One zone of my house was not heating up properly. I called Blue Mountain Services and they sent Manny to investigate. Manny came on time and provided top-notch services. He drained the system due to air and did a quick maintenance on the boiler system. He also advised on how to keep the heating zone at the required temperature. Very satisfied with his services.

Did an overpriced job with inflated material costs on installing a small instant hot water heater. How do I know it’s overpriced? Because it charges even more than Rona or the Home Depot’s standard installation cost for a full-sized hot water tank!

Hired this company and they did a terrible job, when asked to be remedied the employee was rude and did not want to fix it. Not recommended.

I needed to unclog the pipe in my kitchen. Simple job but required plumber’s auger. Despite a low rating on Google, I hired them because the job was simple, they offered to come in one hour or so and the rate was competitive. After the job had been done, I needed to call them several times to receive an invoice (they request your CC in advance and can charge prior to submitting an invoice). Finally, after almost a week waiting, the invoice was sent to me. Unfortunately, they overcharged me. I addressed this issue immediately with the Office. They refused to correct the invoice. At issue is the technician’s travel time charge which was not part of their offer. Their price sheets indicates that travel charge applies only to out of town calls. This was not the case with me. This company’s conduct and pricing is not transparent to say the least. I will not hire them in the future and do not recommend their services. Based on my poor experience with them, a low rating they received from reviewers is well deserved.

I have been using a Blue Mountain Services for the last 8 years for a different plumbing issues in our house.i found them reliable and accommodating. We found the repairmen sent from this company knowledgeable, courteous, and doing a quality job. We never had any issues after the job was completed.it was done in a timely matter and well.i would definitely recommend the Blue Mountain Services to anyone, they won't be disappointed.

After 2.5 half years, I decided to share my experience.

I booked the service by phone and told them exactly what service I was looking - bathroom renovation and need to replace the shower cartridge.
So on the service day, a guy from them came in and had a look in my bathroom, and left to bring the tools needed for the replacement, and he came back 1 hour late.

He took about 2 hours to replace the cartridge to finish the job.and a day later, there was water leaking from the job and made 2 sides of the drywall wet, the guy came back again to fix this.

Later on, when I saw the bill, they charged me for that 1 hours he did nothing. I was not sure about this.until recently I confirmed with other plumber, this is not normal.

In general, I was /am not happy with the experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone.

They replace our hot water tanks (3) at short notice during an emergency in November. The owner personally called and kept us updated on the parts on order. 3 technicians were on site plumbing, wiring and gas. Very prompt and professional.

Good costumer service provided. Professionals knowledgeable and helpful. Price is fair. I recommend
