I came in for my very first piercings today, getting my first and second lobe done, I was a little nervous about the needle and pain but this was such a completely painless process, Darian was so experienced.
Priya was so incredible as well, you can tell she loves what she does and only cares about her customer’s happiness.she’s a gem of a person, radiates only positivity.

I just got a nose piercing yesterday and it was so good! The piercer is really professional

My sister, mom and I came for our piercing for our mother and daughter date. We had Priya who helped us pick our jewellery and she was the sweetest person ever. So kind and patient with us taking our time to decide and being indecisive, and helped us pick jewellery we fell in love with. Our piercer Darian was amazing too! Thank you so so much, we’ll be back!

I’ve had ear piercings done here before and it always went well. Recently, I went in to get my nose pierced and it was a great experience. Front staff were patient and lovely in helping me pick out what will work for me. The piercer was quick, friendly and made the process easy. I went back the next day because I wasn’t happy with the nose pin I chose and they switched it out for me without any issues and waived the charge.

I’m sure I’ll be back to get more piercings down. The staff are nice, the prices are reasonable and the work itself is great.

I went for my first piercing (after 15 years) and the person who did my piercing was great! However 4 months later my piercing has closed. It did not heal for a good 3 months (even after applying the treatment spray THEY gave me) and when it finally healed I removed it and 1 weeks later it closed: (So unhappy I don’t know what I did wrong.

Ive been coming to Body Jewlz for years and have only ever had lovely experiences with the staff. Prices, options and services are great!

Priya and her colleague are truly amazing… from the moment I entered the store, Priya was so so helpful and so kind… she made sure I left with a smile on my face and is truly knowledgeable about everything. Her energy is amazing and she goes above and beyond! I got my ears pierced here and then went back for a change and am extremely happy with my experience!

I went in earlier today to get new jewelry for my smiley and had the worst customer service i've ever experienced.was not greeted by any of the women behind the counter when we walked in so i found the jewelry i was looking for on my own.once i found what i was looking for i went up to ask for assistance with the showcase and was met with nothing but impolite, bad mannered, discourteous staff.i was given the impression by all 3 women that i was interrupting their conversation for asking for help when the help was necessary as there's no pricing on any of the products and there are instructions to ask a staff member for help when wanting to take a closer look at jewelry.i showed the staff member the 3 different pieces i was contemplating between and she did not give me any information on pricing or sizing, did not ask me any questions about what i was looking or what i was considering with the new jewelry piece.i went to pick up one of the pieces and was immediately met with a condescending tone and told i wasn't allowed to touch the jewelry.i left without buying anything and will never be returning.i recommend you take your business elsewhere

This is my first time to shop at the store, and I feel like this store is a completely fraud.

The store has the worst customer service. My friend and I went there to by ear expansions. The girl with pony tail gave us a really bad attitude while serving us. First she is chewing gum with wild open mouth, very rude. Secondly, she never let us to take a closer look on the jewelry (I understand that not letting custom touch jewelry is for the safety reason, but u can always ask us to use hand sanitizer before entering the store). Thirdly, she is extremely lack of patience, didn’t bother to explain things in detail to a customer.
During the service, she asked me whether I want to have lip on both side or one. I did not understand what lip is so I ask her about it. Surprisedly, she didn’t even bother to explain it in detail, instead she did a little hand gesture, which is still vague to me. To let her know better what I want, I took my ear ring off, and it was clearly two pieces. She sees that but never bother to tell me the two pairs i’m buying r all in one piece, which I can’t wear.
I went back for exchange, she told me they don’t do refund or exchange of any jewelry once they left the store. Then, she took out the ear expansion I was looking for! And told me I can have that pair for 50% off, but no exchange or refund. What can I do with a pair of ear ring that I cant wear? And why can’t the girl show me the pair I want at the first place?
Very bad customer service, if you want to have better business, change your sales, because she doesn’t care about your business.

Everyone was so nice, friendly, and accomadating.also very reasonable prices.me and my partner both got our noses pierced and they were great the whole time, i didnt even have a booking but still got both my nostrils pierced.the lady who pierced our noses (sorry i didnt catch your name but your red hair is beautiful!) was very nice the whole time, explained to us what she was gonna do and made sure we were happy with our piercings.will definetly be back!

I've gone back to this place for years only because they have had a piercer that has always been amazing at her job. I just got my nose re-pierced and while I loved the new piercing, I can definately say the front staff IS NOT AT ALL welcoming. Considering some of the reviews on here about similar situations, I surely hope manangement starts vetting who they have represent their establishment.

The guy they have working at front - I believe his name was Agash or somethin had the worse case of 'I hate my job syndrome' I've ever seen. He was rude to my bf and I as we came to check in for my appointment. Continued to just talk to his co-worker (who wasn't at all just as friendlier) I've had friendlier service at old school tattoo shops with old intimidating grown men working the front desk) Funny thing is I've also been to the store to replace a piercing and that time Agash was standoffish, not welcoming and the store had no customers at all and he did not approach me to see if I needed help.
After asking him for help, he answered my questions with an aloof condescending attitude that really made me question why he works there.

It's such a shame that an unproffesional person is employed at a store that has decent products.

I now know, I will deter my friends from going there as long as they continue to have rude workers.

Have been here for 3 piercings in the past, was always lovely. Went in today to ask if they did anodizing, and the woman behind the counter was incredibly snappy and rude. When i told her what piercing it was for, she said “we don’t have anything in that length” cutting me off in the middle of my sentence before I even had a chance to tell her what length it was, and walked away. The other worker behind the counter even said “someone’s sassy today” in regards to her behaviour but did not try to further assist me (even though I had more inquiries.) Used to be great but seems with whatever new staff they’ve hired it’s become incredibly rude in there- I’d save your money and go somewhere where you won’t be treated abysmally as soon as you walk in the door.

They are extremely rude here. I went in for a piercing on earlier this month and was forced to lift up my shirt for inspection, in the middle of the store, in front of everyone walking past the store OUTSIDE. The employees working made me feel like a nuisance, they rushed me and made me feel stupid considering it was my first piercing, and the male employee that day made creepy actions towards me and being able to see my body. During all this all the female staff just laughed. I was not even upset about being denied my piercing, but instead at how awfully I was treated, like I was just some piece of meat. I will never be coming back here again and will be telling all my circles to not even bother with Body Jewlz.

Cristina was great she pierced my navel for me and did an awesome job. Great selection of jewelry and studio was overall very nice & sparkling clean

Came in with my sister & her boyfriend to get new nose piercings and Priya was absolutely WONDERFUL. So so helpful and knowledgeable about the various piercings, very charismatic & genuine, just an overall pleasure to work with. We’re so happy with the piercing we got & she was incredibly helpful assisting us with our choice, not once did it feel like she was pushing a more expensive product on us or anything like that (which is common in jewelry stores I’ve been to.) Would absolutely recommend anyone to come here, hopefully they’ll be as lucky as we were to be helped by Priya:)

My experience was amazing. He did an amazing job and I will definitely go back and recommend this place!

I got a helix ear piercing. They did a good job on mine, but my friend got her septum pierced and they did a horrible job. It was crooked, and she pierced it twice. Both times she felt it go through her cartilage. A professional piercer should know where the sweet spot is. After pointing out how crooked it was the piercer stated she should keep pushing it and moving it whilst healing to straighten it. You should not be moving a fresh piercing, that makes the healing process longer and could lead to irritation causing infection. Was very disappointed by the lady at the front desk when we went back to explain what happened. She made a pouty face (which seemed rather sarcastic) and said my friend had two options. Either take out the jewelry right then and there to get any sort of refund, or come back in 2 days to get it pierced once again. But why would she want to go through that again if the piercer did a bad job the first 2 times! I would not go here again, and nor would she.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were also very informative about the process and aftercare.

The girl that originally pierced my nose a year ago did an amazing job and she was so delicate I barely felt anything! I went back today and she changed my nose ring! I highly recommend her to get any of your piercings.

I would never never recommend this place to anyone. I got my nose pierced a while back and the piercer I had used the wrong jewelry and had to re pierce it 4 times because it was so crooked. Disgusting experience and super painful, the piercer kept breathing in my face and left my makeup with streaks. So unprofessional and since then it’s been infected many times after I used proper jewelry aftercare. My friend also recently had a horrible experience after her septum piercing got re pierced as well many times and still looks crooked. I will never trust this shop again in the hands of something that should be taken care of much more delicately.

Came here at the beginning of october for my friends birthday and wanted to gift her a piercing so I decided to get my first one which was a nose piercing and it went great! Loved it so much there, their customer service and options I ended up getting my helix done which I’ve been thinking about forever! Finally did it because Body Jewlz is such a comfortable place and got me sure of my choice. Will be coming back for more!

I had a wonderful experience getting a few ear piercings this evening. Priya was amazing and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the entire process step by step. She was experienced and calming during the whole appointment. I would recommend going there just to have piercings with Priya again!

This place used to be great but now I just feel like it’s a scam.
You’re paying $60 for a tiny piece of jewelry and they claim they’ve showed you how long the bar they’re about to sell to you but the girl who sold it to me did not once showed me how long the bar is she just picked out the jewelry out of the box puts it in the bag without showing it to me and by the time I got home to try to switch it myself at home the bar was wayyyy to long for a lip stud.
I called and addressed this problem they are now saying they will have to charge me another $15-$20 for another small tiny piece of bar, like that’s Not ok!
Oh and on top of that they tell you it’s final sale AFTER you pay!
I’m honestly so disappointed how this place have turned out. I used to refer all my friends and family here. But I don’t think I will be much longer.
I’m sorry but if anyone does go in there expect the unexpected. They pretty much throw shades at you just to make an extra couple of bucks.

This place is great. I’ve had a couple of piercings here and never had any trouble. Recently I changed out my jewelry on a 10 year old piercing in my helix and my whole ear puffed up. The jewelry was completely stuck/embedded after a week. I called and they got me in, got the ring out and hooked me up with some nice jewelry! The process was fast and I was impressed with how little pain I had considering it was super painful when I tried to take it out myself. Very happy and grateful:)

Got my navel pierced today by priya! Omg she is super supportive and has magical hands! I did not feel anything! I was stressing for nothing! On a scale of 1-10 i'd say i felt 1! Didnt even know when she pierced my belly button! I highly recommend this place!

I have gotten 8 piercings done here and so many change outs.the staff are always so helpful and try to accommodate any problem i’ve had.pretty affordable too but the experience is always great! Definitely recommend!

I have had different piercings from here and was always happy however in my latest visit the Piercer name Pariya rejected to re pierce my naval which i have had before. I had to re pierce it since I lost my last piercing and i didn’t have a time so it closed. She said it looks like my body rejects it however the receptionist said it was fine at first and i have had my piercing for a year not once it got infected or i had a problem with it. My appointment was at 7: 30 i had to wait till 8: 00 pm and she also rejected the lady before me. To me it sounds like she just wanted to go home because i know my body and if it would have rejected it the first time i should have had a problem which I didn’t! She just seemed as if she wasn’t feeling it or wanted to be off since she also rejected the lady before me! Overall was not happy with my experience this time

I was so impressed by the level of customer service here! I am always a little nervous for my piercings, but the environment is so welcoming. Even though the store was busy, the woman at the counter was so efficient! I feel bad I didn't catch anyone's name who helped me, but regardless, I am always so happy with the way my piercings turn out! I will definitely be back for more

Awful customer service, lady at the desk with tattoo was straight up rude and gave a lot of attitude, went here to get my ears pierced with my older brother who is 21 and can be identified as my legal guardian but they wouldn't allow it because it *HAS* to be a parent apparently.what a joke. My parent ended up coming and then she starts questioning if its my actual parent.quite offensive.it was very expensive too $100 just to get ear lobes pierced better off going to Claire's or doing it yourself.would not recommend going here.

Clean but So RUDE can’t give more than 1 star. The staff that works at the front are NEVER warm or pleasant at all. No nice hellos or attitude just very cold, miserable and talk to you like you’re stupid. I have a slight hearing disability (tinnitus) so sometimes I say pardon me when someone says something too fast or slurs their words especially with the masks makes things more difficult. I asked if she could repeat the total cuz she said it so fast and then she literally yells it at me…. Like just miserable front staff and it not just this time it’s every time you come in here not friendly at all. But the piercer and tattoo artists here are so nice. Thanks but seriously the short Asian girl is the meanest one and iv heard this from so many ppl too. Y’all need to hire sweet friendly ppl.

Received multiple piercings here.most recently when I went in there was a young Asian girl working by herself.she was extremely rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming.walked out without getting anything done this time.

I have gotten my ears pierced by the staff a couple different times and they are always very welcoming. I always recommend my friends and anyone who is on the fence about piercings/tattoos as all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable.

Had an amazing experience getting another conch piercing today! After sadly finding out one of my piercings actually closed up, my piercer Priya recommended to spice up my earring portfolio with a high conch and a cute simplistic stud to go with it:) I’ve been going to Body Jewlz to switch out my earrings because their selection of jewelry never disappoint. Their customer service was also a big game changer that keeps me coming back! Can’t wait to get more in the future!

BEST SHOP AROUND. It’s rare to find a place like this, with staff who genuinely care about the work they’re doing and about your experience. Being in Metrotown I can only imagine the sheer volume of people they see everyday and they continue to outshine any other shop I’ve been to. And they have an insane jewelry selection! I got both my eyebrows pierced here and I will definitely continue to come back! 10/10

Got my tongue pierced and nose jewelry changed out here! The staff is all so lovely and communicative and everything is so clean! Plus you can’t beat the prices for the service you get!

The reception girl was so rude to me for no reason and not helpful at all when i was trying to ask some questions since it was my first time to get pierced. She even threw the receipt to me, so I had to ask her for the whole refund. Poor customer service.

After Willow saved two of my piercings, I’ve been coming here ever since.

With over 20 piercings, I usually avoid shops located in the mall for fear of inexperience or poor quality. This isn’t the case here! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the extra time to ensure you’re feeling comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve never had an issue with any of my piercings from here and it’s super easy to pop in for a jewelry change.

The Piercer was so nice and professional, i forgot to ask her name but she did a great job. The reason why i gave 3 star was the reception girl was so rude to me. She literally spoke too fast and try to upsell to me even I repeated 2 times I didn’t want. After that she just thrown the receipt to me, lol

The girl at the counter was very rude and unhelpful for no reason. We walked in inquiring about ear piercings and she didn’t even look at me while speaking to me. She gave short responses that invoked further questions which she did not want to answer.

The lady who did my piercing was very nice and knew what she was doing. The one who greeted me at the counter however was a bit rude and didn't really like dealing with people.

Took my niece in for a replacement piercing and when we got there my ne8ce forgot her id because she was super excited, because you have to book online this makes it challenging you are not allowed to call an appointment, so getting back to the incident we were not accepted do to the lack of id and I totally understand but with there policy of cancelation and this was in fact a mistake they refuse to allow us to book anymore appointments and we are now just walk ins, it wasn't as if we had done this several times and we were told by a staff member to rebook the appointment so if the policy was in affect back in early summer why did the staff member let us know about it, I do understand about emails sent but not allowing a client to rebook with a warning and now they will be losing out on clients and they are extremely rude and will not return

The service was so-so and borderline poor, yet it's higher cost than the parlour we got our first piercings at. They also did the second set of piercings too close to the first set, despite we asked them to have the dots further apart, when they actually pierced it, it turned out to be closer. Also slightly uneven on either side. Will not be coming to this place again.

I have got 5 piercings done from here, and I am in love with Christine's hands.she is just amazing. I did not feel anything when she did the piercings. I am writing this review to warn everyone that wants to come get a piercing done. I came with my mom today to get ear piercings done and the blonde piercer was so rude. Very bad service. I was not sure where I wanted the piercing to be and so I asked my mom about what she thought. The piercer didn’t even listen or care about her opinion. She told me to not worry about my mom’s opinion. So, we decided maybe it’s best to not do it today and get a refund. Then, we found out that we have to pay $40 because all the equipment was open and it was the policy. All she did was mark dots on my ears. My mom asked where the policy was stated and the front lady said they don’t have it written down. They should really let customers know or have it posted, otherwise, the customers would be paying a lot of money for nothing. Sometimes, people change their mind about piercings.

My daughter and I have been here for a few ear piercings. I would highly recommend without any hesitation! Very professional and friendly environment. Attention to detail to ensure perfect placement of the piercing is exceptional. I also appreciate the use of a statim to sterilize earrings and rooms are disinfected between each client. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Was gifted a not-inexpensive 14k gold earring as an anniversary present, and sadly the pin broke within a month. Called them and they said they'd for sure replace it, and just had to source the replacement from another location as their store was out of stock. A few weeks later, after hearing nothing, I went into the store to follow up and spoke to a lovely person who assured me they were still looking and would get back to me once they had a replacement.

That was in mid June; since then, I've called 5-6 times on various days during their open hours and gotten voicemail every time. The email on their website doesn't work, as the email I tried to send came back with an unable to deliver notice. Short of going into the store and attempting to speak to someone in person, I'm not sure how on earth I'm supposed to move forward. I'm incredibly upset, and sad that my partner paid for a faulty piece of jewelry from a company that clearly doesn't care about their customers.

I got my first tattoo done from Sua. She is very nice and gave me ideas of designs. My tattoo turned out too good and i am very satisfied from her service. I was so scared at first but after that i was so happy. I think i m gonna get more tattoos done from her and will for sure recommend my friends.seriously worth spending money

The lady who re-pierced my belly button was AMAZING! She was very patient and so gentle. I’ve gotten my first belly button piercing here 4 years ago and it healed soooo perfectly. Highly recommend body jewelz!

I got a tatto and it was a amazing experience. My tatto was even more what I was expecting. I loved it. And the service was totally amazing. The place super clean and take care about you all the time. I suggest 100% to get a tatto with the artist Fernando. He’s is super professional in his job and super good doing that.

I got a tattoo from Sua and she was so communicative throughout the whole process. Booking went by smoothly and she offered many ideas during the design consultation. If your new to getting your ears pierced I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They make you comfortable and they answer all your questions. They are really professional and they recommend whats best for you if your really indecisive like me

Wow! I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm so impressed with Allie's (/Ali's) customer service. I came in with an issue about my old piercing, which had started being overly sensitive. Allie was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, and ultimately the only reason I will be a return customer. Seriously, give this girl a raise!

Great knowledgeable staff and a really great selection of high end jewelry. Myself and many of my friends choose this location for our piercings due to how clean and professionally everything is done.

I did not like what I have purchased and what they recommend me to get and I choice the one I did. I wanted to exchange the piercing said it is policy final clearance false alarm didnt tell. Everyone is a customer they have the rights instead they show attitude and sale the products. Worthless customer service ever in my entire life the time and money which I will never get in return.

The person who did my piercing was super friendly! Too bad I forgot to ask her name. I was a bit worried about getting my ear pierced as this is my first piercing. She explained everything clearly and this definitely helped me feel better. After everything’s done, she went through everything I should to be careful of and everything I need to do to make sure it won’t get infected. She told me the dos and not to dos. I am really thankful for what she has taught me and her friendliness. If I ever wanted a second piercing, I’d definitely come back to Body Jewlz. Hopefully this friendly piercer will still be working here!
