More Corporate indifference. You would think considering their record breaking profits off the backs of their clientele they could at least post accurate hours, but unfortunately I had to drive here to find out they're closed, despite it showing them to be open on maps. Just another example of how smaller clients don't matter any more.

Edit: I see this was brought to their attention six months ago and still hasn't been fixed.awesome job Branch Manager!

This bank will put your cheques on hold when they “feel” like doing so and randomly without any explanation even after consistently depositing cheques every month from the same workplace for at least 4 years. No solid reason provided other than “policy. ” If I wanted to put my cheque on hold for no reason I would’ve gone to the ATM or online banking. Can’t wait to cancel my account and move on to more accommodating banks to save myself the further headache

Needed teller services and they were not available. Open hours do not reflect that tellers aren’t available on Saturday.

Picking up a phone call and hanging up in half a sec is not what you do.this one star review is well deserved.

Worst banking experience of my life. Branch ATM is closed after hour, why? I have to use the one at the drive-thur and that ATM ate my card.
