Blue heaven nails & hair salon

I got my manicure and pedicure today from here. Both girls Raman and Mandeep did a great job.

They have terrible hair dressers. I do not even think that those hair dressers have lisence. I went their for a hair cut and i have very curly hairs. I asked the lady to cut it till my shoulder length. That lady she cut my hair so short that it looks horrible now and on top of that she straightned it and then curled from the end. If the hair dressers are not able to understand english they have no right to touch customers hairs. I gave her proper instructions in basic english she could not even follow that. She is just the worst hair dresser i have ever been to. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have untrained people working their who will make sure to destroy your hair. Worst salon!

In response to your reply: as soon as she was done with the hair cut i told her this is not what i wanted and then she took me a pic and showed see it looks good to me. I said this willcurl up once its wet and will be very short. She kept on saying no it wont as if i dont know my hair. May be from the next time its better if you ask your hair dressers to follow the instructions given by the client. FYI this whole review that i wrote was focused on the poor hair dressing skills and not just the blow dry afterwards.

I went there for the first time to get facial done. Paramjeet was very good at her job. Highly recommended.

I got my service from Ravi today.she is very friendly and did my waxing, hair colour, eyebrows. I like the way she did my service.

I was nervous about getting my first balayage. But raman and Sandeep was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed my hair fantastically. She also educated me about balayage aftercare. She suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products

Sandeep from blueheaven did my makeup for my wedding. She is an excellent makeup artist, professional and personable.
She has an amazing spirit, easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Sandeep went an respectfully listening to my requests and suggesting what would work best for me. She knew exactly the look I was aiming for and that’s what I got. I would recommend Sandeep without any hesitation

Came here on Saturday morning as a walk in. Raman did my hair, I asked for a basic trim and to touch up my layers. She did a phenomenal job. Sincerely. And she styled my hair afterwards, which I wasn’t expecting based on how I’ve been treated at other places. I will absolutely be returning here and brining my daughter. Don’t skip this place, it’s a hidden gem, for real

Its my first visit here and it was wonderful. The Girl Raman did amazing job as i go for haircut. She is Great at her job. Now this is the only salon that i trust completely to deal with my hair. Definitely recommended coming here. ️️

Absolutely horrible experience here. Brought my daughter in for an eyebrow wax and the lady had RIPPED her skin off. (Photo included) It is all torn and has been burning the entire day & night. She kept telling us it was sensitive skin and will go back to normal in a few hours - photo attached is the MORNING AFTER. Telling lies to cover up the fact she ruined my daughter's skin. Cannot even touch it anymore. After all that, they expected us to pay.

I was went here for hair cut today. The girl who attended me her name is Raman Virk is very nice and sweet girl. She did her work very very well. I love my hair cut for first time. Because before I did hair cut from various saloon but i never satisfied with them. But I like this cutting. I like the way of work of Raman virk.

Not sure how they have so many good reviews. I showed them a picture of chunky platinum hair streaks on the bottom half of one’s hair. They overcharged me while giving me the thinnest brassiest streaks one could think of. All over my head. Moreover, they kept making inappropriately snide remarks about my hair, thinking I couldn’t understand. Absolutely horrible experience. It’s been a year now and most of natural hair is turning grey. Pretty sure the products used weren’t high quality either. I didn’t wish to leave a bad review but this was simply too much.

She is not trustworthy. I asked him about kids haircut for my 8 year old daughter and she said $15. When I actually brought her, and got the hair cut she charged me $25. Upon asking for the price again she went back from her words and said i never gave that rate, might be for boys haircut. The funny thing is I don’t have any boy so why would I ask her for a boy’s haircut.
I would not recommend her to anyone.

I visited Blue heaven yesterday first time for MU and Hair. I was little worried in the beginning but was very happy and satisfied at the end. Sandeep did a great job, she is really talented. However, Be patient and have little extra time for waiting even with appointments. Thanks Sandeep.

I had my makeup done from this salon and its first time. I was little worried about my makeup for my convocation.and I had very less time to get ready but she did a beautiful in very less time. My makeup was done by Sandeep and she really did a wonderful job.

Worst place for eye brows its has been more than a month Still my eye brows are not growing properly. You guys should have some responsibility if a person is trusting you and you are doing these kind of things. Worst service may be you could have taught your employees better because it is the matter of face. I used to love my thick eye brows now I don’t like them they are too thin and doesn’t suit my face.
They dont clean hair from your face you have to do it yourself. Lol

I got service from Sandeep didi she’s really good with her work and everyone there is so polite and nice.

Waited for 20mins but they even didn't say sorry to me. Found lots of left over hair and got skin trouble on all of my waxing area. I been doing it over 5 times with others and never got skin problems before.

I have got my make up and hair styling done by Blue Heaven. I got it for my pre wed shoot. It was amazing and I got so many complements that day. Sandeep was so patient and has done really a good job. I would definitely go there in future for these services. Thank you BlueHeaven

Unfortunately my experience with Salon was subpar. I booked an appointment a few days head, I was told the nail technican was running a few minutes behind. 40 mins later, I get called to my manicure and she said she's needs 5 mins, 15 mins of me dipping my hand in the hand solution, I opted to leave.

I'm beyond frustrated, luckily I manged to book another appointment with another salon. Avoid if you anticipate your appointment time to kept.

Booked an appointment and reached the salon 5 minutes early but I still waited for 10 minutes and then they said it’s gonna take longer for the other customer, so can you come tomorrow. Don’t take appointments if you guys are already overbooked. It’s very unprofessional. Wasted my time.

I always get my eyebrows from the old lady with specks. But yesterday it was a new lady with specks she kept complaining my eyebrows are to thick to b done. I came home with such cuts on both my eyebrows.

I loved the work they did on my work they were so professional and I love how Sandeep spent time working on my hair. And they are very friendly and nice.

Sorry to say but the lady who’s name is sandeep has no sense how to talk. One of her worker did my nails and after 4 days one of my nail came off. And when i went back to fix my nail then she (sandeep) started talking in professional language like we used this because you want that kind of nails and so on. It simply shows that she was trying to cover her mistake by talking in professional language. We are paying money if your customer came with complaint then please learn to accept not to avoid.

I liked the service. I got facial from Jazz it was really relaxing. I didnt like the attitude of OWNER towards her staff. I get she is concerned about her business but she should wait for client to leave to discuss their stratgies and keep it more professional.

I give this 2 stars because the ladies there were nice but the place was dirty. The waxing room kept lash extensions all in one tray with no lid. The supplies did not look like they were kept properly. Wax jar were open lid as well.

I went go get the regular facial done and the Girl recommended me acne facial so I was like okay and she did it and she did a very poor job. I got so much acne after this and also got so many blemishes. I went to show them that and they were very rude. I would not even give 1 star to them. Rude staff and very poor service.

Hi i went there for waxing and eyebrows. Jazz made me very comfortable and she really did great job

I really love this place. Sandeep did my haircut and she did a awesome job. In future I really suggest this place to my friends and family

Staff was nice. I went for a keratin treatment but staff was not trained to do it properly. I told the owner a few times my scalp was burning and to check on my hair and she said everything was fine but did admit the girl who was doing it put it way too close to my scalp and it should not be burning. I know they left the treatment in way too long considering I have had this treatment done multiple times at other places and have never had an issue. The next day my scalp was bleeding in certain spots and now I have a lot of red spots around my scalp caused from the burning. I was given HALF a refund for the cause of the damage but I’m still not satisfied due to what I have to deal with.

Other thing to add, covid-19 protocols were not met. One of the girls who was doing my treatment was not consistent on wearing her mask and they did not seem to follow their “3 clients” allowed in at time as stated on their poster in the salon.

They said they’d match the groupon price of $15.20. Came in to get waxed. Lots of hair left. When it came time to pay - she charged me $21, when I questioned it she looked like a deer caught in headlights, and didn’t know what to say. I asked if it was tax and she finally said yes it was COVID tax.which would have been fine had it been made known prior to the service and not when she rang it in the machine. Won’t be coming back
