I found the Branch very helpful and looked after what I required in a timely matter

I am very disappointed with the customer service, bank advisors currently at this branch! This branch was such a high functioning afew years ago but unfortunately not any more. It is very close location for me to do my banking but it is sad for me to have to go distance to get banking needs done! Staff change all the time, no customer service as it used to have! Could BMO please do something about customer service here! Delays, appointment not in time, lack of knowledge, updates, customer service

Disgusting service disgusting service. Has anyone actually considered making a formal complaint to the head office about these people?
