Omg the lines up are out the door, three times I’ve had to wait forever more to get to a teller. Tried to deposit $ for family member missing one number on cheque they cant deposit had to come back another 20 minutes. One teller is so detail oriented no idea theres 10 people waiting. Am I being punked. This is unbelievable. Dont bank here

I've been a BMO client for over 10 years after leaving RBC. I'm satisfied with the bank as a whole, but this branch is painful to deal with. Unfortunately its close to my home or I wouldn't be using it. Time and time again they make banking difficult in so many ways It's really death by 1000 cuts at this branch.

Went in today to fix some credit card issue, Linda really went above and beyond.
Even the staff (backend) on the other end of the phone complimented her.experience was great

A very aloof and could care less attitude from male Persian teller with glasses. No sense of customer service. Take your business elsewhere

Beware with this Bank! I made a 10K transfer to my own account abroad almost one month ago and it has never arrived. The agency is telling me that they cannot have any news before an additional month or a month and a half. I am happy to share these this information that was recorded from the Branch. This is not the only time I have serious issues with BMO, beyond the difficulty to reach anyone by phone or by mail. I am out of this Bank and I recommand anyone to keep away.

Yesterday I visited this branch to do some banking. I needed some information about a cash advance. Luckily I had the pleasure of meeting Evian. She was the teller I happened to wind up with and that was lucky. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me throughout the whole experience. I will be recommending to family and friends to visit this branch.
