Ordered a fresh fruit papaya boba with milk. There were no signs of fresh fruit papaya at all plus it was all watered down and power based. All for $8, rip off

They need small cups Lol. I didn't want a large. But the products are amazing. Highly recommend this place. For sure.

Flavourful bubble tea & wonderful service! Ordered Cream cold brew & hubby got the coffee frap. Both delicious but I think the coffee frap taste even better.

Ordered half sweet & half ice for my cold brew and that’s already really sweet cos of the maple syrup.

Been to Boba Monster many times over the years.

Impressed that their prices have stayed consistent. The wait is never too long and drinks are made quickly. Shared a mango sago ($6.50) and added regular boba ($0.50 extra). Their boba has a good chewy bounce.

I miss coming here. This picture was 2 years ago I believe. I was a regular since I used to go to the adult school close to this bubble tea place. Now it is too far from my house so I could barely come visit. One day I will come again. Join their points app to start earning points that can be redeemed.

Best bubble tea drinks in lower mainland. Their combinations for the price is decent. They will modify if you request it.

Family owned boba shop, would not recommend their fruit tea but their milk tea was good, just a bit overly sweet.

Super quick, ordered through skip. Didn't have to wait long to suffice my cravings. Had avocado slush and you can taste the real-fruit ingredient, not that sweet either having to have 100% sugar level and extra brown sugar tapiocas in it. Also had brown sugar Milk tea and it's as phenomenal. Highly reccommend.

My new favourite bubble tea shop! The pearls have a soft but chewy texture with actual sweetness. I've had the wild lychee and the brown sugar ice cream in the past 3 days. I'm tempted to try their whole menu. The price point is a little higher than other bubble tea places but the quality is unmatched.

Last week I bought watermelon bubble tea and you charged me $13 when I checked skip the dishes app it’s only cost $7. Why? I give you 1 star reviews and never come back here. Disrespectful

My co-worker and I ordered using a delivery app and accidentally chose pickup rather than delivery. We were so worried about our order because we wont be off soon. We called them and inform them what happened and that we wont be able to pick up our order right away and wont be off soon. The lady is very kind and made us fresh boba monsters when we get there after 3 hrs. Definitely recommend this place. It’s our favourite bubble tea store!?

Its so good if u want a fancy bubble tea.the whipped cream and diverse toppings make it feel like a frappuchino even.their mango drink? (forgot what it was called) was soo tasty and one of the best bubble teas i ever had in vancouver:)

Great bubble tea but definitely not my go-to as their prices are more on the higher side.my wallet still hurts.but try their mango special! Their sago is the best

Staff is very good, but it was too busy, wait time was 15 to 20 minutes that is too much wait time. Only 2 person was working, there should be extra staff to help out the big line. Both guys were helpful.

Last Saturday's fresh watermelon slush was amazing. It was a deeper red than today's pale pink.
Today's watermelon slush was just okay because it wasn't that sweet. It was more 3 stars but last week's drink was 5 stars. The kiwi passionfruit from last week was nice too.

This place is SO GOOD. So many options, you can really customize your drink any way you want it. The boba is always done perfectly, and the staff are always amazing! Lots of milk alternatives too so it's great for vegan bubble tea!

I can’t stress this enough… this is the best boba I’ve had. I’ve tried so many boba shops across the country and this one tasted perfect. I got one of the smoothie blends, but they have a crazy amount of drinks to offer. The sugar level was just right. I didn’t feel like I was eating something super unhealthy but it also didn’t taste bitter… it was right in the middle. I don’t live anywhere near this but I’m willing to drive the distance to get solid boba.

Friendly lady took my phone order, a mango sago with half pearl and half coconut jelly. Picked up 10 minutes early and was completely satisfied with the refreshing mango milkshake with bits of mango and topped with fresh whip cream! Will definitely go back and try all the other great looking flavours!

The owners here are so kind, and I love to grab one of their drinks whenever I’m in the area:) The space is very comforting and has a familiar feeling. It’s the perfect place to go with friends especially for a nighttime snack.

Great bubble tea place. Bubble tea is flavorful. I got a strawberry green tea with coconut jelly and I was not disappointed. I would avoid going on a weekday around 2: 30pm. The crowds of school kids are let out around this time and will get in the way of you and your next bubble tea at Boba Monster.

This place was overpriced for the drinks that we received. Mediocre drinks at best, better to go somewhere else in Vancouver

This place has a lot of bubble tea flavors. I love their strawberry cheesecake and i tried their brown sugar milk tea and it was so good! ️ I recommend this place! You can also customize your own drink! Will definitely come back here since i work just beside this store.

Very bad service.they took 30 minutes to make mine and my gf's bubble tea.they didn't put pearl on our drinks.didn't bother to go back to tell them as it was already too long.

Excellent service. It was taking too long with all the door dash orders and I was next in line so I decided to just go elsewhere but the nice woman actually chased after me and gave me my drink with expedience. I was already a customer before this recent time and certainly having to wait wasn’t going to change that but going the extra mile is how to really keep a life-long customer. Love love love this place, wish there was more branches my fave is the Mango Sago with mini pearls. Oof, just hits the spot. Amazing customer service. And really good drinks as well, when they have dine in they also have board games so its a sweet place to bring your friends in. Definitely highly recommended!

They are amazing and offer dairy free options.most places don’t offer dairyfree/plant based milk… so this place is amazing should get 5 star, but i give 1 because you only have one location on fraser and 41 which is such a bad location.i would never travel there just for boba…

As you can see in the picture, what a waste of my money. The drink literally split as I recieved it. Why would it even be an option if it just separates? Cheese foam anyone?

One of my favorite bubble tea places in the neighborhood. I'm pretty happy with their excellent service whenever I need to make some special requests. The price is also unbeatable!

If you wanna have a bubble tea, I mean real ones, go to other places cuz there are a lot in Richmond: Wushilan Boba, Gongcha, etc.
Question 1: Does the first picture look like a oat oolong milk tea? Honestly looks like mud diluted with water in my chem lab. And don’t even think about the taste.
Question 2: 7 degree C outside and default with ice, hope this is not the same as that Freshly Squeezed (Always default with ice and never without ice, even outside 30below).
I still give a three star because the fruit drinks are not disappointing at all.

Waited 20 mins for cashier to take our order. There was no line and people behind us kept asking us if we had ordered to make space due to covid.

We finally received order we were disapointed. We had high expectations from thr other online reviews and presentation of the storefront/business.

We ordered two drinks. One was the strawberry white chocolate and the other was the Mexican mango. Both drinks lacked flavor. The white chocolate strawberry was just basic ice cream with white chocolate chips. The Mexican mango did not have near to enough chamoy or tajin. The Mexican mango taxed as if they took a fresh mango and blended it with ice.

I would recommend another place, but to each their own.

I gave him a chance many many times! I'm not ok if he thinks it is ok. That's why i finally decided to review after a year of me keep giving him a chance.

No idea why this place has such high reviews. Tried their fresh fruit drinks and it is mostly water and has hardly any fruit in it (cant even taste the fruit). Tried their non fresh fruit drinks and the cup was full of jelly stuff with hardly any drink at all (and i specifically told them less jelly).

The sweetest couple run it.i always come here for bubble tea as this place always reaches my standard.always super pleased with the service and quality of drinks!

Great place to hit up for good bubble tea and hang out! I got their Wild Lychee and the popping boba at the bottom was super tasty. Unfortunately you can't play any of their board games or darts due to covid but otherwise a great place to hit up

Good bubble tea place compared to Dragon Ball tea house, limited parking is an issue.inside looks clean and transparent kitchen.

Good selection - nothing fancy but definitely satisfies the bubble tea craving. I’ve been a loyal customer for years watching the prices slowly creep up from a base price of $3.50 to $4.25 now (basic drinks). However, the customer service has gotten worse. I’m not sure if management has changed (?) but the friendly staff I used to see don’t work there anymore. Instead, there is now an older couple working the drinks who look like they don’t want to be there. The young lady taking orders is polite but the other staff really need to learn to smile - the customers can literally see your frowns.

Love Boba Monster! It was love at first sip. Love their flavour choices and their seasonal selections.

Tried this place for the 1st time and last! Didn't even get through 3 sips before we threw them out. Super artificial tasting. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Ordered the cheesecake shake blended with hedgehog and it tasted like a chocolate shake with no hazelnut or cheesecake flavor or pieces to it! Very disappointed for the price and won't order again.

Bobba Monster does do custom drinks. I am happy to report they always get my order correct, no matter how complicated I make it.

Plus it is clean and well organized.

Tip: I would recommend calling in your order or placing it online, as the wait time can get long due to popularity.

Honestly everytime I go there they are super friendly and nice. Even though it took a little bit longer to get my drink their customer service made up for the wait. Also looked really clean and tidy. It's my go to bubble tea place

Delicious milk tea - but WOW, what’s wrong with the people working there? She took my order wrong and when I went back to ask for the correct milk tea I ordered she was throwing attitude at me. PLEASE train your workers properly before you open the shop everyday. I had a wonderful day until I went to Boba Monster. Thanks.

Wicked spot, I'd definately say it's one of my favorite spots. Haven't had a drink that I didn't like from them. They definately know what they're doing.

Local bubble tea shop with customizable levels of sweetness and ice. Creative menu - first time I saw ferrero flavor - even had a while ferrero in it! They also have the standard flavors as well. Menu leans towards the slushie drinks.

Nice person behind the counter who patiently explained to all five of us what things were. Very good drinks.

Good flavours and quick service. Gets pretty busy at night. There are games and darts for you to enjoy. If it’s busy then the seating may be limited. For me the pearls are not sweet enough. Would recommend getting mango sago when mangoes are in season. The mango chunks were quite tart.

Monster boba has amazing, very sweet bubble tea. One of my favorite boba places in vancouver. They have a wide variety of teas and dessert boba drinks, and they do not cheap out on their ingredients. Eg. Their cheesecake boba has real cheesecake chunks. They have ice cream tea float boba with a scoop of actual ice cream. The bubbles are cooked perfectly. The mini bubbles are usually a bit overcooked. The store atmosphere is really cute and they have dart boards and board games for customers to play while they chat and drink. Honestly a very good budget date spot.

The place is beautiful! I love the chalk art and decor. I love the games that are there for you to play with while you have bubble tea. The pearls do taste old and hard sometimes and they are warm when they put it with the smoothie so the smoothie is not that cold.

Very solid bubble tea place with a friendly vibe.i tried the matcha milk tea, which is a solid choice at any bubble tea joint, but the one here is simply phenomenal.one of the best i've had.can't really find anything to complain about.the menu is fairly easy to understand, although it is a bit overwhelming if you are a bubble tea beginner.there is a good aesthetic consistency throughout the restaurant, same goes for the menu, cups, napkins, etc.this is a very cozy environment, which brings me back to the time when i was a kid playing video games with my friends on my couch in the basement.there is a nice selection of board games and perpetual anime being played on loop to suit the vibe.truly a happy place.the staff were all pretty kind and understanding, i didn't come across any miscommunication and when i asked for help, help was offered.

I did not like the drink I had here. The boba was slimy, mushy and had a sour after-taste to it. It did not taste fresh. I definitely will not be wasting my $6 on a drink here in the future. It’s absolute garbage.

My favourite bubble tea spot! The pearls are always good. Their drinks have gotten a little sweeter, but I just switched to 75% sweet and that's perfect for me. The only thing is that they dont have a reusable cup option, which would be nice.
