I have been a member of BodyNetix for just over 5 years. Throughout that time, I’ve always felt supported, encouraged and empowered. On October 24 I was diagnosed with a life threatening neurological condition. I was paralyzed. For weeks I was only able to move around with wheelchair support. This rare syndrome left me with little balance and painful nerve regeneration. As I slowly recovered, I returned to BodyNetix. Those amazing, caring, knowledgeable trainers were there for every step of the way. They modified exercises, encouraged me and held my hand as I cried from frustration. Yesterday, I had a visit with my neurologist. She told me that my recovery has been amazing. She credits my recovery, in large part, to my workout program.
