I had a wonderful experience in this branch. I was welcomed well by the lonsdale branch costumer service and they were fast in doing what I resquested. I then had a quick meeting with the assistant manager, Sharhzad, she was very professional and knowledgeable, she patiently listened and had a great advice for me. Overal fantastic team! Thank you Lonsdsle branch!

Recently, I visited BMO for insights on their investment programs and was assisted by Mrs. Shahrzad. Her impeccable attire caught my attention, but it was her dedication and professionalism that truly stood out. Shahrzad went above and beyond, explaining details with patience and clarity. Such commitment to customer service is a rarity these days. BMO is fortunate to have her. Kudos!

Last week, I went to Bmo Bank on the 15th of Lansdale, and Mrs. Shahrazad was very rude and unprofessional. I was completely surprised by her behavior and left the bank without saying anything. I will never enter any branch of this bank unless I hear that she has been fired.

I have had two business accounts and a personal account at this branch since 2019. The management and teams are professional.

My experience with the BMO Mastercard has been strange and frustrating and downright suspicious. I was declined transactions right after making payments. My entire history vanished. My significant others entire e-transfer history completely vanished. He has a commercial account and is sole proprietor. Yes he is restricted from viewing his account at the ATM. He has no choice but to visit the teller but he is charged a fee to see his account. We were both told that he had never used the atm for us account withdrawal. Simply not true. Both of us offered a line of credit but told we must make an appointment to set that up. Again not true. Did that online. My husband has declined the offer. It is a pittance compared to recent torts. His privacy has been constantly breached. He made a complaint but was not even acknowledged. The bank acknowledged me yet it was his complaint. Complete breach of privacy. His account is restricted by the branch. He went to head office and was told there not any valid reasons for these restrictions. The restrictions were removed Two hours later restrictions active. I must assume this is a retaliatory action for filing a complaint against the bank.

If your looking for a very good customer service look for Jennifer she will go above and beyond! She is knowledgeable and even suggest on how you can save your money. Thank you Jennifer I'm always pleased when I come and visit. Kudos BMO Lonsdale
