This girls are amazing, Marina helped us and made our night. Funny and really informative. We came at the end almost closing time and they were cleaning and look super spotless, which is always good to see in a store. Came for Epic PB I get it all the time.

Jasmine helped me out so much today. Super informative and great customer service. Never understood the loyalty points until today! Thanks!

I have been this place twice, i liked their smothies and service. Kumkum was so sweet and helpful.

My favorite BEC location! I have gone through being a “regular” at a few locations, the Waterfront Location and the Davie Street location. Out of all 3 this is my go to. Perfectly made smoothies and bowls every time. Every supplement offered under the sun that you may need for your health and workout regime. The staff are efficient, kind and cheery. Become a regular and they will even remember your name! 10/10 would recommend.

This time it was watery, they re-did it for me still no change. The attendants were great I think the person making it needs to step it up! Will come back but disappointing

Would be a really great spot if they could accurately communicate and execute on bill times when customers are ordering smoothies to go. Generally individuals who place these orders (especially early morning) are on the go and don’t have time to wait around.

I really love their smoothies usually but I just ordered a cherry ripe smoothie with vegan protein and I haven't had it before so I don't know if it's supposed to be like this, but it's the consistency of water but with bits of cacao nibs giving a really bad mouth feel. Again, I don't know if this is normal? I'd love some insight on this thanks!

Last week I ordered a cookies and cream smoothie with the Salmon cake. The smoothie didn’t taste like the regular c&c. It tasted like banana smoothie. It was 50% off so I didn’t complain that day. But I had diarrhea for the next 2days. I never had any problem with Body energy before that day.

Went to this location today, i was so impressed with very polite employees and the smoothie i got was delicious.best location so far.

This has as much to do with the staff behavior as with the food.

They are on an app called 'Too Good To Go', where they give away (for a smaller price) food to prevent it from going to waste. This is an amazing thing to do.

However, the behavior of the staff was extremely indifferent. (I don't want to claim it as racism, but it did feel like it). The bag wasn't ready and they made one when I arrived - gave me a smoothie and collagen shots for a "meal". Just a bad, uncomfortable experience.

I usually order a smoothie with lot of modifications. Staff there is reallly nice, never impatient with me. They also offered me a sample of pumpkin spice, which was a nice gesture, but the sad part is that is not my taste. I love to modify only. Bestest place to go for a quick grab!

Updated review: I decided to order the same Thunder smoothie again using my "make it right" voucher from BEC & I was happy with the smoothie. It was as good as any of the previous times I had ordered it (bar the single instance as reviewed below). Thanks BEC for Making It Right:)

Original review: Just picked up my usual smoothie (Thunder Coffee) & it was totally separated, watery on the bottom & semi solid on top. Not sure if the ingredients changed / missed, they were not fresh or the person making it did not do a good job. This experience will make me think twice about ordering a smoothie from them again.

I'm updating my review to 5 stars. The first time they made a mistake and forgot to enter my order, this has not happened again, and I have been there over ten times now. I also like their shakes.

Great prices and selection of nutrition products: such as vitamins, Whey Protein, fish oil, etc.just about everything you need! Great Customer Service. They also make fantastic Smoothies!

The smoothies are absolutely delicious. You have to wait around for a few minutes before someone shows up to serve you. The prices could be more reasonable. Most of the products are not that affordable. Staff is good once they show up to the front.

Staff is so friendly, great service and endless delicious shakes! Shake qualities are very consistent must say.

Finally I can use my free smoothie coupon card here. Your granville location is terrible. The lady in red hair is rude. I wrote them a email here like this 1 star. Should be 0. Ask me questions like is my problem and turn her head when she has trouble speaking also listening.

I used to be a fan of this place and spend thousands over the years at different locations. I then made one mistake with an order and they refused to work with me change it. I am honestly repulsed by the lack of customer service to the point where I will never be ordering BEC again.

30min for a smoothie, while i was waiting in the freezing cold outside!
i saw multiple people (more than 8) after i had placed my order getting their smoothies so when at almost half hour mark i went back inside to check on my order that had never been placed at the “kitchen”.
it was ready in 2min.since the girl in the back got my receipt!

I like Davie location the best in down town area, but these guys are good Too, the lay out of the place is a bit odd, kind of long and skinny but they have a good selection as well, since I drive along Robson quit Often sometimes I stop by these guys.

I have been to every single Body Energy Club, and they are all amazing. Except for the one on Robson. Every single experience at this location, something has gone wrong. They usually don't blend it well, and half my smoothie is just chunks, or its too runny. Today, I was shocked to find protein powder in my smoothie, when I specifically asked for none (as I always do - doesn't seem to make it difficult for any other locations). The staff is generally unfriendly, although that can be overlooked if they made smoothies properly. I love Body Energy Club, but the Robson location just sucks.

Love them here. Such friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfying, satiating shakes whether you're after a decadent "milkshake" or a super picky health-shake. Really good selection of vitamins and supplements with competitive pricing. I go there for everything

Good selection, staff are friendly and get you in and out quickly Close to Blanche MacDonald campus and their shakes and energy shots have saved me a couple of times during exams.

Hi! I’m your regular costumer and never had problems before with you guys, but today I just bought your almond butter protein balls and when I had the first bite I notice there was something strange there. It was a HAIR that was stuck in the midst of the almond butter. Very very disappointed.

I’m only going to share my smoothie experience. They have a broad selection of smoothies. I tried 2 and they were delicious. It would be nice if they had more keto options. Only one at the moment. They have a food supplements store, they sell healthy snacks and juices and offer some stretching services in the back.

There is no doubt that body Energy Club has the best smoothies and bowls in the town. Their staff are really friendly and outgoing especially one of their staff (Poria) always give me the best suggestions and Right supplements for me. I’ve lost almost 5 pounds on the supplements he advised me and gained abit of muscle mass as well. So happy! Thank you.

I go to Body Enery Club almost every day, usually the Broadway or West 4th location. Tried the Robson street location and was told they wouldn't make a smoothie bowl at 21: 50 due to a lack of staff. The store doesn't close until 22: 30 and it there were only two other customers there.

Extremely dissappointing, would not recommend this location.

UPDATE: Went to the Davie location and was able to get a bowl despite it being much busier.

I almost always hit this place at the busiest peaks. Regardless, they are pretty quick in preparing my orders.
Staff is very helpful when looking for or selecting supplements/vitamins/naturopaths.
Try their smoothies or bowls when you're there, they are awesome!

My go to place for reasonably priced amazing smoothie bowls! The staff are always helpful and check in when visiting, and the variety for healthy snacks is immense!

All the employees are phenomenal! They're all knowledgeable, fit, healthy, and helpful.
I normally stop for a smoothie/grab vitamins once in a while. They have a great variety of vitamins etc. (Expensive -to- more entry level prices). If you're feeling under the weather they have very smart options of concentrated juice/herb/spices to help your immune system. Big thumbs up guys!

Broad selection of supplements in competitive prices. No nonsense loyalty program. Most mouth-watering smoothies in town. Best quality/price own brand products. To me there is no other supplements store than BEC. Highly recommended

Very unreliable online ordering system. I’ve ordered online using their BEC app, and three times it happened that they either forgot the order or someone else took my smoothie.
