Bluenotes

Where do I start? The store is filthy. I understand as a value brand that the integrity and visual of the brand is of less value than other retailers, but this store is gross. Dust everywhere. It has clearly not been swept in months.

From a merch perspective, sizes and styles of denim haphazardly stacked. Everything is a mess reminiscent of a flee market. Don't bother asking for help, the staff are dreadful.

The store manager was directing several staff members on task work and all of them were ignoring customers. Between the scoffs and eyerolls it was quite clear the manager wasn't impressed with her staff. She failed to lead by example, leaving me the customer 3 times at the register whilst she attended to other matters.

I haven't been in a Bluenotes for a while, and I can't say I have much desire to return. Price is only part of the shopping satisfaction equation.
