Superb I think I came back with family and friends so many times, but now we are too full in their double meat and eat all you can rice

Decent meal. I am a big hot pot fan, I'm not sure if I could say any hot pot has ever blown my mind though.

The Curry broth is where the flavour is at.

Korean bean paste was decent

Disappointed, food quality is getting worse and worse, service attitude is getting worse and worse, prices are too high

If you are looking for comfort food this is the place. Service is a bit slow but don’t let that stop you from eating here.

The atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was tasty. The price was high but part of the cost was the novelty of the presentation. Good date place, whether you take your lover or your spouse, the privacy in the seating arrangement is great.

The food was decent but the service was horrible. Took 15 minutes to take our order. Waitress never came around to check how the food was or asked if we need anything else. Had to wave them over 3 times to ask for water because they wouldn't bring it after saying they would. Took another 15 minutes to bring another cup of water. The only time the Waitress came over was to tell us to take bags and phones off the table even though the table next to us had it. Not sure what was up with the Waitress but she looked bothered to work.

It's alright, your own hotpot dish that comes enough to fill you up. I got the Thai tomato hotpot (large) 2 shrimps 2 mussles few peices if pork slices and lots of cabbage.

Service is alright, nothing out of the ordinary.

Waitress was retarded. Hated her service. She wears a black van cleef necklace that looks fake. Other girls were nice though.

Took the boyfriend here. His first time there and he loved it. What he said “the broth was really good! The meat was tender. They gave a lot of veggies which was nice, and the sauce they had where taste. It’s a very different experience which was fun”
That being said I also thought that too. They gave us an option on how spicy we wanted it. Got one really spicy and it did not disappoint lol my nose was running lol. The only down side was the size of rice that came with the portion. We had to order extra since it wasn’t enough. Parking is out front or along the street. The issue with that is they have a sign as to when you’re not allowed to park so make sure you look at it or you might get a ticket or towed. They meaning city of Burnaby. I’d say it’s a must try or sure. We ordered the beef hotpot and the Thai tomato one. The beef one was a small size however the Thai tomato came in a large.

I caved and ate at Boiling Point when Marutama next door was too busy… it’s incredibly underwhelming and overpriced for what it is.

The spicy beef pot was pretty good, but the pot was a bit too small and not deep enough to put the egg noodle in. Thanks the staff Anna, she did a great job. [Sry if I couldn’t remember the correct name of her. ]

They used to be good, and I've been a loyal customer since 2016. Their quality of food really went down. Broth taste like water and the size of the fishballs has shrunk. Prices have gone up and it's overall an unpleasant experience here now. Servers are rude and entitled. One of them rolled their eyes at me and gave me a horrible attitude.

Would not be coming back anymore.

Don’t order Thai tomato soup, super sour and lots of cabbage just like other soups! The little amount of seafood it has are cheap and dirty! Mussels still have seaweed on the shell and shrimps are tasteless with shrimp line uncleaned. A terrible experience, may not return here in the future.

We ordered two medium spicy pots but one is super spicy and the other one is not spicy at all. The server said they might put too many spicy sauce in one pot. Another server has super bad attitude when talking to us. Super rude. Not recommend to come at all. 点了两个中辣，一个锅非常辣，另一个完全不辣。店员说应该是不小心在一个锅里放太多辣了。另一个服务员非常无理，对着我们说话时表现很不耐烦。绝对不推荐这家分店

Great food and nice set up for menu, covid distancing, and waiting! Only downside was having to do one bill and was really loud.

Come here quite often, food quality is same from year ago which is great, but they jacked up the price a lot over the years, so it has became a very expensive meal to have, despite it should be very affordable food in Taiwan, which is not the case here.

A few of us came here for lunch on a hot day. It’s better to have a piping mini hot pot dish when it’s cold outside. They serve a variety of hot soups with additional add-on dishes to choose from. Included with the price of your meal, you receive an icy cup of green or black tea and a choice of rice or vermicelli with your dish. You can also choose from 5 types of sauces to accompany your dish. If you like seafood, try the seafood and tofu mini hot soup (it’s my favourite). The others had the Thai Tomato and Taiwanese Spicy.

Checkout their menu for some new items. They are currently offering 10% off for first time online orders.

There are a few Boiling Points around town – Burnaby, Vancouver, & Surrey. They are open everyday and each location has different operating hours. You can dine-in, have delivery or do takeout. It’s a great way to satisfy everyone’s different palates. If you like really hot & spicy food, you’ll love this place!

Bad service. Ask for bill, and the server told me to wait even she is not doing anything at the time I was ask.

Fast, friendly, and attentive staff. Very tasty hot pot. The sauces are very good. Price is very reasonable. I would definitely go back here again.

Love love Boiling Point! Super flavourful hot pot broths loaded with toppings. A bit pricey but worth it! FYI if you come during lunch time you get a free tea with your order.

Single-serve hot pot with tons of flavor! I was really impressed with the recent covid controls too: plastic wrapped utensils, plastic barriers, virtual menu, masks, limited seating, recording patron info for contact tracing, and lots of disinfecting. Come for the safety, stay for the delicious hot pot!

Note: I love spicy food but I'd recommend starting with 'medium' if you usually get 'hot" elsewhere. The medium spice level definitely clears the nasal passages.in a good way.

It is okay only. On the menu they say they give you a bunch is stuff which is right but they only give you one of each. I ordered the beef pot and there were probably only 4 pieces of beef. I only got half a beef ball. Try it once but probably will try a different place next time

Go for the Curry Soup with Rice. You won't be disappointed! Also, the garlic pork and cumin lamb side dishes are terrific.

I like the individual hotpot experience because it means I don't have to decide what goes into the pot, and I can have it as spicy as I want. Slightly overpriced because it's a company from Southern California and the prices include the exchange rate. Loyalty card is OK - buy 9, get 1.

We came here many times in the past. The lineups are always a bummer. They're really long.

There's not a lot of hotpot places compared to back then though, so you don't really get to choose where to go.

The staff service is complacent. Some people are rude while some are nice. Ironically, the trainees are always the nicest.

They gave us cold water in paper cups. I was speechless. Paper cups? ! How cheap could you get? And cold water? It wasn't until it good arrived that I knew why it was cold. But I was still disappointed that paper cups instead of proper dishware was being used.

It's expensive AND bad for the environment.

The food itself looked delicious. When it came, it rugged it to be very, VERY salty. It was also spicy. That's why the water was cold.

When we asked the waiters for water they never came. We asked twice. Twice we didn't receive anybody to our table.

Overall I'm not very happy with this place. I might save my money and go to The One or something that's not so ignorant and packed.

This place is great for hot pot because you can individually choose the "soup" for you. Of course there is an option to share as well!

The Hokkaido Milk Tea is DELISH! And I love bubble tea or boba:)

Don't believe the hype. The place is passable but outside of the mistaken order and the hair in our soup (which we saw the second the server put our order down) our meal was unmemorable.

Good place to grab a warm hot pot. Super busy during peak hours so expect to wait. Service and food are good/above average. Would repeat.

The place was good when I first tried, seems like now its tasting worse. The bowl seems to have shrunk too.

We sat and waited to get seated. After seated they took our orders then we sat around again for a long time. We see other tables that arrived after us are being served their orders. Then we realized they missed our orders. We pretty much waited a long time there for nothing.

After complaining to the staff, we were finally served our food. That was when the table next to us that arrived after us was already finished. I was expecting something extraordinary since the price of their food is on the expensive end. But, I left disappointed.

House special was nice!
It was a nice meal and good place to have lunch or dinner.
But restaurant was little bit noisy and table was too close.
Anyway I wanna go there again in rainy day.
If you are not good at with spicy, yopu should choose mild taste.

Love the food and only the food. Their customer service is the worst. The restaurant could be empty and they wouldn't let you sit at the table next to the one they want you to sit at. Their reason is because that table can sit 4 while you have just 1 guest with you. While I understand on a busy day with a line up that this would make sense, only 2 or 3 customers came in. They have 20 more empty tables so why would you want to argue about seating with customers who are already in the restaurant? Last time I was there, I watched the hostess talked to this couple for literally 5 minutes about why they can't sit at the table next to them while the restaurant only had a few patrons on a weekday early afternoon. It's laughable that the hostess are actually fighting them on this because it doesn't make any sense at all.

Great place to take your rich friends out to lunch, so when the bill comes and they realize you can't split the bill, you can slowly make your way out.

Food was tasty and boiling.
Sadly, my fellow classmate was charged extra for something she did not order.

I love boiling point, but lately they've been giving less and less in the hot pot.
I'm pretty good with spice, but I still get mild because the medium is pretty spicy!
But I love the creamy curry and beef hot pot! They're so good.
Service wasn't very good for us. I've been here before and the SAME server was really rude like the last time I was there. Just like last time she has a iPad she wears hanging from her shoulder and I'm assuming she may be a bit higher up than the other waiters but still. Glaring and talking to us rudely was not necessary.
The rest of the staff were nice, it was a bit busy so it was hard to get a hold of them which is fine and completely understandable.
But the one on Main street is still my favourite. Service is amazing, and they give more in their pots there.

The hot pots have a good balance of vegetables, fish paste products, and meat. The taste is slightly better than what one would expect from standardized dishes.
The spicy hot pot is actually fairly spicy. You have been warned.
