Rae is the best hairstylist my daughter and I have gone to. My daughter received the hair color she wanted- which turned out amazing. I received a haircut- turned out awesome. Thank you very much Rae.

Nicolas is the child whisperer. He cut my three year old sons hair and it looked great, he was so patient. My son is very shy and doesn’t like being near people he doesn’t know. This was his very first haircut in a salon and I didn’t think it would be successful. Not only did his hair turn out great, he enjoyed and laughed throughout the cut! I am amazed.

Horrible customer service. I was booked for a colour and cut. I received a call half an hour before my appointment that they were running an hour late. After waiting for an hour, I was then told that she had another client and that I would have to wait an extra thirty mins. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and unapologetic about the whole ordeal.

I brought my son in for a haircut, in my opinion the job was not finished, I had to ask for his hair to be cut properly, I think the stylist must have taken enough time to get it right. Haircuts are expensive and for some people it is a luxury, personally for me it is an excessive expense if I could do it I would but I don't have the skill and much less the tool I hope you can understand my frustration, maybe I just had bad luck with the stylist.

The barber there was absolute nice and also lovely! As well as the front desk worker was amazing and kind!

I had to come write a review for Nicolas. Sorry if I spelt that wrong. Getting our sons hair cut who is on the spectrum is never a good time for him and us, and truly the man who cut his hair deserves a great review. So patient, understanding, and very quick. Thanks for treating our little guy with so much patience and respect we really appreciate it. Will definitely be returning and recommending anyone go to him. Makes a hard experience so much better when you have someone who is so good with kids on the spectrum like that. Great employee you have.

Went in to have my hair cut and colored. Have never had such a great experience. Alex did a fantastic job. I didnt know what I wanted so she made some great suggestions and when she was done it looked fabulous. Would definitely go back again as long as Alex is there.wonderful personality and awesome stylist.

My stylist Alexandra did a stunning job. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and the colour is beautiful, I have never been happier. I will definitely be going to her for all my future appointments!

Worst hair cut of my life. I made a huge mistake and booked a last minute hair cut with Alex. I asked for a classic angled bob. Short in the back and long in the front. She left me two pieces of hair at the front that were chin length then chopped all the rest of my hair to one length 3 inches shorter than the front pieces. Not layered, not angled. She styled is super carefully and curled it when I left so I didn’t realize how short my hair was. There’s nothing I can do because my hair is so short everywhere except for the two small front pieces. Everyday I wake up and regret going to this place. Regret seeing Alex who obviously had no clue what she was doing. This is the worst hair cut I’ve ever had and I’m stuck with it for MONTHS. Save your money, save your sanity and go literally ANYWHERE else.

Omgosh! Go see Alex. I love love love my new hair style! This young lady has talent beyond her years. She shares advice on what will or will not work. Alex is going to rock this industry!

Stopped in for quick walk in cut and was on the chair very quick. Friendly staff. Pricing is comparable to other shops in the mall.

Kailey is amazing. Best hairdresser ever. My haircuts are AMAZING. And she is really good at balayage. Highly recommend!

I booked 2 appointments for the same time slot with two stylists, Kailey & Daphne, for my daughter and me on a Thursday afternoon. We were 9 minutes late. The receptionist went to the back to tell the stylists we were there for our appointments. She was gone 5 minutes. I thought it odd that it was taking her so long but never expected her response when she returned. They wouldn’t take us. They’d booked us for 45 minute appts—we were 9 minutes late. Are you kidding? We just wanted a cut. Skip the styling if you must, but to just refuse to take us?

Ridiculously pretentious. Will never go back. Too bad because we’ve been going to Bogie & Bacall for many years. We drove in from Lake Country for that. Ugh.

Took my daughter and her friend to get some funky colors put in their hair. The staff was amazing! Both girls looked great and had wonderful experiences. I will definitely go back.

I went there for the first time and was not disappointed! In fact, this might be my new 1st choice to get my hair done. Celia was my wonderful stylist, what a beautiful soul! Definitely recommend going here whether it is a cut, a colour or a treatment you are wanting.

I will definitely give it a 2 star because i tried a blow dry with 3 hair stylists there and i didn't like it.no one is actually formed to blow dry a thick hair without burning it.if you are going to straighten my hair with a flat iron until it burns then i can just do it myself in the house. You should practise to straighten a thick with just a brush and a profesional dryer!
