I have never had an issue with this location but I just had the worst service ever from here with Diana. She seemed pretty new there. No greeting even though I said “Hi” and her attitude was rude.

Thank you to the BMO Department that refunded $119 to me for a mistaken charge. I hadn't noticed it, but you did! I received a lovely letter apologizing, describing what happened, and promising the refund. The refund plus interest showed up within two days. Thanks again for being careful!

A nice BMO branch, close to other shopping, with good parking, easy to walk there.

Using same excuses never open back to regular business hours. Mon-Fri 10-3pm not opening on Saturday after over a year of that incident?
