Blunt Umbrellas Canada

Umbrella has a terrible locking mechanism. It required so much force to open, that the handle broke off. Lasted about 10 uses, and their support team wants me to ship it back to NZ, on top of paying for some of the repairs.
They left me on read the first time I messaged them on social media as well. Another instance where you shouldn't trust facebook ads.
