Boathouse

It's a good one if you want to get special deals on brand like champion. I went there to get some sweatpants which I looked at online store but they were unavailable at this location. I do recommend this place though!

Great experience here last week. The employee I believe her name was Jen was a lot of help in helping me find some summer clothes for my vacation. She asked where I was going, how long my trip was and everything, it was nice having someone take interest and actually help me! I left with 8 tank tops and a dress suffice to say I’ll be back again!

Took my daughter there today to get her a pair of pants she’s been interested in for a while now and we were hoping to talk to a staff before purchasing it as my daughter has a couple of questions. Not a single staff approached us but the moment two caucasian people walked in, one of the staff immediately walked towards them and greeted them at the entrance bypassing me and my daughter. The staff then proceeded to explain to them about the deals they currently have. After that, the same staff walked back passing us by again, glanced at me and my daughter and approached the two people he just greeted at the door and told them to feel free to ask if they have any questions anytime. My daughter looked at me and I felt so sorry for her. We immediately left the store and yep! Never going back there again.

Better to change staff coz one the tallest boy in evening was copying my style of standing even making fun with chinese girl…. So we liked the clothes very much but we didnt buy…

In all my years I have never EVER met anyone whom is down right as rude as Dierdre and Connor are.
I came into boathouse looking for a gift for my niece, she wanted a collage sweatshirt. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the MESS, boxes on the floor I’m assuming filled with stock. Clothing over shoved onto every rack in the store. I went right up to the area filled with the collage sweatshirts and 2 employees gave me the most dirtiest looks. Customers should be allowed to go up to merchandise! For the rest of my time in the store all I could hear was Dierdre and Conner bashing other employees. And talking rudely about customers, WHO WERE STILL IN THE STORE. I can not believe that these 2 people are the ones running this ship I’m surprised it hasn’t crash, burned, and sunk. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
I used to come to this boathouse quite frequently but it seems that every time I come in there is a whole new team working. The turn over rate for employees must be insane. That is not a good sign if a company can’t get its employees to stay around longer than a few months!

Hard to find someone to help. I wanted to purchase a pair of Vans for myself on my bday, needed to try a different size but couldn’t get help. Stood in the shoe corner for 10 minutes for sure before I gave up and went to the next store. I wasn’t acknowledged at any point while I was in the store.

Had the best experience today at your Willowbrook location after a terrible experience at your competitors (said they had what I wanted, then they didn't, and were extremely rude). The lovely woman that helped me was fast, efficient and friendly and the cashier that helped me was fantastic and went above and beyond! Will 100% shop again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Insanely disrespectful staff. There were a few girls that I have come across at this store that do their job properly, however after dealing with Connor and Dierdre I have made up my mind that I will not be coming back. Dierdre was extremely rude to me when I had called to inquire about my online order. She yelled at me and acted like I am not worth her time. I witnessed Connor talking disrespectfully about another customer, and even going as far as to make inappropriate comments on her appearance. I walked past him and I could smell his body odour. I have heard Dierdre yelling at her employees on multiple occassions. She has no respect for customers or employees.

Your employees are leaning against the merchandise stands talking away while I’m standing waiting for them to open a fitting room so I can try on a couple items. I had to go take the cashier away from her station to allow me to go into the fitting room. Needless to say, I wasn’t pleased and did not make a purchase. I know kids want nothing to do than get high on the weekend and go to the beach but if you’re on company time, at least share the responsibility of maintaining the store as a team.

Very bad personal, they take us out of the shop because we are teenager. And we were not doing nothing wrong

Okay so first off, let me set the record straight. Boathouse the store is a mess. However, boathouse the experience is downright, well, spiritual! I slide under the shutter doors, mere seconds before closing to the absolute chagrin of the employees. If you ask me, their looks of disgust skewed more to looks of awe but I digress. Can you believe they had the audacity to ask me leave? I made it into the store in time so by law I can complete my order, I looked it up. One star off for that.
