Bonny's Taxi Ltd

Not a great experience, I rode in car #B125, he purposely took the long way, on his cell the entire time, he asked for cash when I wanted to pay by card. I didn't tip because of the above, he wasn't happy about it. He already overcharged me, why should I tip! In addition, we almost got into an accident cause he was too busy talking on the phone, rather than concentrating on the road.

I've noticed that the drivers come in 30 minutes late even after complaining to the operator and it wasn't even rush hour on every occasion. You might fare better but I would use a different service like Uber or just take the transit. When I eventually get the ride, I've noticed these drivers don't even use their signal and accelerate through risky yellow lights which I find concerning. I've sent complaints on their website to no avail (which I must remind you is unsecured so don't put in too much personal info.) Anyways, there's a reason why these guys just stall on parking lots even on undesignated taxi spots.

I no longer live in Burnaby anymore but I must say that this is the best taxi service around, always consistent. They are fast good service and I have never had a bad experience.

Garbage taxi service. Wait times are far to long if the cab comes at all. Thanks for making me miss my appointment once again. If you cannot keep up with the demand just go out of business. Ok thanks.:)

I am very disturbed and upset with the services I’ve been given tonight by Bonny’s taxi, I have been using their taxis for years since I moved here and tonight is the first time not only did they swear at me, but they did not take my complaint seriously. It is 3 am and they did not tell me when I called a taxi that it would be upfront pay and my bf and me were trying to explain whichever way their most comfortable is fine but he left his wallet at my home and I’d be bringing it out to them once they arrived but instead of taking a chance and missing out on 10$ they left a teen stranded at 3 am their not a company to count on that’s a for sure. And they’re DEFINITELY not the kind to their costumers nor compassionate.

Very upset with this service. It should not take 45+ minutes to wait for a taxi or a Wednesday afternoon. I requested a taxi van.waited 15 mins and then called back asking where it was they told me it was 1 min away. 7 mins later no vehicle, I called back and they said it was going to be another 15 minutes as they were "figuring it out". I was waiting with lots of groceries and my toddler for so long, I almost began to cry. Uber and left wouldn't pick me up and then bonnu's did this after I had already waited 30 mins for uber and left which never showed up. With the run around they gave me and how long I had to wait. I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $10 for the trip in a van >< I hate bonny's. This is not the first time this has happened.

They park in handicap, fire lanes even middle of street
There is even a video of one drive
down bike lane
If you call a complaint the phone person yells at you
I had one follow me in road rage incident because I honked at him
Many people have also experienced racism from the employees
How are they even still in business

Took a taxi from YVR just now. The driver was super nice and polite. I miss calculated and left the wrong tip amount, my bad: (

The service is regular and be careful not to forget anything because they do not return it, master once I forgot a cell phone, the taxi reported it, the taxi driver turned it off and I will not return it Very bad

Always have (interior). Clean cars.found most operators are well knowledged on the “quick” routes (when possible to be used). Always polite, always friendly to chat, most times for me personally. (if done respectfully). For being in one of the most “thankless” jobs around. TRUTH Told.meh. (waves hand). “Bonny’s” folks. Ya they be, wicked alright.

I Was visiting a friend in Burnaby, at 1AM when I called for a ride. The driver arrived within 7 minutes, which was pleasing as I needed to get home for work in the AM. I live in Abbotsford and the driver quoted me $150 but to my surprise it was only around $120. So I tipped him the other $30. It Only took me about 40 minutes to get home. Speedily and safely. He was quiet the whole time but laughed when I myself did talk, making me feel welcome. He didn’t start any weird conversations or ask me any rude questions. My driver Was very polite. Perhaps it’s one of those companies where you get a good or bad driver. I saw the star rating and was kind of shocked at some of the bad Experiences people were having, But this is my FIRST and certainly not my last experience with Bonny’s Taxi. (I was also a little Tipsy, and despite this, the driver remained professional.) Thank you Bonny’s Taxi!

This company pretends to care about hearing complaints to improve. They do not return your email ever. They also call when they are close by your area for pick up but if you are unable to answer they don't show up. They assume you don't need the taxi. Good thing there is ride share now.

I was in north vancouver, and after booking with north shore taxi 7 hours in advance, they said they still had no car to send. I called bonny's and they drove out right away and the driver called 4 times to update me on expected arrival and was there when he said he would be. He took the fastest route, and was pleasent. The driver had great customer service. I will definitely just call bonny's to begin with next time.

While I understand that we are in a pandemic and that people are scared but to be an essential service and making people wait long times for a taxi is ridiculous. Waited 30 mins with no update only to be told that theres only 4 cabs serving the entire region and that theres nothing they can do cause drivers are self employed? That's not right
