Body & Soul Gyms Kelowna - Health & Fitness Club 24 Hours

Went for a drop in and on the website it says $12 but I was charged $18.80. The guy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. When I walked in there was no greeting and no acknowledgement when I approached the front desk. He asked what gym I went to previously and ignored my response. On my way out I got a shake with extra protein. When I asked for an extra scoop, he made a joke about my size and even suggested I wouldn’t be able to carry my smoothie. Facility was clean but very crowded. Super disappointed with the experience.
