Junk branch, I won't go again, and you're not the only one.

Been here several times and there’s always a long line up. Wednesday at 3 PM, there’re two tellers serving customers and six people waiting in line….

Terrible service super slow and staff that is not knowledgeable and no properly trained and grandpa and grandma are looking to talk instead of doing banking and the bonus on the cake is the staff is entertaining this nonsense. Lol I was think switch to bmo but after this I am stay far far away.

Worst wait times for any BMO easily, always half hour, get rid of the stupid chairs already and focus on serving customers

Helpful staff and manager despite of unusual request

Good luck getting a hold of them over the phone. Held a large transaction I desperately needed even though they said it would go through the same day. 5 days later and I still can't get a hold of them.

I want to give them a negative cause every time it's a long wait 30 mins+ and they only have 3-4 windows open, when there's like 6 counters available but no one comes out to back up the front area. Also they do not have a counter especially for business deposits. Overall it's really insufficient and slow.
