Please for the love of money, give this location a makeover.

This location is indeed undergoing a facelift.

The worst banking experience ever. Making you go to a branch personally like it’s 1910, then have to wait 20 plus minutes for a task that could be done in 5 and then it’s still not done properly!

Awful service, never ever doing this again if I get the choice.

I had a meeting with a personal banker 4 weeks ago to discuss options with finances and since then, all communication has hit a black hole. At the end of the meeting, I was asked by this banker to send an email in a few days to remind the her about my case. 4 weeks later, I have had no communication back after leaving a few voice messages as well as emails. Seeing as this is how they chose to do business at this branch, I'll never be back and will be using another branch elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed by their sheer lack of professionalism or concern for their clients.
