BMO Bank of Montreal

Terrible customer service, puts some money down on my car loan there only to find out that the money never made it to my car. Now I have to wait a week cause they have to look at the security cameras to find out how dumb they are. Absolutely ridiculous, I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life.

The worst bmo in town. Manager is useless as well. Be prepared to stand in line for an hour at least. Friday and thus be hot ONE TELLER open…

1-800 NUMBER GIVES A DIFFERENT ANSWER DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK TO.

ID GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT THEY DID GIVE US GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ONE POINT IN TIME. AS SOON AS THE BANK ACCOUNT WENT DOWN SO DID THE SERVICE.

WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS WHEN WE CAN CATCH THEM OPEN. (FACEPALM)

Most banks are very friendly when they charge heinous interest on your mortgage (mort and gage stemming from the latin for death and chains respectively) and pay you a pittance on your savings, and this branch is no exception.

Service is very slow nd opening time is not good at all, they close at 4pm too early and also closed on my monday

They let me exchange my coins despite not being a client. Teller was very polite and understanding. Definitely a positive experience

I have dealt with BMO for a long time (50+ years) and while not the worst branch I have had the displeasure to attend it is pretty poor. Wait times are horrendous, and the staff has misdirected me many times and have failed to address any complaints I have had. (In fact, failed to even acknowledge that I had a complaint). Normally I don't say much unless I have something pleasant to say - this is an exception.

Great staff. Have been banking with them for several years now. Always very helpful and welcoming.

Bankers are well paid jobs with minimal qualification and even lesser skill. They dont have a common sense this branch is not better than this.
