Justin was the manager at the store and did a wonderful job helping us out! We had a great experience and this was an awesome store with a great shoe selection/friendly customer service. Favourite store in the mall!

What's with the staff here.like why get a job you don't like. I stole here 15 Mims while the 2 staff members were laughing a texting on there phones.there was also a bedbug on a sweater i was gonna try on and when I told the employee she just brushed it off and said that was embarrassing.omg.

Just called the store and spoke to Evelyn who assisted me in finding the correct name of a pair of pants I was trying to order online for my son. I was provided the SKU number and easily found it on the website to place an order. Excellent customer service and for the taking the time to assist me!

Found a sweater on a sale rack did not honor it said was in wrong place I asked to talk to a manager he said he is in charge bad service won't be going back

Manager was super helpful with our shoe selection and very knowledgeable when it came to sunscreens and suntan lotions. Best customer service I've had in years. Plus I got a free banana boat bag with my sun protection products A+

Staff are super helpful in helping you. Especially when you want to exchange from an order you did online.

Nice and tidy store, we weren't offered assistance till we were about to leave and they ended up not having what we were looking for.

I went in to see if they had roller skates (I had gone in months prior and saw some). I kept thinking about them and had gone back a couple times but they had none in stock. Well I went in a few weeks ago and to my surprise they had some! The guy came up to me right away asked if I wanted help. He got a pair for me to try on and I said I have to still think about it. He offered to keep them until the end of the day. It was so nice! I didn’t end up going back that day but when I went to look at the skates online I realized they sell out of the skates regularly even at the site that makes them. So of course went back to the store, they helped me right away and were friendly. I didn’t get the ones I had saved but I still got some nice ones! And for an excellent price! Thank you Boathouse!

We went to Boathouse looking for help in buying teen gifts for a Christmas toy drive for underprivileged kids, and we were greeted by a helpful staff member who was also a youth development aid, and he was grateful for what we were doing and he was a ton of help! Lots of good things to say about his level of service and the products he recommended.

Store manager has absolutely no respect for other people. Blames people for her mistakes. She should be ashamed.

Went in looking at shoes, waited for service for 15 min no one approached us and when I saw someone and flagged them they rushed off to the stock room. We would of bought at least 3 pairs of shoes but we're we're ignored completely and avoided. The staff at the front was to busy chatting to leave the till, and the other girl hid. Never be bavk.one of the staff chatting was the manager

Terrible costumer service. Tried to exchange a hoodie my boyfriend had purchased me for my birthday the day after he purchased it, because it had a small stain on it and they argued with us continuously on how it was our fault. By all means if I had stained it I wouldn’t be going back to the store, asking for an exchange. But I didn’t so I’d think any one who had spent 110$ on a hoodie if they received it damaged would go back and try to do an exchange. When he purchased it the first employee was crying, not paying any attention to him talking to her co worker about switching shifts, he had to ask for a bag himself. So they obviously weren’t paying attention and the reason they won’t return it because “they don’t sell damaged items” and that’s fair but people make mistakes, and to not own up or simply apologize for the mistake and argue with us continuously about it, is very unprofessional. I have worked in costumer service very long and even when you feel the costumers wrong, they are always right. One more thing to add the store manager yelling and fighting with my boyfriend over the phone about it, so very unprofessional. Never in costumer service should you raise your voice at a costumer. 100% will not be purchasing anything from their store again.

The staff JUST stared to improve. I have been in here so many times and the staff was terrible, rude and just in general seemed to not care. Would shop here more if I had a nicer experience
