Young lady was extremely busy during closing time but handled it very well, still polite with fast service, although I do think she needs a 2nd worker to help her out, she did very good and deserves a raise

Ordered online on the way to the store.my buddies ordered in person once we got there.
They all and some additional walk in customers received their orders faster than myself and they had to wait for me to receive my online order in the car. *Rolls eyes dramatically*

Got strawberry sunshine and some kind of Acai one. The strawberry sunshine was fruitier but the Acai one had 24 grams of protein. Anyway, they were both really good. Recommended.

Honestly at this point, how is this establishment even open? This is a terrible location! Tried ordering online and waited more than 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Have been in the restaurant to pick up an online order and have been ignored. A note to management, what are you doing? What are your training protocols, because right now they're nonexistent. I do not blame the workers, I blame management. This issue only occurs at this location. Never again.

Really bad, they didn't want to squeeze an orange juice.
They just pour from a container that they squeeze that morning according to the employee.
The vitamin C is not longer there, if was squeeze in the morning is just water with sugar relly bad. I won't come back.

It was really bad experience there. I ordered fresh juice and smoothie. It was not fresh at all she took out from fridge and the smoothie was not with any fruit. I love to go booster juice because of freshness. Really disappointed

Went there for a smoothie all this one lady with glasses and a grey mask does is yell at the girls working telling them to “put less whey” or less fruit in smoothies I find this very rude and who ever she is needs to learn to talk nicely to the fellow employees

I just order orange juice with little pineapple juice in it they made wrong one. And when i told them they said either you have to pay or talk to our manager on monday. Both gils were very rude. Harjot and sukhman. Will never go there again and recommend everyone not to got there. Even i was their regular customer.

I never puts any bad review specially with names but I came on Saturday at around 5: 45 pm and two girls working there hartoj and sukhman were so rude to me. Even they were arguing with a customer that was in front of me. I was there regular customer but not any more.

Need to better train employees! Asked the girl 3 times if they still had the buy a giftcard get a free smoothie promo she said yes! Once i bought the card she didn’t know what i was talking about after we literally went over it 3 times! Train your employees before sticking them on the floor

Most excellent place in town for a delicious smoothie! Very friendly staff, clean place, average prices, and smoothies made from healthy/real ingredients.

Waited ten minutes with out being acknowledged, typically your staff always greet the customer entering. Other people enter after me and the girl started serving the first face she saw!
I was next, as I mentioned to that customer who was very understanding. Server said nothing!
Simple floor awareness is a foremest rule of retail know who came in and knowledge etc.
Ruined my afternoon and someone I was hoping to treat (and really needs a treat)
I may have spoke in an untoward tone to the girl for which I apologise, "Sorry"
Maybe it's training maybe it's complacency either way not the experience we have become accustomed to.

This is by far the best location and I've been to almost all of them! Gurman is definitely the one to thank for this review! She probably has the best customer service that I have ever experienced as a patron at any business. I think she should be running this place!

Very cold unfriendly. Seemed like I was nuisance to her because she actually had to do some work.

Just left this location. Very rude lady with glasses running the show today. I watched her punch in "no booster" rather than asking.

Been here a few times, service is good, drinks are delicious and I feel like the price is good for what you're getting. The size of the smoothies/drinks are the perfect serving. Yummy meal replacement!

We went there at around closing time but they still entertained us. The young lady working there was super helpful and was a fast worker. She helped us with our selection and gave us our drinks with a smile. 3 cheers to you.

Showed up at 8: 20 pm on a Saturday. Supposedly they close at 9. They would not serve juice because their juicer was “sanitized for the night”.

Best Run Booster Juice! Super consistent. Odd time a New staff makes one not quite right but if you let the manager know shes great and fixes. Like any location sometimes theres a rush and you have a bit of a wait. But I am an avid booster Juicer all over the lower mainland and this location is by far my favorite. The manager remembers my order down to all three boosters I like! Even came in while she was training someone and overheard her teaching the new staff that I was a regular and how I to make my drink! I drive past other locations to come to this one. Thanks Amirite and Kendra for the excellent service!

Not only did I receive great service, delivered in an efficient and courteous manner, I was treated with kindness and respect. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to say hello, and to ask me how I was doing!

The shake was amazing. I custom made it, and was very pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted, and at how quickly the young man made it!

Unfair to only have ONE attendant to intake, prepare (smoothies, sandwiches, juices) and serve 8 orders at a time. Waited 20 minutes just to order because of lack of staff. Not the attendant’s fault, but needs better management.

Visit this location only if you have 25 minutes plus prep time.
