I was quite disappointed with my experience, expecting a straightforward request. After ordering a smoothie and noticing a new flavor that wasn’t on their menu, I inquired about switching it and was happy to pay the difference. However, the cashier needed confirmation from a colleague and the smoothie maker. Despite being told it was possible, there was confusion about how to proceed. Ultimately, we were informed that the smoothie had already been made as they were trying to figure it out, leaving us no choice but to accept it as is.

I love coming here. The smoothies here are amazing. However, whenever I order on Uber eats, they never add protein. I always pay extra for the Grass fed, double scoop. I know they don’t add protein because when come in person, it’s a completely different smoothie/bowl. Extremely disappointing.

The staff here at Brentwood store are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's great that they also serve two keto friendly smoothies.

Manav is a really great person. We came here many times and each time he helped us and explain everything in details.

I just love these smoothies so delicious and healthy. Staff is super welcoming and friendly.

Body Energy club is great with a large selection of supplements and smoothies/bowls. My only complaint is the lack of consistency between smoothie and smoothie bowl orders. Depending on who makes it, one day your order could be excellent and the next it could taste completely different.

The smoothie i had was amazing. But they need more staff working on the floor. Might not visit just because of the long wait time.

Prices are reasonable then other stores and the staff was helpful and were able to recommend products for me and smoothies tasted great.
Must try!

Went there today and the person who made my drink when they lifted there arm the BO was so bad I couldn't drink it please remember personsl hygiene

Love the smoothies. Green goddess with protein. Tasted delicious and quick breakfast. It was a filling smoothie

Prices are lower compared to other supplements stores.
Smoothie bowls are really delicious. Tried Cherry-blossom bowl.

Love BEC. I go once a day for a dinner smoothie. My favourite is blueberry Açai, second is Chocoberry Açai. If I’m feeling like I need more greens, I go for the green goddess! Can’t beat the customer service here either. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Check it out!

Visited them first time and had a great experience. Tried their cherry blossom bowl which had lot’s of topping the bowl was delicious. Will recommend 10/10.

This place is awesome. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I usually deal with Bhavi and he’s one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve deal with at a supplement store. 10/10 would recommend

Great customer service, they recommended me body energy club proteins and it was really tasty and was of good quality. They helped me find what I was looking for with no problems. Reasonable price, will visit again! Highly recommend:)

I’m generally pretty happy with these guys. But I’m starting to notice the take out orders (like skip/door dash) go down in quality / service. They always forget the cutlery for the smoothie bowls even though I always request it. Today was especially annoying because when you add $10 in extras to find out some or all aren’t added into it, and instead they add some random topping you didn’t want, and then to take an item off due to no stock without even a courtesy call? Maybe I would have accepted a substitute for the no stock item? Maybe the topping you added to my smoothie bowl is something I can’t eat? Which in fact, it is something I can’t eat due to a health issue. You guys gotta step it up in here ok? I know it can get busy but you can’t rush everyone’s food they’re paying for and mess it up and have this excuse. Do better.

Horrible horrible horrible!

This location is easily the worst I’ve ever been too. Not a single person knows about the products, I was the only one in the store, got my protein powder, always agree to the half price smoothie and waited like a good 8 minutes when there 3 workers in the back making smoothies not knowing any of the ingredients on to the smoothie was full of ice cubes lol I’m writing this as I crush ice cubes with my teeth haha this is soo bad I had to leave a review. BEC might lose a loyal customer, i highly recommend the high gate location in Burnaby though!

This is probably the worst Body Energy Club location - the highgate one and the downtown ones all have better service.

Everytime, I come in here - the staff is chatting amongst themselves and the smoothies that I get from here are barely full to the top considering that it's around $10 for smoothie. Whereas the robson location, they usually end up even giving me an extra cup from the leftovers in the blender (see photo reference below).

The staff at brentwood told me that they had signed me up to collect smoothies (loyalty pts kind of program) for my last 2 smoothies purchase and the next week, I went to the robson location to only find out that they never even did that for me at the brentwood location.

Very friendly staff. Bhavi is very helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and management is great. I highly recommend visiting this location. Cheers

I like this place and I ussuly for good service but this morning was horrible. The girl who helped me would like to be everywhere else but here - no smile. No greeting and no offering the straw. The young men who worked with her, no greeting, yawning in front of me and than going on computer to chat with his security friend.
No wishing good morning after I left.
I usually do not write reviews but this experience left sour mouth in my mouth.
The only partial excuse would be that it is 730 am but when you choose to be in service industry that is an expectation.

Protein smoothie was way too many ice and tasteless. I ordered same order last time and the taste was subtle: (It used to be good but right now I am not sure should I come back to this location anymore.

I made the poor choice of ordering the wellness and and the ginger shots. I’m saddened by the exhibited flavour profile, smell, and texture. I love the place. Body Energy club is fabulous. However, the cold pressed ginger shots seem to be extracted directly from the bottom of a compost bin.

I will be facing the consequences of my poor choices on this day for a very long time. If you happen to read this, please be advised against the consumption of the afore mentioned ginger shots as I have regretfully not been able to move from the toilet for 2 hours now. I need to go to work.

Thank you body energy club for your fine products and as for the ginger shots I will not be purchasing them again unless I need laxatives.

I come here often for shakes. All of the staff are very attentive and engaging with customers without being pushy. Big props to the manager of this location - you run a tight ship!

Great environment to be in even for a short while when browsing for your goods. The team is awesome and helpful. Most importantly the place is clean, tidy, and filled with positive energy. Highly recommended!

I was so excited to hear that a BEC was coming to Brentwood! Very clean, bright location. The staff are courteous and very friendly:) I've placed pick up orders in person and online, both were quick and seamless. This store is my new go to before running errands.easily 5 stars!

Excited to have a BEC in the Brentwood area. Brand new location just opened up a few days ago, fully stocked already. Very clean and organized. Smoothie was made perfectly and very quickly. No complaints, looking forward to many more visits.

So excited to FINALLY have BEC near my home! Been waiting for this! A guy helped me at the front desk to order a smoothie that wasn't on the menu yet and he was friendly. My go to store for a pre-workout high protein smoothies.
