Your phone service is very unsatisfactory.too many long waits before finally getting a person.also I am waiting for 2 renewal prescriptions - one faxed Nov. 30th and one faxed Dec. 4th.

I recommend everyone to go visit Dr. Mangat if you are looking for kind and helpful doctor, who is always ready to look after you. He is super nice and knowledgeable. I do not have to wait for long time to get appointment as well. Best medical service at blue oak medical clinic

Great Medical Clinic The doctors are very polite and friendly, Mainly the staff and the receptionist are very cooperative always treat like family.

I had an very good experience with this clinic I called to the clinic and staff picked my call and I told problem and staff gave that time at which I was comfortable and when I visited there staff was very kind and also the. Doctor Jaspreet Mangat helped me a lot to get relief from my back pain he is a very good and humble person. Please visit this clinic they are really good.

The receptionist and doctor were there when I needed them. Couldn't find a walk in clinic on the sunday of the long weekend. Called up 10 clinics but not one positive response. Called Blue Oak and got an appointment immediately even though the doc was super busy.
Was informative and kind and available.

I m patient from very long time dr Jaspreet mangat he is my family dr, but staff is world rudest staff ever I found here is new staff is worst than ever for me 1 star is minimum otherwise I give — to them stupid staff and they are saying me change ur family dr wow what a service good dr with worst staff. Now I understand why is 2.7 rating I think it’s by their own family’s otherwise no one give them stinger star.

Absolutely horrible service, staff is rude and has no respect for patient needs. Had told us the incorrect time, and said we are late and doctor might not be able to my mom. Very unprofessional doctor and receptionist gossiping about patients. Ridiculous medical office I would not recommend.

Slow, unprofessional and incompetent.tried to get a walk in for an infection on my mouth, said they don’t do walk ins when all i need is a doctor to write off on a prescription for antibiotics.useless staff, don’t waste your time here.complete idiots working the front desk that don’t know how to do their job properly.

Tried to book through online, and said i had to call
I called and they hung up, so i called again and they were extremely rude and said to try to book again and call back if there was a problem, it didn't work so i called back a few times and no answer

Absolute joke of a medical clinic. The staff is rude and incompetent and the Doctor is completely useless. The run around that is Abbotsford medical clinics sending patients to every other clinic rather than doing their job as a doctor is absolutely horrible. 10/10 don’t recommend. Seems the only clinics with time available are those who have idiots for doctors and are not qualified to help.

The lady that answers the phone is very rude and very discouraging. My 4 year old has strep throat and all i want is for her to get a penicillin perscription. Plus probaly my other 4 girls. But wow the lady was rude and obviously doesnt like her job cause wow. I have never felt like such a both to someone. Poor customer interaction!

To management. Please provide a washroom for your waiting clients. You guys have 3 washrooms onseen, but they put out of service sign on all. Even though they are operational. It is a human necessary need.

Refused to help me out due to the doctor not willing to take on my ongoing back injury, only reason was he isn't not going to get paid for his efforts and time for reviewing my old file and details on the injury and I was wasting his time, no compassion at all didn't sympathized in anyway, unacceptable

Doctor Mangat is a great professional, very kind and knowledgeable, however, clinic service is very deficient. Long wait times, even if you have your appointment booked. I have had to wait for hours to be seen by my Doctor. Definitely overbook clinic.

Had an appointment at 11am. Get there on time and we are told we have to wait another 45 mins. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Lol. Or if the doctor is that behind, why don't they call and inform the patients that have appointments?

Great place to go, i have been pleased with every visit i have been. Dr. Blaine is amazing and so is the staff!

This is the most dedicated staff of doctors I have ever seen. They do not overbook as it might seem. Waits occur because of time given to each patient. Secretaries have no problem with patients calling ahead to see if their specific doctor is running behind. Since I have started doing this my wait time has not exceeded half an hour. I highly recommend this clinic. They are also open 7 days a week thereby meeting the needs of everyone and busy lifestyles

Dr. Blane dropped me as a long time patient with no notice and left me high and dry with severe complex chronic pain. He didn’t want to admit he didn’t know what to do, insulted me, and constantly accused me of things that weren’t true. He left me in a huge mess and I will be reporting him. He was also facing a tribunal with the college and dropped a number of patients. He should retire or have his license taken away ASAP. Clinic staff can be clueless, and wait times were always over an hour up to 4 hours. This is also Blane’s third clinic. He has been up to some shady things. Stay away.

Been a walk in patient for a few years now and every doctor I see is very understanding, listens, and thorough. Even the male doctors made me feel at ease for women issues. Very supportive. Thank you. The wait is worth it.

Garbage receptionists and just poor work ethnicity. I called to ask about walk ins. I get told that I have to be a patient there and because I'm not a patient I can't use the walk in.

All doctor very nice but long wait time almost 45 minut to one hour.when u come clinic make sure you prepared for the almost one hour long wait time.please properly maintained every person appoinment.

People complaining about the wait times, be aware! You as a patient are allowed 15 minutes to discuss 2 things per visit, prescription renewal is one and then one more that’s all. The govt only gives the drs 15 minutes per patient. So stop talking their ears off and get your issue seen and get out. People are waiting for you to finish up end your turn.
