I've been to this location twice, and both times a complete disappointment. Today's experience was a smoothie that had the consistency of chicken soup. Will never go back, ever.

I love going here. I am always satisfied by the service. All the girls working here are very nice and always help me out if ever required. I definitely recommend you to go here.

They are really really slow and even though my order on door dash says ready every time I go there it’s not ready. One time one of the girls was cleaning the window while the other tells me we have been busy and haven’t prepared my order! The mgmt needs to come to the store and see how they coach and train them better. No apologies and nothing comes forth from them!

I go here all the time and it is amazing. The staff is very polite and the place is very sanitary and clean. I’m always content with my order. 100% recommend to come here.

The worst allocation I’ve ever been to. There delivery services suck they take forever to accept the order on door dash and don’t even respond to the skip ones. They are always out of the tuna wraps and don’t notify us until after the fact. I’ve also had workers just say we are out rather than just making more. Overall just not happy with most of my experiences there.

Quite annoyed with my experience at this location today. While the 2 ladies were nice “enough” I had to repeat my order at least 7 times, I was paying with a gift card that had $50 on it.they swiped it a total of 9 times. By the end they said it had nothing on it. I had been in here for at least 10 minutes total by now. I said the card was brand new and they’ve already swiped it multiple times so if it’s going through then yeah they probably just took all the money out. Once I said this it took less than 2 minutes for her to hand me receipt telling me how much was left. Just seemed fishy to me. I also find it interesting that all these reviews they have and the owner only responds to the one that’s a direct complaint against himself. Not so professional in my opinion and they should care and value ALL their customers.good and bad reviews

I went in today and staff was NOT wearing gloves and handling money not acceptable especially with covid!

BUT TODAY I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR HOURS
THEY CLOSE AT 6PM TODAY I WAS THEIR 5: 27PM EVENING I ASK FOR JUICE AND SHE TOLD ME SORRY CANT TAKE UR JUICE ORDER I ASK HER Y ITS ONLY LIKE 5.30PM AND SHE SAID WE CLEAN THE JUICE MACHINE THATS Y CANT TAKE UR ORDER

SO PLEASE UPDATE UR HOURS AND WHAT TIME U GUYS TAKE UR LAST ORDER
