Book Kyung Ban Jeoun & BK Karaoke

This is a restaurant I enjoy ordering from often through Uber Eats, but when I ordered it recently, a small screw came out. I don't know how it got in, but I was chewing something hard and it turned out to be a screw. I received a refund through Uber Eats, but I don't think it's a problem that can be resolved with a refund, so I'm writing a review.

I visited during the day on a Wednesday, and the new short-haired female employee was really friendly. Actually, I came here because of the food, but the service of the staff. It was hard to say that it was good, but this was my first time coming here and it made me think that this is the service. He did a really good job, was kind, and smiled a lot, so the tip was worth every penny! I almost hope that this person will always be there when I go forward! It's the best!

I like Beijing food, so I go there sometimes.
Maybe it's the new manager, the man is very rude.
When I go in, they don't say hello, they don't come to take orders, and they don't even come to pay.
It's 2: 30 on weekdays, so there are no customers and I'm free, but I've never come on my own.
The other female server and the tips she makes in the kitchen and the taste of the food are all undercut.

Jjajangmyeon, Samseon fried rice, and sweet and sour pork are delicious. But the seafood baek jjamppong was really disappointing. It's my favorite menu item, so I ordered two, but the taste has changed. It's $22, but the variety of seafood is too small. First of all, the taste of the soup is different and it just doesn't taste good. I felt like I wasted 50,000 won.

They have improved alot since the first time i came here, it was pretty terrible at first but now i would say they are near korean level

This place is the best place to have black bean noodles in Downtown. Fried rice and dumplings are good as well. The male server who looked like a manager was very kind and gentle also other all servers were nice unlike servers back in 2018 - 2019. At that time, I remember the female manager was super rude. Just one unsatisfying thing is the Karaoke is located in the restaurant. When the Karaoke users open the door of the room, it's a bit noisy. Aside from this, all was good.

This is a casual and very authentic little place that serves "Korean Chinese Food". Essentially, it is food that would be served in a "Chinese" restaurant in South Korea - lots of black bean sauces with noodles or rice, sweet and sour chicken or pork, spicy soups, dumplings, etc. The dining room is okay, but nothing special. My father-in-law is a picky Korean-born octogenarian and he thought the food was very good. But don't go expected Korean barbeque, fried chicken, pancakes, hotdogs or other popular Korean cuisine, or you will be disappointed. It should be noted that they have nice karaoke rooms which can be great fun. That is the real appeal of this place - a private room to sing as you eat, drink and have fun.

I hung out with some friends here for a karaoke session and it was sooo much fun! We didn't get to eat any food but it was the best. Love it

Jajangmyeon is delicious with a sweet sauce and firm noodles. The standard price is only $15, which is cheap and satisfying.
However, the staff's service is not very satisfactory.
Even when I ask for plates and spoons, the service is sloppy and unfriendly.
Although the food is delicious, the service from the staff is very disappointing.

Had a great time at the karaoke room and very good service! Adequate song selections but mostly old songs.

Stomachache after I ate the noodle. Also over priced. $22 seriously? Never going back again
