Sadly this place is extremely expensive. Being heart of Surrey, you can find a place on every corner for 1/3 of the cost. $10 plus for eyebrows is not affordable with todays inflation.

I am very pleased to write a feedback for Kirti Verma who did my and my daughter’s hairdo today. Honestly, I was very sceptical to do as this was my first hair cut in Canada since I landed from India but I was so happy with her hair cut.

I had tried different places for haircut before but was never happy with the results but today “Nirmal” gave long layers hair cut and the results were amazing. She is so experienced and her work speaks for her. Each and every layer of my haircut is so clean to differentiate. Girl named Priyanka also helped.

I went in this store on October 20 6: 15 pm for eyebrow I experienced very bad service here the lady who were doing my eyebrows she ruined my eyebrow shape it was really bad experience. When I talked to another lady they made me to wait for them almost an hour.

This place is great!
Staff is so friendly and they always make their client comfortable before initiating any service. I will definitely come again to this place.

This place is a scam, a skin fade is apparently a “special haircut”, which is $31.50.
Most of the barbers are amateurs, I was very dissatisfied, the skin fade wasn’t even properly done, the guy cutting my hair didn’t even trim the sides properly and the fade was poor. So the cut got old soon.
The only actual barber in this salon is Bob himself.
Very overrated salon.
You should visit A and Z instead which is across the intersection.

My husband got haircut and bread today it was awful like we did home better than that. It was bad experience i don't recommend anyone to go there.

I have been coming to Bobs hair and beauty bar for almost 3 years now and only and only dealt with Rekha didi. She is the most loveliest and kind person to deal with. I won’t let anyone come near my brows except her. She knows how to keep long lasting relationships and such a delight to speak to!

My go to place I loved their service especially Nirmal and rekha are the best but really disappointed with huge rise in prices. Never going back

I have been here for a haircut a few times already. I am fully satisfied with their service. Friendly staff, super clean and spacious. I would highly recommend Mr. Gill. He is very professional and did a wonderful job.

Friendly staff but unsure if the skill level is suiting the 23 dollars. I get wetting the hair but mine was soaked and at end of the cut it is still wet and did not get blow dry nor offered to gel.

Karan is the best barber I’ve ever received a haircut from. Great personality and incredibly skilled as a barber.

I went to this place for a burger then I realized it's a barber shop! So then I got my haircut since I'm there already. The place was nice, clean, very spacious, and best off all the staff were nice and friendly. The guy that cut my hair (I believe his name is Karan) was cool and knows how to cut hair. I highly recommend this place and go see Karan if you want to get silky smooth.

Rekha and Nirmal are the best I have a very sensitive skin and it breaks out very easily. But these two make sure they do their thing carefully and I havr never had any break outs after their services

First time i tried this place today. I got my eyebrows done. I haven't seen HIGH-END Salon like "Bob's Hair & Beauty Bar " in surrey yet. Amazing services and professional staff. Their app is great & literally saved my time. I loved their interior design. THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE FROM NOW.

Amazing place to get your esthetics services done. Rekha is the one of the best person she did my eyebrows perfectly and having a great knowledge regarding skin issues. Along with that i really appreciate their staff members everyone is friendly. Harpreet is always helping us for booking an appointment according to our time preferences, she is always polite and provides a great customer service

I got my haircut today had an amazing experience at bob's. They were so doing well during this pandemic. They were following all the protocols. I am very happy with their customer service as well. Highly recommend this place for haircut and the way owner organized his saloon is osm.well done guys.

Yesterday we went there for my friends haircut, the barber was great, Amazing barber and professional staff over there. I can say that best saloon in surrey. Mainly, i wanna thank you their manager she was the best and recommend the best barber according to our preferences. The way she was dealing not only with us but with other customers is great. Sandeep did an amazing job. My brother got his haircut from him he is fantastic and great barber who did his best as much as he can. I recommend sandeep for haircut Moreover, their manager is too good who is helping each and everyone effectively. They are busy but still she managed very well. I am impressed. I don't know her name but I can say that she is giving her best.

While the hairdresser was polite and the price was reasonable, they didn’t keep my confidence as far as COVID protocol. What they did right: They had a screen at POS, all employees were wearing masks, and some even had gloves, which is great. I came in with my own mask, but they offered me one to use so mine wouldn’t get stained with dye or interfere with her ability to work which I appreciated. However, throughout my appt, there were several instances where I was asked to remove my mask completely. Instead I opted to place and hold it over my face. Dye got on the mask I was wearing and I had to ask for a new one, otherwise I would have been there without one at all. During this time, my hairdresser was only partially wearing hers and she did not have gloves on the whole time. She did my eyebrows with her nose exposed inches from my face and I’m fairly certain the thread was in her mouth just above her mask. At one point, the comb dropped on the floor and she picked it up, rinsed it for a few seconds and put it back in my wet hair. I declined to get my hair straightened or curled at the end of my haircut, but she blow dried it without a hairbrush and it looked so frizzy leaving the salon. Even though I am satisfied with the colour and cut, I felt unsafe overall. I haven’t gone anywhere in several months and my anxiety is through the roof because I’m worried I’ve been exposed.

This was my 3rd visit to bob’s.i really like their work.very professional in this covid too.but my concern is with the girl working on front harpreet.i told her to book with sandeep on the phone.i dont know why she didn’t listened to me.this is very unprofessional.she is very loud and rude.talking nonsense.i really like coming here.please pay attention.this gonna cost your business.i really recommend sandeep for fresh cut xxx

Best place in surrey.bob is osm, he always paid attention to the details. I always prefer to go with bob for mah hair cut. My wife loves to get her eyebrows done from Nirmala and rekha.good job guys.

Unprofessional ladies are working there. She ruined my eyebrows threading. She was in rush on karwa chauth occasion. Very unprofessional.never go to them

First time since COVID started I went to salon to get my eyebrows done. The lady who was doing my eyebrows came from outside (the store) and started doing my eyebrows. I asked her to wash or sanitize her hands to which she replied when she left the store she washed her hands. If she didn’t wash her hands in front of me how am I gonna believe she did it when no one was looking. Not to mention she didn’t even wear a mask neither the receptionist was wearing a mask. Eyebrows can be done without holding the thread in mouth by using both of your hands. They even charge 10% covid fee which I wouldn’t mind if they were taking proper precautions. Forget about taking special precautions they were not even washing hands before touching any customer which anyone providing services in beauty salon should do normally also. I really wanted to leave but didn’t want to be that hard customer. Never going back to them again.

It’s been 3 years in Canada so far and I haven’t got satisfied with any of the salons yet. But this time i have had the best service and the best satisfaction level so far at Bob’s hair Salon. The employee Shuchi gave me a really nice hair cut, spa and a facial massage, the best one so far. She was not in any rush of the timings of closing the salon, even the manager supported her. Shuchi at the end made sure if I was satisfied with everything. She made all the extra efforts to make me satisfy with her service. Really liked it Highly Recommended. Awesome job Shuchi, Thank You

I normally go for threading, hair root touxh ups and facial. Anazing service done by Nirmal. I have been getting it from her for last 1.5years. She delivers her best to give customer satisfactiom. The hair cut services are also good. My son always ptefers to get it done from Bob Bar.

Staff members has no respect to customers time and its value. They not professional with respect any quality to welcome the customers.

A very friendly and experienced staff, takes care of all the protocols, necessary at this time, very patiently attends, to name a few. Nirmal ji, Rekha and Shuchi, even my kids luv being there, not only ladies section but gents side also each one of them are very hardworking, we are visiting the salon from last three years

Bob’s hair cut is the best place in surrey for haircut, & styling. Its very hard to find a good place nowadays but bob’s team members are following all the safety precautions for the clients and Staff as well. I got my hair cut done by bob and he is very down to earth person

I’ve been coming to Bob’s for over 2 years now I refuse to go anywhere else for my brows and waxing needs. Rekha and Nirmal are super friendly and amazing at what they do. Would highly recommend this place!

I went there to get a good haircut, unfortunately the lady that did the haircut did not do it well. She seems like shes new with her job. And this salon charged me an over price haircut. I had my hair cut short and they charge me 52 cad! For just a simple haircut! Never again. And there website says haircut price range is from 15 to 45cad.never recommend this place.

This saloon is great and have exceptional service. The lady Harpreet at the reception is so helpful to book an appointment due to their time flexibility for the specialists. I got my waxing and facial done with Rekha. She done it so smoothly and finally I got rid of my blackheads. I will highly recommend this saloon. This is value for money.

It was my first time at Bobs' Hair & beauty where I had just arrived back home. I found this haircut to be very interesting. My barber Sahil was playing with my hair in various ways. He washed it, cleaned it very well, and gave me a very nice touch with my hair. I believe he did an extraordinary job. Looking forward on coming back. Very much Appreciated.

OVERALL A BAD EXPERIENCE.
I had my haircut here months ago and the haircut I got was totally different from what I wanted. ALSO, the staff (a lady and a guy) blow drying my hair PROBABLY WANT MY SCALP ON FIRE! They both don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The blowdryer was super hot and they were pointing it directly on my scalp for too long it felt like it was going to burn! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THE LADIES.
