Couldn’t be happier with the customer service! My dogs favourite toy was discontinued and Pasha outsourced the product and was able to ship in the toy specifically for my pup. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Will always be going to this store in the future

Went in at 7pm November 4th and was met by two professional and extremely helpful employees. The woman in the doc martins especially assisted my son, Suzu and I. As a result, Suzu is ready to take on the Vancouver winter. Will be returning.

This is my favorite pet store in Vancouver. The customer service is absolutely incredible and keeps me coming back for more. Every staff member is welcoming, kind and goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. My dog and I love coming here and they have everything that we need including her fav treats, raw food and rain coats.

Bones is our local pet store and we love going there! Really good premium selection and great service. Shout out to Grant, Tiffany, and David for your help in sizing out a ruffwear harness for our pup!

Super friendly staff! Although I gotta say not all of their staff are super knowledgeable about pets - which is fine, but instead of hesitantly guessing a recommendation when I ask for advice, I would have preferred if they asked a coworker who knows more on the subject, or just told me they don’t know. Other than that, really love this store. Super cute.

This is conveniently located for Yaletown residents. The store is smaller, and the product selection smaller, but the staff are attentive.

Great staff and wonderful service. We have been going to this location for years and the service and personal care is great. The owner is very customer focused and it is evident in the staff as well. Good selection of food, treats and apparel. Great place for you and your fur babies.

Great pet store with super helpful staff! Definitely on the pricey side but has everything you could need for your fluffy friend.

Staffs are friendly and approachable. Store is clean and very organized. Prices are a bit higher ($1- $4 more) compared to bigger chain stores but I think they are reasonable. It's def worth going. Second location on Thurlow is also great!

Lovely little local store. They have a wonderful selection of pet toys, accessories and food. They stock some really good quality food options and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There's options for cat food and toys as well as dog items, pet carriers and clothes. Worth a stop even to pick up a little baked good for your dog as a treat.

My dog and i love going here, always a friendly greeting and the food is at a fair price. My dog loves getting the free treats:)

Boutique pet store located by our apartment. Very helpful on the phone and in person. Patient and knowledge staff will take the time to answer questions. Staff even helped us get our toy poodle into a bike backpack. There is always a bowl of water outside for dogs and treats inside. Prices are slightly more than what you would pay at a big box store but honestly we called petsmart first and was put on hold for 15minutes and then we had to walk the person through the items on their website to only be out on hold again for him to check to see if they had that item.

I stumbled into this little pet shop while walking around waiting for my boyfriend to get off work. The shop is organized, clean, neat and very well displayed. I spent a little over half an hour in the shop and the staff member checked in on me to make sure I was ok and found everything I was looking for. Honestly, I didn't know what I was looking for, but I do know I was looking for something for my mom's dog and three of the cats at home. Every got something and I there cats ended up enjoying the small pack of Fromm's grain free: Game Bird Recipe! KC enjoys her rain poncho on her walk while it's sprinkling.

A little expensive for some things pet food is reasonable in price though. The staff was helpful enough.

Great service, good variety of stock and reasonable hours. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

They have a great selection of dog food. The ladies were somewhat helpful other than they didn't offer my dog a treat. I even spent money there. Even if I had not have spent money they still should have offered my dog a treat they offered every other dog that came in a variety of treats. Very disappointed. I felt very uncomfortable.

Really great store, good range of products and super friendly and helpful service. They have very interesting but top quality food options for your cat/dog and my cat personally loves some of their freezer dry foods!

We just got a puppy and wanted to take her on hiking trips. Puppies are only good for 10-15 minute walks so what does one do? Well, get a K9 Sport Sac - it is essentially a backpack for your fur baby! Bones is one of the few stores that carry this brand. The staff is super helpful, even had me and "Penny" try on a couple of sizes to make sure we get to use the bag as long as we need to.

I was also told that if you find the store too inconvenient to get to, they will also deliver. What a great concept, since we live on the opposite side of the GVRD. Very helpful staff in a not-so-easy to get to area of Downtown Vancouver.

We get our raw food for our boxer pup from Bones and I have to specially mention Pasha and his absolute friendliness and courteousness every time we visit the store. Sometimes we call in to ask if the food is available and he is just the same over the phone as well - helpful and polite. He genuinely seems happy to do his job. In fact everybody at the store is super helpful and super friendly. They have a good selection of toys and treat. Highly recommend!

Bones is Lilo's favourite place! People here are friendly and welcoming. Every time we come here, Lilo always gets a treat! They offer a huge selection of high-quality dog food & treats. Staffs are also quite knowledgeable about the products they carry. We love Bones!

I really like Bones. My oldest cat has food allergies and they have a couple of options. I was going to be travelling and needed a pheramone plug in before I left. They ordered one for me. Great people always willing to help with what you need!

Super nice little pet supply store. Attentive staff and my Chocolate Lab absolutely loves their selection of Canadian baked biscuits. Pumpkin is bis top choice. Four paws up!

I go to this store at least once every two weeks. I purchase almost $180 worth of frozen raw dog food, Stella and chewys cat food. They even provide me with a nice cooler bag and icepacks to keep the frozen food frozen.

I used to have to go to another pet store to get one other brand of car food. One time I told Pasha (the very knowledgeable owner) that is was a pain. Well imagine my surprise when I came in next time and voila he had purchased and carries only for me that particular brand. Didn't even have to ask him.

Christmas time, I come in to get the usual order of food. He hands me a nice wrapped gift, (bottle of wine) says thank you for you patronage.

I have had to call a few times and say I'm coming but won't able to be there be they close. Pasha take your time, I'll wait till your here.

All this great service, and you still get buy 10 get one free on most products.

I cannot recommend this awesome pet food and pet product store enough.
