Worst experience for my first time the lady her name is Wendy she sent me to staff room for body massage even on the door it’s mentioned only staff but I don’t know why she is sending the customer to staff room instead of other rooms they are very rude i recommend all costumers when going for massage or acupuncture do not go to staff room for treatment the bed is uncomfortable.

I met Wendy and Anya today. Both women were friendly and took good care of me! I got reflexology as well as a full body massage and i feel amazing. Everything was done so well; very thorough and with strength. I am happy that i chose to go here.

The owner is the worst and the rudest lady I talked to. She thinks that she is smarter than everyone! I told her I will be coming at 3: 30 pm and I don't want the therapist to use elbows throughout the massage! I asked who is she booking me with and she got all worked up and said you are disrespecting us and hung up! Disgusting customer service!

Wendy is the best! She really cares about what she does and she is a miracle worker. Thank you Wendy for always fitting me in and helping me feel better!

Highly recommend. Wendy and her staff are highly skilled, friendly and professional. The space is extremely clean, calming and very comfortable. They offer a variety of different services and treatments for all wellness related conditions. I've tried many different facilities and this one is the best. Must try.

Second time here and left rejuvenated. Had both massage and foot massage! Best 2 hrs spent. Thanks so much! Def won't be my last time.

I was getting some stuff done by a guy that was covered by my benefits, and one day I had a lady instead. She talked me into a 400$ package that would lower the price of each massage.
I said no I don’t think that its compatible with benefits. She said no worries, we will give you a receipt. I ended up having issues with benefits because they are not RMT’s so instead of being able to use my benefits elsewhere I paid 400 out of pocket and DIDN’T USE MY BENEFITS BEFORE YEAR END.
Why would you assure me I will be fine for benefits KNOWING FULL WELL that your services won’t be covered.
The acupuncture guy was licensed though.
