Love BEC but this store is ALWAYS a disaster. Constantly behind, understaffed, long wait times, can never get an hold of anyone, etc. The people are nice but I find myself avoiding this location even though it’s the most convenient for me.

An incredible number of options that should work for people on any diet. Used the app to pre-order and it was ready for pick up at the specified time. Mine was absolutely fantastic.

If you take vitamins or are thinking to take vitamins, read this! It could save your health. Until recently, I would have given Body Energy Club 5 stars for uplifting appearance, great smoothies, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had a health scare as a result of the Vitamin & Supplement industry being unregulated. I had bought Men’s Chapter multivitamins for years which had been recommended by the staff and which provided the recommended daily allowance of many vitamins. That brand was discontinued and I was recommended to take Progressive Men’s multivitamins. I was also separately recommended to take a Vitamin B complex multivitamin. Unbeknownst to me, the higher amount of Vitamin B6, common to multivitamins and supplements, can be NEUROTOXIC. Vitamins often do not state the amount of vitamins they contain as a percent of RDA (recommended daily allowance) nor do they have warning labels. I was B6 toxic after taking 21mg a day for a few months. If I had been taking the recommended 3 multivitamin chewables daily as recommended with Progressive, I would have had been ingesting 35mg of Vitamin B6 daily - almost 27 times the recommended daily allowance. After only a few months, I started having hot flashes, burning skin sensations, pins and needles feelings, numbness in arms and legs, burning mouth sensation, dizziness, and a feeling that my arms and hands and lower legs were encased in static electricity. It is hard to imagine the terror this triggered in me and the amount of anxiety seeing the doctor and waiting for blood test results as these symptoms are often associated with long term nerve damage. Luckily, it seems I have a milder version and am recovering, but it is slow going and many others with B6 toxicity are in much worse situations. Search for Megavitamin B6 Syndrome or for B6 toxicity and see for yourself. B6 is not the only vitamin that can be toxic in the higher amounts commonly sold. Please do not blame the staff, as they have likely not been educated and may be at risk themselves. I am giving Body Energy Club 1 star as they are selling unsafe products, with no added warning labels to their product, no signs posted next to the vitamins with warnings, and a lack of education for their staff. I call upon Body Energy Club to do better and protect the health of their clients.

The worker forced me to accept that I must add chocolate into my order which 4$ and half more than usual because she can't find what I want on system! A usual order I always do on the other branches! Then she just decided that my order isn't there anymore! While again I ordered it before one day! Workers there gathered like caveman on their screen! In that moment I decided to leave because even if they found it bad energy will be on my order. They ruin the fresh morning for me! Usually it's more knowledgeable to ask me to come again rather than giving false and much more expensive answers!
Just left before half an hour leaving this comment now.
Sadly, she totally refused to accept that I always order what I asked for.

Davie location is the BEST ever! The other ones always take forever to get my orders, it’s unbelievable. I never had a problem with the David one. Specially if Marla is there. BEST “bartender” EVER! Her smoothies are just perfect ️

I had a chocoberry acai and it was super well made. The customer service was amazing and the manager on floor dealt super professionally. Great experience! I am surely going to recommend people to this place.

Always a good place to visit - great smoothies and good pricing. Been going there for years! So much variety with their products and they have a great smoothie menu. They also have meals that you good buy and are always fresh. The detox juices and charcoal cleansing juices are my favourite. This business has grown and their success is because of their great service and the products that they offer and their pricing! Kudos to staying consistent on your business.

Came here post Mauy Thai and asked for a recommendation for a smoothie. The worker, Brandon, was personable and knowledgeable. I was given a Mango Turmeric smoothie to help with recovery and inflammation. Delicious!

I had the worst experience here this morning. First of all I only went there because I had a discount on a smoothie with a purchase over $10, so I ended up buying two juices, lunch and specifically ordered a smoothie that has coconut water as I don’t drink the packaged milks and I was very dehydrated and needed the coconut water. While I was trying to place my order, one of the staff (a girl with strong accent who was making the smoothies) was going on and on about her personal life talking so loudly with the other staff who was trying to get my order. After I paid, I was waiting for my smoothie, she came to let me know they are out of coconut water and she can use milk instead. I told her I don’t drink any milk and specifically ordered because of the coconut water so she suggested she can use water instead! I understand that they were out of wholesale coconut water but she could use the little packaged ones they had on the shelves as she was letting me know after I made the payment! Anyways she just used water and after I finally got the smoothie it tasted terrible (too much protein powder). I could only taste the protein powder overcoming the fruits with water lol.what a waste of money and time!

Body Energy Club is the best. From the selection of products to the variety of smoothies and bowls, to the many locations and friendly staff, they've got it all.

I love the Avo Kale and Cold Brew Mocha! Super good and super nutritious!

Best smoothies ever! So thick and flavorful with lots of great supplements. So healthy and filling like a meal. It fills me up for 3-4 hours. My smoothie favorites are Thunder coffee and Tumeric mango.

The smoothies just seem to taste better at this location for some reason. Lovely staff. I have a lot of dietary conditions and (forgot her name) the woman with the long black hair helped me navigate through the different options for supplements and protein powders. Will definitely go out of my way to come here often.

A convenient location with lots of smoothie options. 5 stars for taste but 1 star for the time to make the smoothie. They take forever and if you don’t inquire or complain at the takeout window, it’ll take even longer. They have 5 people on that area but only one person making smoothies… literally one smoothie at a time…

Love body energy club, love their smoothies, but sometimes (most of the time) they cheap out on the milk and the texture kinda ruins the smoothie. Still a great store. Just add more milk pls!

Love Body Energy Club, hate this location. It took 40 minutes to get a smoothie bowl tonight, only 2 people ahead of me. We were all upset. It's almost like it's slow on purpose, it literally took her 5 minutes to put gloves on. I know businesses are short staffed but there were 3 people working and only 3 customers.

For the past few months I’ve bought smoothies from this location at least once a week. It’s disappointing and frustrating that the quality of the smoothies have gone down. They used to be thick and delicious, but lately they’ve become more and more watery. The consistency of the latest one was like plain frothy milk. I’m hesitant to come back because I can’t justify paying nearly $10 for a cup of milk instead of a smoothie.

Whatever whey they use is extremely chalky and disgusting. I thought shakes stopped being gritty like 10 years ago. Guess I was wrong.

I love the fruit protein shakes served daily with a smile. I could live on these save for the fact that I love my steaks and salads. I recommend that everyone reading this review go to the nearest Body Energy Store and partake in a fruit protein shake as soon as possible. Admittedly, the shakes are a bit on the pricy side BUT well worth the cost. I promise that you will NOT be disappointed. Take a few minutes and become a member like myself and get a free shake for every 10 to 15 purchased. I get at least 1 to 2 free shakes each month so you know how much I love enjoying at least one every day.

Very friendly staff, delicious food/smoothies, but be prepared to wait 30 mins+ for your order during the weekend rush. They seem very understaffed. I love how this location makes the bowls like the pictures - excellent amount of toppings.

I ordered the Choco PB Açai bowl after a seawall run. Unreal! Is it dessert? Why does it taste so good? Should I feel guilty? The portion is massive. There is no way humanly possible someone finishes this in one go. It was rich, creamy, peanut buttery, crunchy…delicious!

I have been a long time member at Body Energy club. I love the deals and perks they offer! Yet I hadn't until recently been to their Davie street location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They were very helpful in helping me find the supplements I needed. I ordered the nutty cashew smoothie. It was tasty and the service is efficient. The manager was very friendly and involved on the floor. He was very welcoming and gave me free samples of protein after my purchase! Excited to try these products and I can't wait to come back.

I love this place and their smoothies especially peanut butter dream smoothie. Also, the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist you in clearing your doubts
related to any of their products. I have been using some of their products like clean vegan protein and apple cider. I really love their products as well, as my stomach feel great compared to any other proteins I had ever yet. I would definitely recommend everyone to atleast try their smoothies

These places do something simple.different. Quality, unique smoothies using the products and supplements they sell. Vegan, gfree, keto options.

Tried a smoothie flavor today * King Kale.it has coconut water, pineapple, mango and kale! It's sweet, light, filling and refreshing!

Such a sweet staff at this body energy club! I was helped by a staff member named Michelle who helped me pick out a smoothie that she thought I’d like! I was having a really hard day and we had a really great conversation! I’ll be sure to come back!)

Was walking down the street today and was approached by two lovely young ladies that were given out samples of the health shakes available there. I tried one.loved it.ordered one and then both young ladies came and chatted up a little bit more about the options the business has. These 2 are a benefit to the business as they were actively pursuing new customers in a very unintrusive way. They just earned a new customer!

I love the Body Energy Club joints around Van so swung by without hesitation. This time I went for my go-to Vegan Skinny PBJ Dream Smoothie which tasted super yummy and the perfect big slurp! Peanut-butter Jelly time is always the best time, right? I must admit, this is the first time however that it wasn't blended fully and the jelly got stuck because of this.
I also tried their juices for the first time which were awesome and very fresh tasting with exciting concoctions.
They have an exciting, vast, flavorsome and diverse smoothie menu to accommodate for any tastebud craving no matter the day or time. Their menu is also pretty good for customization if you fancy chopping and changing a few things here and there as well as vegan friendly wholesome ingredients. The staff at this joint are friendly, kind and extremely efficient at making tasty drinks! I feel like I always receive great value for money at BEC.
The staff were very professional in ensuring to make a great recommendation accommodating to my needs and also completely customized featuring vegan protein.
Don't bother wasting your time at other Smoothie joints in my opinion, this place is the juice! (Pun intended)
I also love how through their packaging they have removed the need for plastic single use straws and help saving our beautiful planet. It would be dope if they had a reward for refilling personal beverage containers.
They also have a great loyalty rewards scheme which I recommend signing up for if your a frequent smoothie head!

Tall blonde guy with curly hair has a horrible attitude and nasty customer service. He should honestly be working in the back. His demeanour leaves a lot to be desired. I avoid going to this location thanks to this nasty working human.

The worst location you can go to for a smoothie. Extremely slow and disorganized team. Two times in the row they forgot my order. I waited 25 minutes each time and had to claim for my smoothie. I am never going there again. Worst customer service. No consideration for customer's time.

I come here almost every single day & usually the smoothies are awesome and consistent quality, but the last couple times I’ve been I’ve noticed a significant drop in quality/consistency. I think they might be having a staff changeover. It just seemed like someone was skipping out on a bunch of ingredients & for a $10 smoothie, I was pretty disappointed. Most of the time they are great though:)

Recently visited this location for a smoothie but didn't have the greatest experience initially. After bringing forward the issue and waiting times to the Manager, he dealt with the matter very professionally and I will certainly be returning to support this location. Thanks again for the help!

Although this place has delicious smoothies and bowls, I cannot wrap my head around how slow the service is. I get it, the place is busy but I can clearly see from the outside that they dont haveA sense of urgency while preparing items. It shows that they dont have consideration for people’s times. It’s smoothies and bowls that i’m ordering here; not steak and lobster. My point is, even a restaurant can prepare actual dishes faster than this place. It is absurd and border line disrespectful of people’s times.

Although I enjoy their smoothies and bowls. The wait time is way too long. They are extremely slow when preparing orders and it takes at least 15-20 minutes. I’ve had to wait even longer. I started using their website but even then have still had to wait outside my pickup time.

I generally love BEC but something about this location – they always miss or ignore customisations on my smoothie. No other location has this problem (when I order the exact same thing). It’s happened at least 4 times and I’ve emailed them through their website too so they can hopefully fix it – but nothing. I guess they don’t care. Frustrating so I don’t go here anymore more.

The staff were very helpful - we asked a ton of questions and instead of getting annoyed they answered every question thoroughly to ensure we picked out the right supplements.

(Smoothie Review) It's definitely a five star. Just not all the time, I've bought smoothies everyday for almost a month and unfortunately it's not consistent flavour/texture everytime. When it's good, it's the best thing you've ever had, but when it's not it tastes very watered down. Also, I'm really paying for the protien powered and if it's watered down I know theres at least half that amount in the blender, it's very disappointing. There's no consistency in the smoothies which is very very unfortunate. Please try to fix it! I'd love to stay a regular customer.

I love shopping at body energy club. I’m a loyal customer over there and love the variety in products and smoothies. Staff are well experienced and educated about products and smoothies are delicious.

The staffs are helpful, but they carry products quite close to the expiration date. On August 24th I bought a 400g container of creatine, which I later discovered will expire in September. Even if I'm at the beginning of loading and take 100g over the next 5 days, I would still have 60 days worth of supply left for a product expiring by, let's be generous and assume Sept 30th.

It's partially my fault for not checking the expiry date hence the 3 stars. I guess it's helpful if you're buying creatine for multiple people at once?

Edit: the staff didn't mention the close to expiry discount to me but I do see the orange label at the top of the container now. You guys might want to make it bigger, like those big round labels at Superstore, etc. Thanks for offering the return policy.

Walked 15 minutes out of my way to get breakfast and lunch here for work as I have dietary restrictions and they have products I can safely eat. I went to their takeout cooler to grab quick food, and a girl told me to leave the store because they already have 3 people inside. I was the only person besides the employees with a mask on. I buy food from here almost daily and have seen many more than 3 people, all without masks, inside this store. Now, I don't have any food for my 8 hour work day. Really unimpressed with the selective and inconsistent COVID-19 protocols at this location and being told to leave when I was only customer who was following protocols from BC Health and wearing a mask.

Excellent selection of vitamins and supplements. They also have healthy fresh takeout cold food. Their smoothies are delicious!

Ok. So frustrated! I have been a very loyal customer for several years (ie.visiting DAILY - multiple times per day due to always running around / lack of time). But, lately the service has been so terrible that I am forced to find another place to go.

You guys REALLY need to start reading the special instructions on customer orders!

I am allergic to granola and always specify to leave it OFF my smoothie bowl - twice this week I have thrown out my uneaten bowl when I got home because of granola buried underneath the toppings. What a disappointment!

Unfortunately, both times I have been unable to return to the store and complain in person due to lack of time.

Additionally, I do pay $1.50 extra to add spinach to my bowl and this was NOT added either. Even tho I already paid for it.

Basically, loyal customers are throwing away money as a result of the extremely poor service. Not impressed! I have learned my lesson.

They do great smoothies here especially the peanut butter and almond chocolate ones. Only downside is the staff aren't always very friendly and the smoothies are often not blended well enough. I always have chunks of dates and sometimes banana in it. But they taste good which is the main thing

Delicious post-workout smoothies, and often some deals to bring people in. I bought the BEC Brand protein so I can make similar smoothies at home.

Love BEC, but by golly, the staff at this location is brutal. Frosted Tips Bro ALWAYS acts like you're the biggest inconvenience to him. Always. And the young gal at the front counter appears to have the personality of a wet rag- good luck getting a smile, a hello or any eye contact whatsoever from either of them. I'm not looking for much, but the lack of customer service ensures I will go out of my way to go to ANY other location if I can.

Every time I come in this location always same girl at cashier never smiles and looks unhappy to help myself or any other customers. Never gets my order punched in right. She should not be at cashier if she doesn’t look happy to help any customers.

The smoothies are delicious and there are a lot to choose from! I would strongly recommend ordering online before going to the store as it tends to be a bit of a wait; even two customers could cost you 8-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were more than one person behind the counter, especially during "peak" hours such as Saturday morning/afternoon.
