BMO Bank of Montreal

I've been there 3 times in the last month and every time, I've had to wait at least 20 minutes for service. They have 2 tellers (?) and they have long transaction processing times.
Very unacceptable.

The teller that helped me change my account to a student account was so nice and kind.very fast, i came at a time when there was no line (11am on like, a saturday). Thanks!

Extremely long wait, 30 minutes plus. The two people working hard up front were not the cause. The lack of support for them (they had to keep running to get permission or for a supervisor login).

If the line is that big, the team should be getting involved. Especially all the people sitting in their glass offices alone.

When there is a line up of 20+ people, please at least make an effort to at least look as if you are in hurry. I have been here an hour now and only one nice lady is processing customers.the other 2 have been with the same customers the whole time Backwards and forwards to the printer with the speed of a striking Sloth

Been banking here for years. Always been happy, never looked back. Thank you Terry Kim good people

Sylvia is really kind and always works so hard to do best for me. Thanks Sylvia! She helped with my credit card and even called the credit card company for me for express delivery when other branch BMO worker was reluctant to do so. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to help customers out.

I look forward to seeing June at the lougheed branch as she is very kind to seniors and understands the frustrations we have with the new technologies. BMO has been very good to me. With labour shortages, gridlock, faster pace of life etc, we all need to be prepared to expect long delays. Time with family and friends suffers too. Just be kind, we are all struggling with this and remember to BREATHE.

What time you ATM Machine is open and how long to take hours open and closed? Do you only accept exchange dollars not lots that correct right? What time your bank open and closed hours? Please let me know soon thank you

Worst BMO in the lower mainland, their review score seems to reflect that.

Wanted to avoid their awful service so tried the ATM instead, but even that's worse than another BMO, as I needed an assortment of bills but it only had 20s.

Management should all be fired as it's clear the issues stem from there.

I strongly urge BMO upper management to consider firing their management team at this store.

It's consistently beyond awful, and anyone in a suit or business attire are the worst offenders.

If I had to use this branch on the regular I would not come here.

I cannot stress enough how bad this bank is.

Since I inland to canada and call him. Shanu Lu made 2 times of appointment to help me settle & finish the applications about banking service, and provided useful info to me.
I would say he worth the trust as his professional services.

BMO branches are such a joke. Went on the phone for 59 minutes to get transferred 5 times to talk to someone and set-up an appointment. The number for this branch guides you through multiple transfers and only to ask you to leave a voice message. "Dial zero to speak to a representative" yet still no representative.

This bank is really disgusting, I just want to open a debit card, the earliest appointment time is the next month, really outrageous！

I have just realized this location put a no money exchange “note” on my business account.over asking to exchange bills for a small amount of $1500 or so.absolutely ridiculous. They went on to dry accuse me of money laundering? This is the most unprofessional location I have ever been. I have owned my car dealership for over 7 years.and done business in the new west location. Never once been questioned about anything. You guys deserve all the negative reviews

I would like to thank Jason in bmo branch at lougheed town center. Since I made a refinance. I had a cheque which is delivered from CIBC to their branch on Nov. 1st. It is to payoff my mortgate. I called them to check if it was processed within the day because if not I will be charged for interest by days. Jason called me three times to get detail and followed up the case all way up. Late at around 5 pm I got his message that evertything is done.
Even to a leaving customer they are still taking effort to service, I would say they are worth to trust!
