I had my first appointment with Dr. Lewis today and it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lewis has a warm demeanour and made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. She listened intently to my concerns and asked insightful questions. At the end of our appointment, she explained her reasoning for the treatment plan she gave me. I learned a lot during our initial appointment and left feeling informed and optimistic about the future of my health and working toward overall well-being with Dr. Lewis. Thank you!

Cody E offered excellent care and knowledge. In addition to a treatment that relieved my neck and tmj prone jaw, he offered advice on exercises to reduce the build up of tension. I'll definitely be back!

The service I received from Dr. Daniel Baronas is excellent, he explained everything very clearly. He is also very kind and friendly. After my first appointment I was able to feel better results and a decrease in my chronic pain. All the staff were great, they were helpful and guided me with my insurance. My complimentary assessment with Cody was incredibly in-depth. His questions, physical exam, and miniature ultrasound led him to dig in (literally) to the problem area, which alleviated my pain for the first time in 14 months! I am excited and hopeful in my treatment plan with Cody.

I got a Thai massage and an RMT. This clinic is amazing. I had such a great experience here, and everyone was so nice. They made me feel comfortable. I was unsure about the Thai massage, but it turned out to be my favorite massage I tried! It made me feel so energized after! Cody has helped me so much after a near fatal accident. He uses ultrasound to guide his therapy and has many innovative therapies. Unprofessional, feeling like being rushed out. Also waited for 30 min from scheduled hour, then 10 min talk and 5 min treatment. Signed contract for 3 treatments but called and tried to book follow up treatment and got dismissed because the practitioner Cody Zhang says he’s too busy collaborating with other influencers……lol

I can't say enough how grateful I am to find bodyoption clinic. I have seen many health care professionals over the years, and can tell there is a great difference in the quality different professional proves. Pew the Thai massage therapist is by far my favorite RMT in Vancouver. The style of massage I like is not for everyone, because I have body pain from working in health care. I want deep massage with alignment correction and overstretching. Pew this tiny Thai guy is able to find my knots and deep tissue tightness under other layers of tissue. He also use his whole body, knees, feet, hands, albow, accessing the taget area from different directions, multi_techniques from cracking, massaging to oil. If you ever tried Thai massage, you know what I mean. Let's say this, he is a chiro, massage therapist and gymnastics coach all in one.you really get your money worth, definitely recommend!

I was recommended Cody by a friend. He was very kind and informative. Unlike the hospital doctors, he actually told me about my issue and told me treatment options. After receiving treatment, I was feeling better and knowing how to go about my fracture.

I was very happy to meet Dr Robin. She was so thorough with analyzing my condition and gave me great advice. She was patient and kind. I am looking forward for my next follow up. The clinic was clean and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

I was hoping to find an RMT to help relieve my lower back pains and was very pleased with my massage from Lina! She was professional and managed to get a lot of knots out of my back. Overall, I had a very good experience at Body Option Clinic and will definitely be back!

I think all of the practitioners at Body are very knowledgeable and all spend a great deal of time and care into each patient to ensure they are taken care of and whatever the concern is, it is improved or alleviated. I was experiencing nerve pain in my fingers and Cody was able to fix the issue after one acu treatment.

Meghan has a very gentle touch with acu and is very compassionate. Robin is very kind and devoted and has helped me with my digestive issues with recommendations and practical solutions and to my diet and lifestyle.

Many other practitioners at the clinic I have yet to visit but the staff at Body Option truly provide a total body recovery!

Robin, the naturopathic doctor here, is awesome. She’s very thorough and really cares about her clients and their overall well-being. She’s helped me in so many ways. The clinic just has an a great energy! Highly recommend.

Cody has helped me immensely with odd creaky parts of my well worn body. His approach is to be active and at times aggressive to achieve the results and I mean that in the most positive and complimentary way. Acupuncture based therapy and a recent ozone and white laser based regime have brought me back from the breach. Ask questions. He will explain everything in incredible detail mixing expertise, science and understandable analogies so you can understand what your body is doing and what his recommended treatment is intended to do.

I came in with pain in my forearm unsure of the exact reason. Dr. Lewis examined my arm, did an ultrasound and diagnosed a tendon tear.
Her approach and demeanor were awesome and very professional and she obviously knows exactly what to look for and how to treat it.
I look forward to the treatment plan she has outlines and to getting this problem resolved quickly.
I am thrilled with the approach and plan and would highly recommend seeking out her advice with any helth concerns.

I had my first acupuncture & cupping experience here, and I must admit it was truly an unforgettable first experience. I was nervous, didn’t know what to expect, but Cody made sure to make me feel comfortable. He was so knowledgable about the human body and you could tell he genuinely cared about figuring out what would work best with your own unique body type.

He went through a full body scan, figured out which parts needed most attention, and which session would work best for my shoulder tension and lower back pain.

We started off with acupuncture and then finished off with cupping. I left feeling lighter, and within hours I was slightly sore from the acupuncture.but woke up the next day feeling like a brand new person! I honestly couldn’t believe it.

Being a yoga teacher, I often spend most of my time focusing on my students and others that finding time to heal myself gets pushed aside. So grateful I took the time to do this for ME. I would definitely recommended both my friends and students here.

I had developed a ganglion cyst on my left wrist back in June suspecting it was caused by repetitive injury. After reading a few case studies on electro-acupunture effectiveness on ganglion cysts, I decided it was worth a try.

During the first treatment, Cody had ultrasound-guided aspiration of the cyst prior to electro-acupunture. This was my first time with aspiration and acupuncture so I felt a bit nervous, but Cody was patient and made sure I was okay. The next day, he had called to check up on my wrist and to make sure any of my questions or concerns were answered. This shows that he cares about his patients.

Four electro-acupunture treatments in and 1 more to go, I feel confident in being able to excercise again without wrist pain and increased mobility. All in all, I am really happy with the electro-acupunture treatments and the results.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and have lots of different modalities to help you with your treatment. Clean facility, and great location.

I had a very good experience getting a Acupunture Facial for the first time and higly enjoyed it. It was very relaxing and my 40 year old skin felt a lot firmer after only the first initial treatment. My lines in between my eyes were less prominent. I would definitely recommend everyone trying the Acupunture facial with Meghan.

Love these guys! Big shout out to Cody Zhang the accupuncturist aka the magician! Uses so many different techniques from other disciplines, he has replaced my RMT and Chiro and has extensive knowledge in many other health disciplines. He has helped me with allergies, back/shoulder/elbow muscle and joint pains and my wife has seen great benefits from what she thought was irreversible carpal tunnel syndrome - which turns out might not have been the case (still under investigation). Another bonus is that we are both about an inch or two taller after seeing him

Body Option was by far the best acupuncture treatment I’ve ever received. They were extremely detail oriented, and caring. We were able to address some gut issues I have been having - and after one treatment I truly noticed a difference. I felt at ease during the treatment, and I loved how professional, yet down to earth and friendly (and funny!) the staff were! Highly recommend!

Came in to Body Option Clinic with severe back pains due to sitting in static positions as a busy student dental hygienist, the team from the moment I walked in was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. The RMT was fanstastic, and was able to help with my back pain, and give me great exercises to take home to help decrease pain in the future. Can't wait to go back for another treatment soon!:)

Came across this place as it is in the same building as my medical doctor. They are very thorough in researching your needs and medical conditions and really care about the patient. The staff are friendly and informative and can help you understand so much related to self care. Vancouver really needed a place like this as in the past I only found this type of care on Vancouver Island. Pain management is a huge issue for me and I find it is a blessing there is finally a place that understands and cares about alternatives and preventative measures for your health that is not a "run of the mill" type of establishment.

Great experience! Initial RMT session today by Lina, very experienced and caring therapist, helped me understand the cause of my muscle pain. At the end of the session she showed me how to exercise to relieve tension of my muscles.

After a suggestion from a friend, I tried out this clinic for my constant back pain. I scheduled an appointment online (which makes things so much easier) to see Cody E.for a massage. The clinic was bright and clean. Cody spent the time to really find out about my concerns and evaluate my mobility before beginning the treatment. He explained everything he was doing as he did it and always checked with me to make sure the pressure was good. He made me feel comfortable enough to tell him, where sometimes a massage therapist makes it feel weird. When he was done, he explained what he did, what he found and gave me easy at home exercises I could do to help alleviate my pain in between treatments. The receptionist was polite and prompt and the treatment room had an amazing view of the city. 100% happy

Had a few issues with my leg and back for awhile and l have gone to different outfits to get some relief. I got to say Cody Egan was extremely knowledgeable and diligent in his work. After only 2 sessions my foot is almost pain free! Thanks again Cody.

I have been to other acupuncturist before for my issues and chronic pain, and I have to say Lidia is absolutely fantastic and brilliant at what she does. After reviewing my intake forms and talking with me, she knew exactly how to treat me and after only my first treatment I felt a huge difference in how I felt and a big reduction with the chronic pain.

Lidia is also very personable, friendly and empathetic to your needs, she is very passionate in what she does. I totally recommend Body Option Clinic and Lidia to anyone.

I've been going to Carrie Lee for Acupuncture and Cupping. I felt great after the first session, but I've recently completed my third session and the affects/progress is unparalleled to any other wellness treatment I've tried. She's been able to help me with my chronic back issue, my stomach inflammation, and my anxiety. I have spent thousands of dollars in the past on naturopaths, physios, chiropractors, testing by traditional doctors, medications, all you can think of.and Carrie's treatments seem to working the best as of yet. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody seeking help with truly any issue. My health issues are quite broad, and she has the knowledge and experience to help me with each of these. She is also considerate of your lifestyle and choices, and makes recommendations according to these.

I highly recommend all the practitioners at BOC. I had more range in motion in my neck from one treatment with Cody than I have had in the past 3 years. I've had a really bad arthritis on my right knee a few years ago, my doctor said that it was due to osteo degeneration and sent me home with tons of rest. Unfortunately I did not get any better after doing nothing at all for 10 days. A good friend of mine recommended me to see Cody for acupuncture, I was skeptical about alternative medicine, but I decided to give this a try. He is very professional and caring, then he explained to me what happened and what are the solutions for my arthritis. Surprisingly after 1 treatment, my knee pain has gone down remarkably! I can do my yoga practice with minimal pain and I am planning to continue using his service for my pain and mobility support.
