Thank you Daniel Luu, for the amazing help during my lunch break last week (west Georgia location) to fully explain imvestment options and what the risks are with each choice.

Approached this years ago elsewhere and I left that office feeling uneasy, clueless, and I ended up backing out and never contributing because nothing was really explained and it was more simply “trust me I know what I’m doing how much did you want to open the account for today” and none of the “here is what you can look forward to expecting by doing this, investing in yourself today with our help in 20-25 years this is what you can look forward to being able to do”

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day (nearly 2 hours) to help me understand and feel confident what I’m agreeing to will get me what I want, my own home, without taking out a huge mortgage. I don’t recall what you said you wanted to become as your end goal, but you’re going to be great at it. You’re patient and good at explaining things.

I had a terrible experience with an agent called Ky** *** in January 2023. He was really ageessive and disrespectful. I have no clue how this kind of behavior is acceptable in Canada. I even remindes him this is rude he laughed and said talk to the manager.

Avoid young asian female teller here at all cost.she doesn't keep the client info.confidential.

Often a line-up but quick after, clean, and got 3 ATM outside. Could hire a security for after hour ATM room, often homeless housing and drug abuse location.

I just wanted ask this question to BMO as an institution, 'How do you want the people to put faith in your business practices, after calling 911 on a First Nations teenager and her grandfather when they came in to open up an account? '

Today Sept. 1st my friend had issues with the ATM machine. Her card was locked in and unable to continue her transaction. Deloraes employee @ West Georgia branch was very helpful in solving our issues. She has great personal skills. The BMO team @ this branch are very lucky to have her on your staff team! THANK YOU!

I booked an appointment today with Sun Jang, she was super friendly & professional at the same time. She knew exactly what my concern/question was and helped it within the time given. I am shocked why this location has low average star. I always had such an amazing help from the staffs who work here. I was gonna give 4 star, but bc of your staffs you deserve 5 star! Thank you:) definitely visiting here again

Been using this branch for quite sometime now. And recently I had to visit the branch and Deloris and Sun were very helpful in getting my transaction processed in meticulous and timely manner.
Sun, especially, was very responsive via email when I needed to follow up with the transaction I made.

Yes, this branch does get busy and it may take some time to get things done; but I believe it’s because of multi-lingual nature of this branch and staffs are trying to cater to everyone’s need

If I could choose negative stars I would! Been nothing but a headache dealing with this bank. Am actually in the process of changing banks.

Advisor made several typing errors in some new bank info and it has taken months, multiple calls and visits to get the mistakes ironed out. Seems simple, but its grinding financial services to a halt due to these discrepancies. Wish the staff cared enough about their work to do it well.

Love the new look of this place.everything looks real high tech! No issues with the service.tellers are nice, and gets me in and out quickly
