Great service. The tellers are all very cheerful and eager to help. The bonus is the water bottle re fill station. I've never seen that in a bank. Pretty cool

Worst banking experience. Went there to book an appointment as it was closer to my house and convenient hours for me to work out but they want me to go to the branch where i opened the account. One of the representative Jasmine told me that they have to get my file from the branch thats why i should go to that branch. Isnt it an electronic thing. Felt like they didnt want to provide basic service. Very much dissapointed. Better to switch to credit union or any other bank. They dont know how to do basics there.

I want to share my experience with the bank which was on December 30. I had no appointment but an emergency came up and I needed help. I met with Khurram Zaka he is just awesome. Helped me in minutes I was glad he was able to help me. I think he understands people and their needs. Thank you doe your help.

The Worst branch i went to, big line up only 2 counters are open, and there's elderly waiting in the line feel bad to those elderly,

Staff is friendly and helpful. Security of your account is their main priority. It is busy when i went there pass 10 in the morning as 3 to 6 people were queued which is a good sign of business transaction.

Dealt with “Dany” over the phone shortly after the pandemic began, with several follow-ups. He was able to answer ALL of my questions, make several well-received recommendations, and ultimately help me achieve what I was looking to do in very impressive time. Top notch customer service, seems to know his stuff, and very efficient communicator. I don’t usually enjoy dealing with anything ‘finances’, but this experience was definitely a positive one.

Sanjay Dhanda and Jay Sidhu Screwed my buying home experience over as they both showed zero professionalism by not answering any calls and not funding my fully accepted by CMHC Mortgage on time for completion date. These guys should not represent any clients financially and should get fired! I’ve escalated the problem to The personal banking president of BMO and I hope he addresses the concern with this branch. Especially with Sanjay Dhanda and Jay Sidhu.

Very BAD customer service and experience with SATWANT Dhaliwal (Small business Banking) some other people in the bank are very nice and helpful but if you guys really wanna ignore this branch, just mention the name and leave a comment that will help other people to know as well.

My son was in for an appointment with Danny Ren. Excellent customer service and we were made to feel welcome for sure. Definitely glad this is our home branch:)

Worst and third grade bank ever seen. Go to any other bank but its my recommendation don’t ever step in this bank.

I applied for a credit card online they asked me three recent address, I got my credit card and I moved to Vancouver from Victoria for my Internship. I called to activate my card they said take any two ids to verify and they will start my credit card.

I went to activate my card and I was just 2 mins late, I reached at 5: 02pm they dint allow me to come inside bank. They said come tmr, when I came today they said to activate it we will have to call and it will take 30 mins can you come tomorrow. Coming tmr was not a problem but i come from a place which is 23mins away fromthe bank.

I gave them my passport and my drivers license but they said we want address prof and i asked how can i get it they said any bill will be fine. Like seriously i can go to my fido app amd change the address right away and then i will get a bill with that address is that really a proof of address.

Seriously the staff is worst and pathetic they dont even know what to do to activate international student credit card.

Worst worst worst close the bank business and go home.

Customer service is very pleasant. Only downfall is not enough tellers at any time. Queues are lengthy.

Open on Saturday so very convenient but restricted parking lot and always a fear of a parking ticket if I am in the bank for a long time
