They had my money on hold for 7 business days even if I have my cheque hand in at this branch

Slow service, confused staff, given the wrong information.seems to be a trend here do I won't be coming back to this location. Considering leaving bmo all together seeing and how I can't get through on the phone lines either.

Very very bad service. I phoned in other day and nobody picked up my phone and employees were all sitting idle in the branch.it took me 3-4 hours just to talk to representative. I will not recommend BMO to anyone.

I am writing this review to appreciate the wonderful service we received from Amanda, the branch manager. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request although we had closed our BMO accounts a couple years ago. She is very patient, professional and she spent the time to resolve the issue. We are sure this kind of service will be one of the reasons if we would come back to BMO as a new customer in the future.

I went there to get a letter of proof of funds for my pr application, the lady manager is so nice and patient and helpful. She went through all the requirements that I showed her and instructed her coworker to calculate the average balance of my accounts over the past six months which not every bank is willing to do so as far as i know. It made my case so much simple and solid.

I am a loyal customer of BMO so don't have any complaint. So far so good for this location with always receiving good service. The representatives I had are all nice.

Great service, set up a new account and credit card through Cameron. He made sure transferring funds and settling my accounts from my previous bank was done properly. Really took the time to go over every account option and sorted me with the proper one. Really glad I made the switch, I'd recommend Cameron to anybody.

My partner and his father have been declined service at this location where other locations like Cloverdale have been very helpful. He needed to set up direct deposit and where the Cloverdale bank assisted, this location declined and told them to do it online.

I received the best service at this location yesterday and I am so glad I went. When going to the teller, they couldn’t help me with a quick service. They directed me immediately to a representative, Felicia Pan. She noticed things in my account that I was paying extra for that were unnecessary. She was very informative and helpful. I am grateful for her saving me some money and giving me more knowledge.

Excellent online service. My pin was locked and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. She walked me through the steps to assist and made sure they were very clear. Her service to your customers is a credit to BMO.

Excellent service by the young gentleman who helped me with some business transactions on Saturday March 9th. Very efficient and friendly. I wish my home branch could be that good.

Unbearably slow service here. I have resorted to putting a cheque in the mail each month to pay my line of credit bill. It’s hard to believe that in this day and age I can not pay my line of credit bill online unless I have a BMO bank account. I was told in the branch that my only options to pay my bill each month were to open a bank account, put a cheque in the mail or pay in the branch. I was paying in the branch but the lines are so painfully slow and they always upsell other services so I started putting a cheque in the mail only to end up being late paying my bill due to slow mail.
