I moved out Dec 1st 2023 and I’m still trying to get my damage and pet deposit back. My place was cleaned flawlessly with no damage. I was promised that it should go through the first week of January and I’m still waiting!

Little back story: So originally when moving in, it was just my boyfriend and I. Due to my parents going back home to Nicaragua they asked if we could watch her cat in the mean time. Obviously I’m not going to say no or leave my moms cat on the street. I mean how much damage can a 6 month old cat really cause? They even messaged our old landlord confirming we didn’t have a cat previously cause they assumed we were lying. But because we were amazing tenants for 3 years he contacted us letting us know lol. Anyways after a maintenance man came to (look at our blinds for 2 seconds and left) we were contacted by bold saying that “they heard we had a cat and that we had to get rid of the her.that being said we found another home for her to stay, in the mean time.

Ever since then they have been doing monthly/weekly “inspections” and “emergency maintenances” as an excuse. Sending 5 men over here at times. Not only does it make my boyfriend and I feel uncomfortable, when hes not here but also there is absolutely nothing wrong in the unit. The building isn’t even a year old. We also had someone show up unannounced because of a “scratch on the counter“ all within 5 months of living here, which is ridiculous.honestly I feel bad writing a bad review but I feel even more bad for whoever has to deal with them in the future.

We also asked for a second garage fob as my boyfriend and I have 2 separate keys. But because we have one car they refuse to give us an extra fob. Which makes no sense in my opinion. It make it very inconvenient when leaving the house. We’re constantly having to switch keys OR forgetting to switch, Which leads to arguments and not being able to leave OR enter the underground. When in reality it could all just be avoided by just giving us TWO fobs.for TWO separate keys. Never in my 9 years of renting have I experienced this sort of nonsense. Counting down the months till our tendency is over. I can’t see this company having long term tenants. Very unprofessional and unresponsive at times. Can not live here in Peace and it’s draining.

Disgusting service. We showed up to see the unit on time and their agent is not answering the calls. After 30 minutes wait they are texting us to reschedule the appointment because of some reason. Very unprofessional agents with no sense how to talk with customers.

Agent didn’t show up made us wait an hour wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like to waste time.don’t need them to respond with an excuse thank you. Book showing at your own discretion.

Absolutely disappointed with the service! Booked an appointment ahead of time. Came half an hour earlier. No one show up. Called an agent and no response. Waited for an hour with wife and three year old daughter on the rain. In the end they massage me that I was late. Stay away of this company. Don’t waste your time.

Stayed at the Ultimate Ski-in&Out lodge in Whistler and had a great time! My friends and I have been going each year for the last 3 years and this place never disappoints. Easy to book, check-in and get around. We'll be back for sure!

Rented the cutest lil suite in Whistler through them and it’s become an instant favourite. Affordable, adorable and in the heart of the village. I recommend them for anyone wanting to do the same.

The Hearthstone Lodge was an amazing stay, very accommodating and such a smooth experience. Crystal clear directions and instructions for access, takes any worry out of travelling. Our family loved our stay!

Don't trust them at all, write everything - every little detail - down and get them to sign! They are experts in abusing people's trust. The system is made to charge you as much as possible - they took a chunk of my deposit for things that were like that when I moved in. They never did a move-in inspection for me. Their agent stood me up twice, later I realized they have done the walk-through without me. They also did the move-out inspection without me. Over the phone, they told me they note the problems, but they did not. My mistake for trusting their words. Long story short, if you rent from them, be extra careful! They have a very different attitude towards you when you wanna move-in than when you are moving out.

My experience with the rental application process was terrible. They barely responded to emails, wouldn't get back to my inquiries. I spoke with 5 different customer service reps and was given very little information. The whole process was so discouraging. I just wanted to warn other rental applicants so they know what they are getting into.

We stayed at the BEAR LODGE and had an amazing and very comfortable stay. We were so happy to drink our morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the great view. Location was great and the host was swift to respond and help us with any concern/question. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We just had a great trip to Whistler, staying at 4705 Glacier, unit #1. Excellent service and communication from Leo before and during our trip, I would highly recommend them again. Property was 100% ski in / ski out for easy access to Whistler and Blackcomb skiing. Very clean, fully stocked, and 100% as advertised. Also just a 5 minute walk down the hill into the village for dining and shopping. We'll be back!

Our experience with Bolld Real Estate Management has been great. We hired them as property managers for our rental property, and then we also hired them on to sell our condo when the timing felt right. As property managers they were great to deal with. As an agent, they sold our property very quickly and for a very good price. Win, win! We recommend them for sure.

I stayed with my family at the Whistler 4510 Blackcomb Way lodging in the Gables. The place was great and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. Leo was extremely responsive to any questions that we had even later in the evening. This was a great location with easy access to all of the gondolas within a short walking distance. The place was very clean and parking was likewise readily accessible and available for two cars. I plan to try to stay here again next time we are in Whistler.

AWESOME hosts. View from the living room of the mountains. Great amount of space for 1 or 2 people. Would be okay with 3-4 but a little tight in my opinion. More then 4 would be a squeeze but possible with an air mattress. Beautiful little balcony. Location is great - close to a ton of restaurants and shops. It’s close enough to walk to the main gondolas, but it’s a little bit of a hike in ski boots. But we did it all 4 days and were fine, about 10 mins.

Hosts are also great. I left my passport there and they went out of there way to track me down and return it to me. Would highly recommend! There’s nothing bad I could say about this Airbnb.

Had a wonderful stay in the Whistler Village for a few days of skiing. The apartment was only a 7 minute walk away from the ski slopes and was a super cozy place to call home for the weekend. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Whistler!

Stayed in a AirBNB managed by this group. I love cooking and the state of kitchen equipment is always a bit of a gamble when going to an AirBNB. In our case, the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs with sharp knives, mixing bowls, lots of plates and bowls, salt, pepper, oil and a lot of the essentials that most places don't have in their kitchen.

Comfortable and clean. The photos of the place represented the actual size of the place and weren't taken with a size-distorting lens. Staff were responsive and polite. Would stay again.

We spent the weekend in Whistler at the townhouse air BNB. Alls we can say is W O W and THANKYOU. Looking forward to our next big group getaway weekend. The location could not have been better and the house is immaculate! THE MASTER BEDROOM OMG!

I stayed in a suite in Whistler. Leo was very responsive and very friendly. Easy to access, we booked a day before we stayed and Leo was easy to get in touch with. The check-in was simple and quick.

The place was clean and welcoming, filled with the soft, babbling glacier-fed stream in the back. It was even lovelier sitting on the balcony, watching the water flow through. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We used the kitchen for every meal!

We stayed for two nights and went to Green Lake, an incredibly cold lake that lives up to the name. It was about 8 degrees Celsius during our July stay, but still a delightful swim!

I would come back and look forward to revisiting Whistler in the cozy winter months. Thank you Leo for the wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our visit to Whistler this weekend. They were responsive to our questions during the trip and flexible with our schedule. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was regarding the cleanness of the place.

I had a great stay at one of their properties in Whistler (the Gables). Perfect location for the lifts but just far enough away from the village center to be peaceful. The set up there is great with a wooded area and Fitz creek as your back yard. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in their picture. Leo and his team were very responsive for a couple of things I needed while I was there. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay in Whistler at the Cedar Ridge complex. Unbelievable location - best we have ever stayed at in Whistler. Ski in, ski out and only a 10 minute walk to the heart of the village. Leo was super helpful, and the whole experience was seamless. We will 100% be back!

My family and I stayed at one of their properties at the Gables. Location was great and it was just as described and seen in pictures. Leo the host was great and very accommodating. I appreciated the quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The bathroom had plenty of towels. We enjoyed our very much!

Recently stayed in a suite right next to Whistler Village. Super convenient location a short walk away from restaurants/shops, easy check in, and nice to have free underground parking overnight. Room was small but had a huge bed and fit my needs perfectly as I didn't spend much time in the room. Heard a dog barking early in the morning, around 6 or 7am. Had a great host named Leo who had top notch communication throughout the whole process. Would recommend!

Stayed in a chalet in the heart of Whistler and didn't want to leave. It's so warm and cozy and has all the amenities one would want in Whistler including Hot Tub & a wood fireplace. Very happy with our decision, and would definitely stay there again!

Horrible service from this company. Dealt with Leo and he lacked appropriate communication skills, often ignored questions, and provided inappropriate/ misleading answers.

As a home owner who was looking to rent a vacation property I have learned to avoid hiring property management companies specifically Bolld. In future I will try to manage my own properties or hire a competent company as I would never want a company like Bolld representing me and treating renters the way Leo and the team at Bolld treated me.

My boyfriend and I visited Leo’s accommodation up in Whistler. It was awesome, clean and relaxing. It felt like we were at a cabin in the woods. The location was great because everything was nearby. Would definitely come back here again.

After seeing all the positive reviews of Bolld, I hired them to manage my multi-unit property. This turns out to be my worst decision. I do not see their value add, since, at one point, they basically swamped my inbox with non-emergency requests. I feel that they were just an email forwarding service that charges 6% (or $126 per unit). The whole point of hiring a property manager, in my opinion, is so that I don't need to deal with every single request, and in that regard, Bolld has been very underwhelming. I get heart palpitations everytime I see an email from them.

I love my apartment, not the changes over the years with new management. This is now the 3rd year with noisy neighbors above me. It was an all adult building when i moved in. Now a family of 5 above me. Literally jumping up and down so I hear this most days. I've told them but no change. I'm not moving out because of them. I just have to deal with it! But how very rude!

Our group stayed in a place near Upper Village in Whistler. It was a great location and unit. Loved our time there! Leo was great and reached out after our first night to make sure all was well. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Bryna Ong was very reliable, I mainly dealt with her. The speed of service from the office fluctuates, but over all it is good, and if I really needed something I knew I could contact Bryna. I like the repair and inquiry app.

Our stay at The Gables was really nice! Everyone loved the place - so accessible from what Whistler has to offer - the nature/parks, the village, and restaurants. Definitely will book again in the future!

Bryna Ong is extremely unreliable and unprofessional.she can't even remember and manage the things she said a day before. I feel sorry for the company to have to take the blame for this unreliable agent, but they should really consider when hiring their employees.
Please don't waste your time for this lady.

Do not waste your time with this company. After inquiring about an apartment listing, I was directed to Angelica, who was incredibly dismissive in her replies, which in hindsight, should've been a premonition for her rude deportment.

After not being able to meet me 15 minutes after her preferred time, she recommended that I leave work early just to accommodate her, because apparently she has 20 listings to deal with.

After booking time out of my busy schedule to accommodate for a viewing time, I messaged Angelica when I was on my way. I called her upon arrival, and messaged her again to no avail. She never responded, and completely wasted my time.

Based on the other reviews, this is not the first occurrence. I have conducted dealings with many property management companies throughout the years, and Bolld is by far the most unprofessional.

Unreliable and unprofessional. This company has dubious ethics and I would not deal with them again. They misrepresent their services and products. Save yourself the headache and stay away from them.

We had 7 people stay in a apartment in Whistler. It was great location and security. All of us had a great experience. Contacting Leo was very easy. I would say bring slippers or indoor shoes. I find the floor could of been mopped better. But overall it was a great experience and we would definitely be staying at that apartment again.

We rented A unit for our stay in Whistler and had a great experience. The place was excellent, Renovated, very clean, and Management responded promptly when we requested any help during our stay. We would stay again and highly recommend to others.

We were scheduled for a 5: 30PM booking with Angelica Frangolias for a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Downtown Vancouver. We arrived 5 minutes early and waited inside the lobby. At 5: 31 we sent a text saying we were in the lobby. At 5: 41 we called Angelica twice, no answer. We called again at 5: 52, no answer. She finally answered the text at 5: 56 saying she was waiting outside, brought up someone else, and now cannot show us because she was at another viewing. Not only did we wait for almost half an hour, we completely wasted the time we booked off work to accommodate her viewing time. I feel sorry for Bolld Real Estate to have to take the blame for an unreliable real estate agent, but that is not good customer service and they should really consider creating standards for their employees.
Terrible experience with this agent and will watch out next time we book any viewings.

We stayed at a ski-in, ski-out home in Whistler, BC, and it was amazing! The location could not be beat, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We cannot wait to plan our next vacation here.
