BMO Bank of Montreal

We visited this branch while travelling before thanksgiving a few weeks ago. Teller said we had to make an appointment for what we went in for - something we haven’t had to do before. Went back to our branch without an appointment and the teller there solved the issue in 10 minutes.

If I could give zero I would. After a phone call with the call center was advised to go to the bank for help. After arriving at the bank and speaking to the manager who was less than helpful was told to call back the call center again. This is over transaction charges that I didn't know I was getting (my bad I should of looked at my monthly statements more carefully) however when I noticed which was 4 months later I went in right away to get it corrected and was told that "she doesn't feel comfortable" reimbursing the fees " as I should of noticed sooner. Needless to say when it's correct I will be closing my account here
