BMO Bank of Montreal

I frequent this BMO for business deposits etc and I've never had a negative experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the line is usually quite manageable.

The Services of BMO are awesome. The Staff at Cloverdale branch are very courteous and helpful. Thanks to Swapnil for helping me understand different investment products and suggesting me the best options to suit my portfolio.

We have been having problems with my credit card processing on a branch in New Westminster as we just got here in Canada 2 months ago. They were able to solve it and processed it right away. It was so hustle free interacting with them. Now, just waiting for the cards. Thanks.

Swapnil did a great job helping me with all the inquiries that i needed. He explain it to me nicely and calmly. I really appreciate it. He gave me such a great advice what do's and dont's. Bmo in cloverdale branch staff are nice and friendly. Look for him just in case you want to open an acct in bmo cloverdale.

Recently visited the BMO Cloverdale branch. Very impressed with the new location and renovations. The branch is modern, clean, and the staff are super helpful. Bev from the service team helped me get USD dollars for my upcoming vacation and Swapnil from personal banking is readily available whenever I have questions about my finances. Highly recommend this branch and the team for all your banking needs.

Really good staff. Very welcoming and caring. I was there for some urgent work and I was also very worried. But Harbinder (staff member) helped me in such a wonderful way that the problem was solved within 10 minutes. I’m very thankful to him and the rest of the staff. You guys made my day.

This ATM is never open. I have stopped on 5-6 occasions to use the bank machine and it was closed. No sign of hours. Then finally a sign appeared saying ATM is closed 10 pm - 6 am. So the next time I came at 8: 30 PM and it was still closed. When I went into the branch to express my frustration the next day there is no reception desk or anyone there other then the 1 teller helping a guest. Also this new site needs to have some BMO signage or lights, can never spot it from the road.

Went here to get some money out of the ATM you know thinking that the main bank would be closed but the ATMs would be open like you know everyone else but now the entire building is locked down can't even get in to use the ATM

Hey BMO responsible persons
Please hire some youngsters to the bank so they can work fast and keep your customers happy. I have never seen a customer service like that. Everybody was abusing coz there is only one teller in whole bank and she is soooo old can’t type the wards on cumputer properly.

Horrible customer service, it was better at the former location in Cloverdale. I had an appointment with one of the banking representatives and as went to go to his office, a man came in speaking loudly about something and the man I had the appointment with turned away from me and took this man into the office even though he didn’t have an appointment and left me in the lobby. Also, I went to a wicket and the teller was sitting in his chair he briefly glanced at me and said nothing. After waiting about a minute I had to say excuse me for him to acknowledge me. I explained why I was there, he wanted to see the documents and told me they were wrong (they weren’t), rolled his eyes then spoke to his neighbouring colleague in a language I didn’t understand. Very unprofessional.
