Black sugar bubble tea is very good. Portion of the Mango Supreme is huge with lots of mangos.

I am extremely disappointed in the mango pomelo sago drink I got this time. For an expensive drink of $8.50 I hardly got 3 pcs of mangoes in it. It was mainly slush and sago with some puree ontop of it. I have bought this drink numerous of times but this time was quite insulting to say the least. The drink should come loaded with mangoes and proper ingredients when you are charging a premium price. I understand times are tough but money doesn't come easy these days to justify ripping people off like this. This place used to be good but it seems like not anymore. There are way too many bubble tea spots popping around town which I can go to. The only reason I come is because of the mango pomelo sago but not anymore I guess, I have to go somewhere else. Businesses don't last if you can't keep up with the quality, consistency, and service.

Really cute little joint that you wouldn't just drive past. Located in a residential area, but plenty of free street parking. Definitely a must go to!

I come here all the time and the staff are always really lovely. I've tried the bubble teas, smoothies, and desserts and they are all good.

They use real ingredients and they taste amazing as well. I would recommend the black sugar pearl milk tea

Average bingsoo place. Less sweet compared to other places. Mango creamy drink was not bad, I enjoyed it. Coffee milk tea tasted more like coffee and less like milk tea.

There were 4 tables inside the place, there weren’t enough empty seats so we brought the desserts outside to enjoy.
This kind of dessert shop doesn’t require much service, plus we weren’t eating inside, but we weren’t happy with the attitude of the cashier/ server. She stamped the stamp cards and threw it back. When the desserts were ready, she just left them on the counter without saying anything, so we had to guess if that was our order.

We ordered 3 mango QQ desserts, because we love mango, as well as yam and taro balls. The taste is not bad, it was cold, not icy. However, we didn’t expect the yam and taro balls to be smaller than the tapioca pearls and that the portion would be so small, totally not worth the $8.50 before tax!

We won’t be using the stamp cards ever again because we were disappointed and do not recommend this place! There are other dessert shops worth trying in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond!

A very aesthetic interior with a great atmosphere to enjoy with friends. Very tasty desserts which are 100% worth your hard earned dollars. Each table is always clean with nice decorative flowers. I was served by an employee named Nicole and she went above and beyond my expectations. She completed my order very quickly. I highly recommend building your own bingsu as you can choose the flavors that suit your taste. If u see Nicole behind the counter you will know your order will be made correctly and fast. 10/10 would try again.

I had no clue this place even existed. I think they should have better signage or like a big old cherry blossom tree to confess to your crush under. Bubble tea is good. Mango slush is good. They have boardgames too. 5/五 had a great time chilling here

Blossom Teas has a really good mango selection which I believe is seasonal. They top the mango drinks with fresh cut mango, which was was a delicious and special surprise! I tried their mango slush which was very good, but not out of the ordinary. Prices are average. On their website it says that a mask is required to order in-store, but the rule is not enforced. I would recommend this place if you like mango.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope they don't change! I love the selection of Mango desserts here and Mango Creamy has got to be my favorite. This drink always has fresh ripe, chunky mangos and the pearl tapioca is perfect in texture and chewiness (not undercooked or overcooked).

Everything looked and was delicious! It's a small cute shop with a very cozy atmosphere. However I get the feeling of dusty because of the visible insulation on the ceiling.

Cozy place to hangout with friends. There was a barista named Mona who did an amazing job on making my mango pomelo sago.she's also handling all sorts of delivery orders at the same time on her own.excellent service! I would highly recommend!

The drinks are pretty but the taste is sadly not there. I ordered drinks with half sugar but they came with no taste. I really wanted to like this place.

I have been a few times now - I like the freshness of their drinks, but always leave somewhat disappointed. The 1st time I got the mango pomelo sago, the sago wasn't fully cooked so it was hard and it tasted watered down. The 2nd I got the same drink, it also tasted watered down, like there wasn't enough mango. That, coupled with the $7.75 price tag is hard to justify, but I would still rather come here than one of the chains.

They were very covid friendly and were super fast making my drinks, if you live around this shop or are nearby, I would reccomend checking it out! I've also noticed it's a popular spot for bike riders and runners, plus the drinks were delicious! I'd say this is one of the best bubble tea shops I've been too?

Terrible Bubble tea. I got the shanghai fog, it tastes nothing like a London fog should. The cream they used was so heavy. I had! Much Better Bublé tea elsewherereally disappointed first experience, I don't recommend.

Hidden mom and pop shop in North Burnaby. Locals seem to love this place. I think their drinks are okay, but their mango items are my main reason for coming. A nice treat on a hot summers day!

Keep in mind if you come 30 mins before closing their menu is super limited and usually just the tea drinks?

Their Mango QQ Dessert is nice and refreshing on a hot day. And super tasty! The sago, pearls, and taro/yam balls are so chewy. And the mango soup and chunks add a good sweetness.

If you order during peaks hours, do expect a wait. There doesn’t seem to be many workers (understandable). I recommend ordering for pick up a head of time in their website. You might also get a discount too.

I am so happy to have found a bubble tea location that serves very high quality drinks. I have been here several times now and every time the service was really good, the quality of the drinks are always great and the interior of the building looks really nice. It's always nice to see fresh mangos being used which actually tastes very good with the mango creamy drink. I also enjoyed the matcha matcha smoothie that comes with a matcha pocky stick and a scoop of ice cream on top. There are many other drinks and cool desserts that I also want to try in the future. This is one hidden gem in Burnaby that I hope more and more people find out about. Kuddos to the owner and management for a job well done. I also try to tip the workers whenever possible.

Update: I have purchased many more drinks here in the last few months and the quality has been superb every time. I also happened to try the taro milk tea which is very delicious. The tapioca pearls or boba are quite tasty, I generally request for half an order of pearls which seems adequate for most drinks.

The drinks that I've had here have always been superb, and the staff is always kind and friendly. Even with pandemic restrictions it's still super easy and safe to stop in and get a drink, especially with the option to order online for pick up. Highly recommend!

Order ahead and your drinks will be prepared promptly. The crew that run this place are great, banging out well made, handmade drinks quickly without sacrificing quality. Great for fans of fresh fruits instead of pre-made that any other places use.

Love the mango cheesecake shaved ice dessert bowl here. My spouse and I always get one and add oreo bits to it and share it together. Their other drinks are delicious too! This place is a bit of a hidden gem since it’s tucked away in a residential area and you have to drive a few blocks in from Hastings. Plenty of street parking nearby. Currently they only have a few table for dine in due to Covid.

Highly recommend the mango drinks; they dont skimp on the mangos and the drink isnt artificial at all. Good quality and great taste - would recommend!

Favorite bubble tea place with ability to order online! Everything is delicious, love the cappucino style / cheese foam drinks and taiyaki. Taking off a star because one time my mango was sour/underripe in signature mango smoothie drink.

Small neighbourhood bbt cafe, with some of the best mango desserts around. I love that they have non-dairy options, and that it’s not too sweet - perfect for Asian taste buds. Ingredients taste like they are made fresh in house, and good choice of mangos. Extra props for the best taiyaki in Metro Vancouver! Each bite felt like a warm hug and the custard was just right balance between egg and cream. Will definitely come back to try the bbt!

I love how this place is hidden. Found it driving around in the middle of the night. Came in here a couple of times and I have not been disappointed. The drinks taste are amazing. Smaller menu size than the typical bubble tea shops but a good variety and lots of original or hard to find flavours.

This is the second time in a row where my mobile order was not done and I had to wait for my order. (always give 10 - 15 minutes before going in to pick up my order) no apologies, just a stunned reaction that the mobile order ticket was just sitting on the printer. I come here quite often, probably once a week or more, but today, the drinks were horrible. The watermelon slush that I got tasted like wasabi water.watermelon probably had gone bad.

This small place is hidden in the neighborhood. You got to try the mango. It is so fresh and sweet.

Oreo taiyaki is different - give it a try. The crispness of it could be improved though. Mango sago drink is pretty good.

Good little bubble tea shop in the middle of no where. Close to sfu so a lot of students come by. Their signature bbt is awesome. Comes with dairy free options here so love that too.
