I've had multiple poor experiences at this branch, do yourself a favour and go to a different branch.

I wasted my one hour to get the patty cash for my office and after one, they gave me a very stupid excuses, such a useless bank.

Call to make sure I was able to get service making sure I would have no problems only to go to this branch and get no results for the service I needed.

Though this is small branch and it can be a slow lineup, for me it has the feel of a neighbourhood bank. Despite hurdles created by TD bank, “Prechaya” (English pronounciation Pre-shiaya) was patient, extremely helpful and just plane kind to me. What was almost a big disappointment for me became a memorable positive experience because of the efforts of Prechaya!

I always a long wait. The phone system something else. Tried to speak to someone about r transfing money this bank, but because I could not type in name of someone I could speak or leave a message. I have been a customer of bmo for about 45 years and it is becoming difficult go stay with them.

Worst bmo branch to go, VERY Un-Professional.feels like this branch is training center for ubc recent-graduates.just go here for atm.

Interacted with 3 staff in this branch during my two visits. The one teller is very poorly informed about the promotion going on. The two financial advisors are not there to help but wish you already made a decision and they just have to execute.

Impeccable service from Madame Lu. I went to open a new premium checking account (among other services). Very efficient, professionnal and knowledgable. She recommended me products and solutions that fitted my profile and needs. I strongly recommend this branch.

This branch is a joke, staff are completely useless, came to update my bank info twice, and each time the staff would assure me everything s taken care of and everything ended up not taken care of at all, wasted so much of my time, I m staying away from BMO now and transferring all my accounts elsewhere, if you don't have tons of free time, stay away from this branch, someone here seriously needed to get fired
