Thank you BMO!

All you did is to delete my review.

Please look into my profile on where I usually spent my money at as well as how much do I spent (frequently dine out at places which charges few hundreds $/ person), and keeps challenging my ability to pay your fxxking debt———sorry I’m sending my kids to private school and I pay those small amount of tuitions ($10K+/person) by cash.

Sorry I just transferred $500K here a year ago and will transfer more. Thanks BMO for your amazing discrimination:

Discrimination, prejudice, bias, inequality, unfairness, all contributed by BMO AT THIS BRANCH.
1) Thanks for not willing to offer me a $1000.00 credit card when I came here four years ago——Sorry I have more than $3 M asset base, and my compensation in other countries was over $200K per year at minimum; I do consider that to be an insult. FYI My credit card limit with other financial institution in your amazing country is now $25K+$5K for another card.

2) thanks for not willing to offer me a secured car loan (which I’ve made 80% down payment already at the time———I would like to get a loan only because I tried to bring you business but not becuz I don’t have those fxxking liquidity——yea I bought it by paying 100% cash ultimately without your help), and

3) MOST IMPORTANTLY! Thanks for asking me go and fxxk myself when I was about to make a payment for my wife’s master tuition———I was only trying to confirm the university’s bank account with my wife, and your AMAZING employee told me PROACTIVELY that “you won’t be responsible for a single cent if I loss my money by making a wrong payment”. ———sorry I was a client of wealth management and I would never do business with a financial institution which makes me feeling “unsafe”.

I purchased $100K mutual funds with a non registered account half a year ago. Sorry, I also planned to transfer $2M of my foreign asset here in the next few years~~~. Just purchased $50K bonds from TD and $50K bonds from Scotia months ago, and opened a stock account with 50K USD.

Cheers BMO ~~please keep asking me go and fxxk myself and please keep discriminating foreigners lol!

Oh yea I forgot! My compensation in foreign country was 300 Euro/hour in Italy/Germany, or 300+ CAD/hour in Asia and the U. S, and you would rather hire someone who asked me to go and fxxk myself instead of hiring me to be your bank teller, which pays $18 CAD per hour! Thanks BMO!

Sorry, I spent 8 K on my CC last month (feel free to ask for my CC statement lol~~~), and I pay back 100% of my CC balance (which I know you won’t like it becuz you don’t get to charge interest on it). Please keeps challenging my credibility and purchasing power~~~~

Oh yea, btw, I graduated from a target school in the U. S.with dual degrees and honors. To meet your fxxking stxxpid requirements, I passed all three levels of CFA exams without reading a single page of its text book becuz they are too stupxx. You always ask for CFA chartered to do your stupxx work? What an amazing bank

Thank you! Please keep asking your customers to fxxk themselves!

When you change bills to coins in this branch, you need to check and count them before you leave. The packages of changes are often short!

Most of the staff here are friendly.however… Business people, be sure to be careful when changing change!
I exchanged 5 packs of toonies last week and received them all in clear plastic packaging. One of them was torn at one end, so I counted 25 of course. The remaining 4 were clear packs, so I didn't even suspect it and just brought them. This morning, when I opened the pack and counted it, I found that 1 was missing, 24. Just in case, I didn't open the remaining 3 pieces and just counted them on top of the clear pack, and there were 24 of them in all.
Since it had already been a week, I decided that there was no way to prove it, but this wasn't the first time, so I couldn't stand it any longer. I went to the bank to explain and changed it, but they said it could be because there are a lot of change from customers, so from now on, I'll check in advance before leaving the bank. When do you count them all on the spot? When I get a bundle of change from a customer, I don't understand why I don't count it.
I am suspicious of the staff, but I think it is necessary to check whether there is an employee who takes out one by one when organizing coins.

This isn't the first time. I really won't lie, I've been using it for 3 years, and 1 or 2 out of 5 times have been like this. It was common for nickel or dime to be missing one or two, and there were times when there was no quarter or one nickel or dime was mixed in the middle even though the number was correct. Loonie and Toonie have also had that kind of experience a few times. All together, I think it's close to $20.
At that time, it was already in the past, so it was difficult to prove and it was annoying to talk about it, so I endured it. Once, while explaining this experience to a bank teller, I counted quarters on the spot, but one was missing, so I got the money right on the spot.
I am so very angry. A few change may be nothing, but it is not once or twice, so it is gradually becoming a big money.
If you don't count the number and just peel and put it in, you may miss it without realizing it. Be careful. Be sure to check the packaging other than the bank of canada packaging, especially the dollar store paper. What I experienced this time was a clear plastic package.
Above all, I think the bank should be more careful!

Brandon and the gentleman at the counter fixed my issue promptly, courteously, and most importantly, easily. No effort on my end required.

Been using this location for quite some time, and I’ve never really had an issue. Sometimes the wait can get long but so it goes.

Terrible service, if you can call it that. You would think that banks who rely on our money going in and trying to sell us on loans and mortgages would have the time to actually help. Don't believe me.try calling.

I was unable to complete a simple verification of my photo id today. This branch seems to be understaffed. The staff have insufficient time allocated to complete customer requests and do not have ready access to supports. I brought a completed document which I was to upload from home. I brought the required photo id (driver's licence, and passport). The employee refused to take the time to read the document to understand their role. I will now have to make another appointment, and start the process again. I'm not happy because it took 4 days to get this appointment

Tried to book countless appointments to close down an account here, and they keep being dodgy or difficult to book anything with. Do not bank here

BMO branch staff here is friendly. On one of my visit, I was helped by Suzie (if I am stating name right). She helped me with reserving a safety box. Called me next day to follow up. One of other visit I entered but returned because there was a long queue, guess holidays time. Same afternoon I was standing in queue, a young lady came and helped me. She was helping people who had no cash needs and clearing the line. Great gesture! Branch has three atms now. Keep up the good work BMO
