Really great dealership. I was dealing with Andy who was very patient when I was looking at the car slowly and carefully, answered all my questions, took the car to the official dealership to get the service history and provided great service. The owner was also kind to me, and offered to provide additional vehicle inspection for free.
I felt like they were pretty transparent with me and feel comfortable recommending them for anyone who is looking for a used car.

The owner was super rude. Miscommunication between owner and employee and then blamed the third party and consumer with bad attitude. The way to run the business, good luck!

Just sold my 5 year old car to Bolylin Auto Group. First of all, the sales person, Arthur, was great to deal with - on the phone, or over text he was extremely professional. They even gave me a ride home to North Vancouver from RIchmond in one of their luxury BMWs. The employee who drove us (I forgot his name) was very nice, polite and knew a lot about luxury cars.

They offered a price in the phone, but when I want to confirm the offer they refused the offer they provided. This is fraud!

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Vehicle sold had aftermarket infotainment system in Chinese that previous owner installed. Could not factory reset because no user password provided. Don’t bother dealing with Arthur Zhao who sold us the car. Didn’t even bother to resolve issue after contact for several months and even reported to BBB.

Very knowledgable and experience sales person Arthur introduced a suitable car with good quality and cost effective. I like the car he recommended to me.

Came in to see a car, car had a cel, bad tires, suspension noises and many other issues.talked to arthur who was very disrespectful.asked for a trade in value of my car, He gave me an absurdly low offer for my car. I proceeded to give him a very reasonable offer for the car considering all the issues it has to which he proceeded to laugh at my face.absolutely do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Went to visit a car for sale twice after communicating and confirming the availability. After making an offer to me they went back on their word multiple times by raising the price and then once I started making offers they decided the vehicle was no longer for sale. Disappointed I spent time to communicate with and visit this dealership multiple times to find out afterwards it was no longer selling.
