Bluebird Self Storage

Manager and staff were able to come in on a holiday and let me in under a relatively short notice to unload my storage unit here. I wish that there were more mice and rat traps. Other than that it met the needs of my storage for a few months. Thank you to the team at Bluebird for accommodating my request.

This storage facility has gone downhill since taking over target storage. They lack communication and customer service. I’m very disappointed in this company and I’m excited to empty my locker and find a different facility.

I looked at 2 other storage companies before coming to Bluebird self storage. I saw before pictures and the renovations are outstanding! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and the security on site is second to none. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the young lady who answered my call at Bluebird Self Storage. This lady (Maddy I believe) was very thorough and answered all of my concerns with the outmost professionalism. We certainly have highly recommended this facility to our friends who are moving from Australia to Victoria in the near future. Highly recommend this facility especially with all of the face lifts and thorough cleaning taking place at present.

Needed storage for my business, and Bluebird has been incredibly accommodating. The two ladies running the joint are always friendly and eager to help. They even let me use the bathroom in an emergency. They are doing a great job sprucing up the place. Definitely recommending Bluebird to all my friends.

Really disappointed with their change in hours, and the fact that I couldn't access my belongings upstairs because the elevator has been broken. No one seems to know what's going on and the girl at the front desk Maddie was very rude to me when I tried to ask her about when the elevator will be fixed.

I was a customer of Target storage for years! They were great. Since the new owners bought it, service has gone downhill! At first they tried to blame it on the one employee they kept. This was not true, they have only gotten worse since letting her go, more likely she quit! Also don't expect them to allow you to use their bathroom, apparently it's no longer for customers. Not just if you look like a homeless person but even a Profesional Business Owner like myself! DO NOT USE THEM!

Great staff and experience overall. I would highly recommend their services. Loving the new colors inside!
